Had transmission issues on my Subaru and brought it to this shop. They were great! Fixed the transmission, found a few other issues I had been neglecting, did the whole thing and were honest the whole way through on pricing and timeline. Couldn't recommend them more. Thanks to Pedro and the team!

people here are friendly, kind and nice and I guess bills includes those attitude.when I tried to pay the bill after replaced engine oil, it was surprised because engine oil was more expensive then Audi shop.

Poor communication he went ahead and did some work to my vehicle before providing me with a price on what the job would cost, and I then got a nice surprise $$$. He doesn t provide any status update on your vehicle instead you have to chase him and keep calling to get a any kind of response or update. Perhaps part of the problem is that he takes on more work that he can handle which results in customers getting poor service.

These guys are the best. Great gas service and great prices. Convenient. Fast and high quality repairs. I take my car here exclusively.Update: I had my catalytic converter stolen from my Prius in my driveway. Car made a god awful racket. Took it straight to Johnny. He knew from the noise and smell what was up. Got it on the rack and pointed out the clean cuts. Johnny worked with my insurance and got it replaced as soon as it was approved. Super fast and professional. Still the best place for repairs and service!

Johnny is absolutely exceptional when it comes to integrity and the work he and his team do make for the best experience I've had when it comes to auto repairs! After many local friends recommended Power Plus I had my front & rear brakes done & was incredibly impressed w/ the turn-around time. He truly impressed me when a year later diagnostics were run at a Toyota dealership that shared the rear brakes looked far too worn to have been done at the same time as the front brakes despite their typical faster wear etc... A simple phone call OVER A YEAR LATER & without hassle Johnny replaced them at no cost to me despite the work being past the 12 month warranty as he shared because he stands by his work is willing to do right by his customers and keep his reputation. If you need work done fairly and done well this is your place - Johnny & his team are awesome!Service: Brakes

If you want reliable, fast, respectful, and well informed service, these guys will give it to you. They took care of my Honda Fit very well. Johnny was very welcoming and forthright. He even took the time to talk with me and be personable, a trait seldom found in the auto industry. Lester and Pedro worked very efficiently and turned my car over in no time.I will not hesitate to to return and would recommend Power Plus with the highest regard.

Johnny, Godfrey, and the crew at Power Plus deserve the praise they've received in these Google reviews. When one of my tires blew out just a block away from the shop a few weeks ago, I pulled in to the lot expecting to have to deal with the previous owner, who hadn't given me many reasons for wanting to bring my business here. I was pleasantly surprised to see a new face come out. Johnny immediately stopped what he was doing, brought out his hydraulic jack and power tools, and within a span of three minutes, had taken off my old tire and installed the spare. He also ran back to the office and started placing phone calls to locate a replacement tire. He came back to me with some options, but also told me that I could look for a cheaper tire on my own and have it shipped directly to his shop if I preferred to do so. In fact, he was able to get a tire for about $15 less than what was advertised online, and he also was able to get it to the shop less than 24 hours later, compared to almost 10 days for a tire ordered online. Perhaps the best part was that Johnny let me drop off my old tire in the evening so that he could mount the new tire before I showed up the next day, shortening the time I had to wait to get my car back in working order. In the end, these guys saved me time and money, and they made a painful process infinitely more bearable.He also saved me from my annual routine of forgetting to renew my inspection sticker by reminding me that I had only a week left on the current sticker. Without an appointment, I went by on a busy Saturday and they did the inspection as soon as possible.This is a great shop. They've earned my trust by being sincerely helpful and customer-centered. Like the other reviewers here, I welcome them to our neighborhood.

They did such an amazing job with my car. I went twice, and both times they displayed extreme professionalism and good customer service. The owner/manager has such a great personality! Good service from the gas pump guy to the mechanics. 100% would recommend. They charge reasonable prices and are very genuine about the work they do.I .

Best service in Belmont! Excellent at everything they do! Johnny is a magician. He goes above and beyond! No one touches my car but Johnny. Best gas prices in town. Just can t say enough nice things about them!! I feel so lucky to have found them they re that good!

Had an emergency a few months ago when my serpentine belt snapped while I was driving. Johnny didn't have the part, but offered to fix it immediately if I could find the belt and get to him before they closed. Was able to find the part at a local auto parts store and made it to Power Plus right as my car was about to die and they were about to close. Johnny and crew pulled through and fixed my car as promised. Great service, good prices, really nice people!

