Excellent customer service, excellent communication, Pablo called every few days for updates, but most importantly, the quality of the work. I had my 2022 Tacoma hit by a drunk driver, over 15 k on damages, my truck looks better than when I picked brand new from the dealer. Progressive is my insurance and there were also great, working together with Hynes, all new factory parts were installed in my truck. I highly recommend them.

I want to preface this post as being a person who had a couple of bad auto body experiences in the past! Emilio and the entire office team at Hynes Collision in Belmont really went the extra distance to earn & deserve the post.The project was a small fender bender, but we were able to get things scheduled in advance so the parts were there. Drop off and rental went very smoothly and LESS than 3 days later the vehicle was back in my possession.Good work and great customer service deserves a shout out to this business . 5 starsService: Body & Trim

Both my wife and I have used Hynes and they have always done an exquisite job! They are very professional, always on time and do impeccable work! We highly recommend Hynes!

Would definitely recommend. Very friendly and helpful. They worked to get my car in quickly for repairs and seamlessly worked with my insurance to take care of the cost. My car looks beautiful after the repairs and runs perfectly!

These guys are great. They work seamlessly with insurance and communicate often. They are precise with time estimates and keep you updated with specific details. The work on my Tucson was flawless and they also completely cleaned my car in and out. Emilio is fantastic. Highly recommend these guys!

I had my car door replaced here after an accident. All the guys over in Belmont are real professionals. They do quality work. Communicate what needs to be done and when. They are accommodating and tried to get my car back to me asap. And they were fairly priced. There were no unpleasant surprises. Best part was when I picked up, they had completely cleaned exterior and detailed the interior. Highly recommend.Service: Body & Trim

Didn t end up needing their repair services (car got totaled), but they were very helpful and clear about the process the entire time my car was here. Would definitely be comfortable coming back if needed for work.

Hey everyone!I just got my car fixed with Santos team and words cannot describe the experience. They were very transparent throughout the whole interaction, and even gave me the option, which I took to visit the car while in repair to show me the progress in the shop.Let me also say the shop is very clean and professional and so is all the staff and especially Santos! They are very accommodating and went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure everything was perfect for the pick up. They were very communicative and updated me throughout the whole process to let me know when the car would be ready for and how far it was in the process when it was coming along.If you get your car damaged and need some repairs, I promise you if you go here, you will not need to worry about anything! They are not like other shops, and this is what I noticed immediately they got the car back to me in two weeks when the front was completely totaled. The car looks better than before the damages, and I think that speaks volume. I have never written a review for anything but this is a must. Hynes was recommended to me by a friend. I read all their amazing reviews and they are ALL true!!!! Pablo and Emilio were great. They truly know what good customer service is!! They were friendly and professional. They made the whole process stress free for me. Give those guys a raise!!! I love the update they gave me during the whole process so I knew what was going on and when to expect my car back. My car looked spanking new when it was finish. Their attention to detail did not go unnoticed, the repair job was . I appreciate them cleaning the inside and washing my car !! I Will recommend this place to everyone I know. My car looks spotless. This shop makes it beyond easy to have your car repair through insurance. I was rear ended by another driver and while not being sure of how the process works the guys in the office made sure I understood everyone step of the way. Emilio Pablo Santos and the entire team are just amazing! Highly recommended !

I was involved on an unfortunate hit and run on my Camry. To say I was upset it s an understatement, but the guy at Hynes helped me through the entire process. Emilio, Pablo and Santos went out their way to make me feel at ease about my claim and repairs. Definitely recommend them for any repairs you might have. My car looks amazing and the entire process was smooth and quick.

