A&A had great availability to service my deer strike front end. Alex was friendly and accommodating to my schedule and explained the repair details. I had some additional scratches on an adjacent door and Alex gave me a great estimate to take care of everything at once. The car came out great. The paint was a perfect matched to the rest of the car, all the sensors worked and the car looks like new. The detailing was a nice surprise. I'll be back when the need arises in the future.

This auto body shop is probably one of the best I ve been to. I can t believe the beautiful work that they ve done they went over and above which I really appreciate. And Alex, the owner is a great guy sticks to his word when he tells you he s gonna do some thing he does it he just went out of his way, he stayed in touch with me throughout this whole ordeal which helps because you re not nervous about what s happening with your car, but I would definitely recommend him to everybody

Everyone at the shop was extremely nice and accommodating. Alex took the time to explain what the process would entail and also educated me on some other issues I had concerns with. My car looks great and they finished it in a reasonable time. I highly recommend this shop for your needs.

I own a small business and my truck needed bodywork done through insurance.After reading all the great reviews I, just drove over and scheduled the work to be done while i went on a trip. When I returned home the work was done and they did a few extras like some rust repair. They actually cut out the rust rather than just putting a quick bandage on it. They worked with the insurance company and everything was done perfectly.I would definitely do business with A&A again. My truck looks great!Thanks again A&A,Daniel

I couldn't be happier with the service I received from A & A collision center. The staff are the best! Attentive and knowledgeable.The work they did on my vehicle was nothing short of remarkable. Found A&A Collision where an old friend retired. The shop was redone with some new machinery so I walking in met the owners and staff .I told them I knew the previous owner and was in need of some body work.We talked of what needed to be done .I decided to give A&A a chance. They did an unbelievable great job I'm a picky person when it comes to my truck. I have passed the word to friends,family and suggested to my and my wife's companies if they need a good body shop go to A&A collision in Billerica.Great work reasonable turn over time very happy I met them. Give them a chance you will be happy you did

Alex and his crew did a wonderful job of repairing my car after I was rear-ended. He was able to start the repairs right away and finish them in a week. He took care of all the insurance paperwork, which was so helpful. From the very beginning, he answered all of my calls and was extremely responsive. I picked up my vehicle yesterday and was very impressed with the repairs. Additionally, he took the time to clean the car inside and out. I feel like I have a brand new car! A&A repaired the back end of my 2013 Honda CRV after a collision. My side air bags deployed in this collision, so it was not a small job. They were able to take in my CRV the same day that I contacted them!! They did a beautiful job repairing the car - she looks like new, and was given back to me fully detailed. I cannot thank A&A collision enough. Very timely, consistent communication, very friendly, professional repair! THANK YOU!

Real Glad i took a Chance in this new shop. Great response reception. Fast turnaround time . Full service and great customer service i live in Methuen ,MA and will drive here for now on. Repairs were done in a timely manner and was kept up to date on what was happening. They helped me with my rental and drop off and pick up. My car is cleaner now then when it went in. Highly recommend the white glove treatment I got from A&A i would give them two A+s.

I gave A&A Collision Center 5 stars because of their excellent customer service and professionalism above all. Adriano walked me through every step of the service and kept me informed of all Maintanence details. The body shop crew did a great job fixing the damage within the estimated time and had my car spotlessly cleaned when I arrived to pick it up. Thank you all very much! I definitely recommend A&A Collision.

Where do I begin, from the minute I walked through the door until the whole process was over they made me feel like I was in good hands. I had an awful experience dealing with my insurance company after someone hit and totaled my car with the help and support of A&A i made it through. I truly can t say I have ever had better service anywhere!!! I thank you from the bottom of my heart for all your help!!!!