I did a lot of repairs and never had any problems with them.Until today.The day before yesterday they "fixed" a tire leak. After that, I drove home - it was a 2-minute drive and left the car overnight. In the morning, the same tire was almost flat. I called the service - the mechanic answered the phone. He told me they didn't find the puncture yesterday. That the tire was ok, that it is probably something with the rim. I made an appointment for the next day. When I picked up the car - they wanted to charge me again. Johnny said it was another puncture, that they fixed it last time and this was a new puncture. In the end, he said he didn't want my money. But he made me feel guilty. He kept saying it was a new puncture in a raised voice.A new puncture that I got for two minutes, that I drove home.On the same tire.And it didn't fit with what the mechanic said.Looks like I'll have to look for a new service.

For the past twenty plus years, I have been trying to find an honest mechanic who does only the necessary work needed at a reasonable rate, Well, I found him here at POWER PLUS Auto!!! Johnny is extremely professional, fair and very honest. He is an experienced mechanic who is very thorough and efficient. Johnny takes much pride in his work and makes the customer feel at ease when you leave your vehicle with him. On two occasions, I had to contact Johnny on a Saturday because my car required immediate attention. Without any hesitation, Johnny made it his priority to repair my car so I was able to have my car the remainder of the weekend. As my mechanic, Johnny has done quality work each and every time. I feel fortunate to have a dependable mechanic!!!

Had trouble with my bumper, needed a replacement and Johnny absolutely went above and beyond and made everything good as new for a super fair and affordable price. Other places wanted to price gouge me and Johnny was honest and completed the task for me SAME DAY with great expertise. It was the first time I had been there and I will certainly be going back for any other car issues. Extremely pleased

Johnny and his team go above and beyond at their job! Johnny is always very patient and answers all the questions I have on the jobs that need to be done. His honesty and transparency in doing business have made the whole experience really phenomenal.I need to replace the catalytic converter and the rusted exhaust on my car. After Johnny completed the job, the engine light went on all the sudden. He found out the sensor is broken and it needs to be replaced as well. Johnny kindly offers not to charge me on the labor, but the cost of the part only. I took the car in the next day to replace the sensor and it turned out to be a huge effort for Johnny and his team. The wires around the old sensor were rusted which made a 20-minute job ended up being more than an hour ---- and with two mechanics at the same time! Two poor guys were burnt while they are getting this job done. With all that, guess what? Johnny kept his promise and still did not charge me any labor fee!I really appreciate all the effort that Johnny and his team has put in to take care of my car and I will not take my car to any other places for service from now on. Thank you Johnny!

By far, the best service station out there. Honest guys, fair prices and work done on time. Johnny and his team do not disappoint. Hidden gem.I've brought 3 different types of vehicles for service. A classic, a modern luxury and a pick up. Johnny was able to service all three types of vehicles that exceeded my expectations.I cannot say enough great things about this station. I can't say enough good things about this place. Johnny is very honest and straightforward in explaining what work needs to be done and how much it will cost. He has always offered me very fair deals, which is why this is the only place that I frequent if my car needs service. It also doesn't hurt that the station offers some of the cheapest gas prices in the area. Highly recommended!

This guy is not out to screw you on price or quality. Johnny is a truly and rare honest mechanic. I'm 66 yrs old and have seen my share of a--holes. He took over the shop within the last couple of years and has proven to be the old style neighborhood mechanic. Brought my 2004 civic in last year because of a noise from the brakes in the right rear. He stopped what he was doing put the car on the lift and pulled the tire. Turned out to be a rock stuck in there. Done no charge. Gave him 30 bucks anyway. He gained coustomer for life

I just want everyone to know that Johnny the mechanic at this station is simply one of the greatest people I've ever met. I had a situation with my car I stopped by for a distress quote and I was so taken away by his effortless dedication to customer satisfaction in addition to a complete breakdown of what was going on, what caused it and a variety of cost effective ways to fix it . Excellent mechanic but a world class human being.

Johnny and his staff were friendly and prompt. Took my car right away. The inspection was finished before I could grab a coffee across the street, come back and take a sip. Afterwards, had a good conversation with Johnny about being a small business owner.Definitely would recommend.

Everyone at Powerplus is awesome! I have been taking my truck to Johnny for years, it is very hard to find caring, honest mechanics. Throughout the years I have watched him help so many people, me included. He always goes the extra mile and lets people know potential problems with their vehicles so they can fix them before it becomes a danger. For me it is worth traveling too.

Came here to see Johnny for an inspection and I had a broken part and almost did not pass. Johnny instantly got me a low price and fixed it for me the same day. Honest great mechanic who works very hard to please the customer :).