I was told to try Hynes Collision by word of mouth after having a few poor experiences with body shops in the city, and it was 100% worth the drive out to Belmont. Santos , Pablo and Emilio at the front desk were incredibly professional and took care of all the little details with my insurance claim and ordered the correct parts ahead of time so they can start working on my car right away. I was impressed with how well the office staff coordinated everything behind the scenes and also arranged for a rental when I dropped of the vehicle. The repairs got done ahead of schedule even in the tough supply environment post pandemic, thanks to how organized they were and they even detailed my car. A great job and huge testament to the reputation of the Hynes group as a whole, but I think the one in Belmont takes it to another level. Will recommend to anyone.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I have had two car accidents and Hynes Collision Center ( Belmont) has been amazing with their repairs. They are attentive, courteous, and reasonable with their prices. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The staff updated me in the process and would return my phone calls in a timely manner. The car was done in timely manner. Yet, I want to stress what an amazing job they did with my car. It looks brand new. Both times , I had no issues with the car ( body and paint job ). I would highly recommend Hynes Collision center to anybody.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim

I had only been in the state for three months when a tree branch fell on the back of my car causing a fair bit of damage. I went to Hynes because of their good online reviews. My experience with them was nothing short of stellar. Here are just a few examples of how they went above and beyond in fixing up my car:1) Same day email response to any query. Also never had any issues contacting them over the phone.2) Took in my car earlier than any other body shop was willing to because they saw the trouble I was in with the damage to my car.3) There wasn't a single delay in ordering required parts.4) I required certain documentation for my rental car from Hynes urgently and they provided it within half an hour of my request.5) I had a trip scheduled towards the end of the month and required my car back earlier than I had initially been told it would be back. Hynes informed me that they would be able to fix up my car early and did so.6) I never felt like I was pressured or rushed into anything. Never felt like I was being a bother. They made me feel like a valued customer.Overall, I am honestly a bit surprised that a body shop as competent, customer-oriented, and friendly as Hynes even exists. Other auto-repair shops could learn a thing or two from then. I cannot give them a higher commendation.Service: Body & Trim

If I could give them more than 5 stars I would!! I have brought my car here several times and every time they have treated me with kindness. The work on my car looks brand new whenever I pick up my car after the work is done. They keep you in the loop and update you when your car is being serviced and repaired. I've been going to Hynes Collision for several years now for all mine and my wife's repairs (driving in the city can be rough). The whole team is very professional, great at keeping you updated about progress on your car, and they stand behind their work! I'd recommend Santos and the rest of the Hynes team to any of my friends in need of repairs.

Hynes Collision in Belmont is absolutely a top-notch auto body repair company. Their attention to detail (and to the customer's needs) is excellent. Hynes Collision Center has the most deceiving crew that I've ever met. If you are covered by insurance and don't care about the price and the repair time - you may be fine. I went with them because they were close to my home. We agreed about the tasks and I paid a deposit. The job took 3-4 time longer (they simply overbook and lie about the repair time) and didn't do all repairs that they promised ('miscommunication' they claimed). I thought the job was overpriced and got another quote that was 3x lower!! Yes, I should've looked for more quotes before agreeing to work with Hynes - too late for me, but hope others don't make the same mistake.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Hynes repaired my Mazda after it was sideswiped. They were recommended by my insurance, and I was reassured by their many 5-star reviews. My car looks brand new, repairs were completed faster than anticipated, they fully communicated everything throughout the process, and their customer service is great. I cannot recommend them enough.

I selected Hynes Collision center after filing a claim for my damaged vehicle. When I checked in, the Hynes Collision center professionals treated me like a valued customer and walked me through every detail of the work that will go into my vehicle.When I received it after repairs, it felt like a brand new vehicle fresh out of a dealership and I truly respected the fact that they deep cleaned my vehicle, especially during these uncertain pandemic times. As long as you stick to the Belmont shop you're good. They go beyond what's expected as far as customer service. Santos, does not play around when it comes to customer satisfaction. Not to mention the work is phenomenal. They even clean your car for y0u. I am missing a back mat tho, gotta remember to bring that up. I really cannot stress how great the work and service is.

I absolutely love this place! I got into a pretty bad car accident, and they repaired my car as good as new. They were also so kind in the whole process and great to work with. When I had a small issue with my car after I got it repaired, I brought it back and they fixed it for me within minutes! I hightly recommend Hynes!

I had my Subaru repaired at Hynes Collision. They did an amazing job; they made my car look and run like new. I was rear-ended ten days before driving 1000 miles to my new home state there was a tight deadline. Hynes Collision did everything in their power to make the process painless. The team went well above and beyond to ensure my car was ready in time for the big move they were efficient with their time, true with their words, and always polite.
