Very friendly and quick to repair my truck. I do wish they were able to give more accurate repair times, but I understand that with supplies backed up it s hard to give a proper time. But they did a wonderful job, even cleaned out the inside of the car m.

Hey there! Just wanted to give a shoutout to the awesome folks at the auto body clinic who took care of my Mazda 3. Christine, in particular, was a total superstar. She went above and beyond to make sure my car was back to its shiny, good-as-new self. Thanks a million, Christine! You're the best!

After my husband hit the remains of s metal grounding rod that destoryed our front driverside tire and our plastic front bumper our insurance company worked with Auto Body Clinic to get our car fixed up and the front end looks like thr day we bought it.The repairs are seemless and all the aliment work is great. The car handles nicely as well.The people I spoke too and dealth with from the front office to the gentleman who towed my car odff we're very helpful and understanding of the stress me and my husband we're under.The time to get our car back took longer than expected but mostly due to parts issues because of the auto workers strike.Overall I'm very happy with the service and the final productServices: Painting, Body & Trim

Went to this body shop twice(unfortunately) both times they were easy to work with. They arranged my rental pickups. They send updates on the repairs. There are some minor issues on the workmanship that can be improved, but Im just a little perfectionist.

Scratched the side of my truck and they had it for 20 days. I understand supply chain issues. I was told everything on my truck was done and that they were waiting for one final part to get in to finalize it. I completely understood. Once the final part was installed...I went and picked it up to find multiple issues. The paint had dripping marks and scratch marks, they forgot to connect my door handle wire harness so nothing controlling the locks on the exterior of my truck worked, they missed a scratch spot on the front bumper. Not sure how it passed inspection but very disappointed in the service and I recommend going to another bodyshop.

Even though my car was totaled, I didn t need car work, but the staff are very friendly and helpful. Everyone I met were professional, courteous, and helpful. Highly recommended staff!

Scheduling was easy. Service was fast and the staff was friendly. They listened to all of my concerns and when calling for an update they explained exactly what still needed to be done, and how much longer it would take. Car looks great now! Highly recommend.

I had a great experience with Auto Body Clinic. Everything from initial greeting to picking up my car. Receptionists are very welcoming, friendly and attentive. Jared informed me of every step the whole way through and kept me updated with calls and texts. It took exactly the time they initially told me and they even cleaned the inside and outside of the car! Picked it up like brand new. Great work, thanks guys!Service: Body & Trim

Brought my new jeep in for repair, done in less than a week, looks great. They made it easy and had the rental ready when I dropped my vehicle off. Pickup was less than 15 min.

After over a month without my car because progressive SUCKS-these lovely folks stayed a little late to make sure I was able to pick up my car in the evening safely and stayed in contact daily until I picked up! I go tonight to get my baby back. Thanks Nick, Lisa, and the whole team for being communicative and working hard to get it done for me as soon as you could.

Had some serious damage done to the front of my Ford F-150 and used Auto Body clinic for the repairs. The staff were great, especially the office manager. They completed my repairs on time and did amazing work. Looks like new! They ran several tests too to make sure everything was working properly. And I appreciate that they detailed the truck before I picked it up. I highly recommend them for any of your repair needs.Service: Body & Trim

Teaching a teenage driver is stressful but when my daughter took my passenger side mirror off with our garage it got even more intense. I have just moved to Massachusetts and didn t know where to get body repair done. I found The Auto Body Clinic in Billerica and it was a wonderful experience. The price estimate was quick, fair, and thorough. I was able to order and pay for my new mirror remotely. When the part was ready, they installed it within an hour. ABC was professional and courteous throughout the entire process. They provided me with a realistic timeline for receiving parts and the body restoration process. Additionally, they reserved a rental car and had it waiting for me when I dropped off my vehicle. When I picked up my vehicle, not only was it repaired but my vehicle was washed and the interior was vacuumed. Grade A customer service!Service: Body & Trim

Not very hospitable. The old guy who took my car was kind of rude. They took way more than the expected time to fix a small dent. Lack of communication throughout the process. I had to call them every day to get the status.

Had some damage to the backside of my Cadillac srx. I came here years ago to het my beetle fixed and they did a great job so I tried them again. Looks like it was never damaged. Highly recommend on great body work and they also cleaned my car for me which is a nice bonus.

I cannot express how amazing they were and how happy I am. Tyler did the work on my car and every time I look at it, I smile. My car looks better now than it did before it was damaged. Gigi at the desk was very friendly and courteous and best of all, Sadie, the dog that is always there is the best dog ever, I LOVE her! The job done was very efficient and they were very considerate of my time. They ordered the parts before I dropped off my car and it was done in under 1 week. I couldn't believe it when they called me to tell me it was already done. Also, my car was a bit of a mess inside because in the winter I get a little lazy about cleaning. When I picked up my car I couldn't even believe that they had cleaned the inside and even waxed the outside. My car looks beautiful after their expert work. I would highly recommend them and after experiencing their excellent customer service, I wouldn't even consider going anywhere else.

Took four weeks to receive an estimate back. The total for scuffed paint was $2k and the total for a damaged bumper was another $2k. $4,000+ in total. I decided to go through insurance and the estimate from the appraiser FOR BOTH fixes was barely scraping $1000? Make it make sense

This was my first time using Auto Body Clinic in Billerica, MA. Such a completely and refreshingly positive experience. Everyone was super helpful and NICE!!! The cost for the repairs was way below what I expected as I was paying for the repairs out of my own pocket. The repairs were completed so quickly and I left completely satisfied with a smile on my face!Service: Body & Trim

I would like to thank the complete auto body clinic staff on the magnificent job they did on my daughters car. they used their expertise on saving the vehicle from being totaled with a reasonable and fair estimate the insurance could work with. the vehicle was restored to its pre-accident condition in a timely manner and with no car rental hassle. thank you guys! this team is awesome ;-)Services: Painting, Glass installation, Body & Trim
