I had an oil change done on 12/6 and while the service was good, I did get 4 charges on my credit card today that I didn t authorize. I rarely use my credit card unless I m using it at an unfamiliar place in case something like this happens and I can dispute the charge. I can t say for certain that the charges were made by someone who works here, but the timing is suspicious. Just fair warning to anyone who is considering taking their car here though.

My mom has been going here for near 10 year to get her oil change and inspection sticker.She always raves about the customer service and the timely service.Last night I was able to be a part of the customer service of Mr.Nathan and my mom wasn't a bit wrong, I appreciate him and for being someone that loves what he does, does it with grace and empathy.

They did a vehicle safety inspection in the wheel fell off a week later on the highway. After further inspection wheel on the other side was extremely loose and had a lot of play. Not sure how they passed it, but if you're serious about your vehicle safety inspection do not go here. They don't care if you're safe or not if I can give them zero stars I would.

***Prefacing this with: NOW I HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT GETTING MY AUTISTIC DISABLED SON TO ALL OF HIS APPTS SOME OF WHICH ARE IN BOSTON AND FURTHER BECAUSE THESE PEOPLE SCREWED UP A $700 PART ON OUR VEHICLE TO THE POINT ITS HEMORRHAGING OIL ***My boyfriend brought our Jeep in for an oil change. A simple oil change! He s been going here for YEARS. Never does oil changed anywhere else. After we brought the jeep home, it had a massive oil leak! We sent it in to our mechanic to see what the issue was & he said there was a part that got broken most likely during the oil change. Now, Super Lube is refusing to fix it & saying it isn t their fault! We have never had an oil leak problem until this past oil change. It took longer than usual, which my boyfriend didn t think anything of UNTIL we got it home with a massive leak. He spoke with crew members & then the owner. They are denying it and blaming it on cold weather the next day when in reality the Jeep was bleeding oil the SAME DAY AS THE OIL CHANGE. They said nothing to us about a broken part when we took it in. He brought it home, I left a few hours later and we noticed the oil leaking on the ground. After years of being faithful customers we will no longer be returning. MY ENGINE IS COVERED IN OIL!

This place really is the Go-To for all things lube and stickers. In and out easy all the time, they go through everything and make sure your set up. These guys (and gal) are the best. I used to take my truck to the dealership to have it serviced, but got tired of waiting all day and being overcharged for things I didn't ask for.The service at Super Lube is exceptional. I've never been there longer than 15 minutes - whether for an oil change or for inspection. While they're taking care of business, they air up your tires and top off your fluids.They'll give you their honest opinion if you need it, but won't push you to get things you don't want. They just wanna make sure you get to home alright.The prices are reasonable, the owner cares about his community. I won't take my truck anywhere else. Very informative, pleasant, and affordable. If your looking for a quick and on point job I suggest you come here. Got oil change and inspection done in like 20 mins. Made an appointment for my brakes, very affordable compared to another shop who was trying to rip me off by paying 900 smh some people really think women are gullible.

I just got an oil change and they completed it in less than 10 minutes while I was in the car. I got the synthetic oil so it was a bit more money ($70), but it s like that wherever you go. I had no wait time because I was the only car there. 3 workers helped complete the job. They were all very courteous and professional. The only criticism I have is that I didn t get a receipt, but I guess that sticker they put on the windshield acts as a receipt. I will be back! Service: Oil change

Very nice ppl! I got a synthetic oil change and a new inspection sticker and I was surprised in the price. A good surprised lol. I didn t wait at all upon getting there and they were quick doing it. Thank you. Great service! The cashier was very polite as well

Brought in my truck, had a small power steering leak I added a bit very few months no big deal. They did an oil change and broke the line, their advice drive home and hope you don t burn up the pump awful place, they charged me $50 anyway. Take it to a big name place in case this happens so you can at least speak to manager etc. place is a jokeService: Oil change

Went for oil change. 2 cars inside the bays. I pulled up to one bay, a truck was waiting at other bay. Truck goes in, I'm still waiting. Car comes up behind. Worker has her pull next to me. She goes in, I'm still waiting. Worker never bothered to approach me to explain why it's taking longer, nor lets me go ahead of other cars. If he had I might have waited. Was completely ignored. Not professional.

One of the best experience I've had. When changing my oil. No hassles quick. An did my sticker at the same time. They were so helpful and so friendly. I'm going to recommend them to all my friends. I wish that all places were like them. I can't say enough the experience that I had.

I moved to the neighborhood 4 years ago. They were the closest oil change business to me. From my first visit, they were fast, professional and courteous. They work as a team on your vehicle for the fastest, most efficient experience and service. I would drive out of my way to continue business with them. Best shop in the city, friendly service, quick and affordable. I recommend this place to anyone who needs a service. They do brakes, tire rotations and a variety of other things at high quality and great prices. Never had a bad experience in my years of coming here. So if your in the area and you need an oil change or most services go to Super Lube.

Very good and quick. Excellent customer service I think that I found a place that I can have my oil changed and not have to worry about them breaking something so I will have to fix it and pay the large bill. Super fast service, the guys who worked there were very nice. My car is very low to the ground and they took the time to make sure my car fit on the riser without scratching it. The other places just turned me away. Will return!

This place is the BEST place to get your oil change in the area!! You pull right up don t even have to get out, The guys are professional & very helpful! They filled up my windshield fluid without me asking! Slightly on the pricier end but well worth it! There s been times I ve gone well over 3,000 & my oil light didn t come on (good oil) A local buisness u can rely on %100!!Service: Oil change

Nice, easy going, REASONABLY PRICED, quick, friendly place to get your oil changed. Definitely recommended. Been here twice both times in and out in less then 15 minutes.

I went here for a simple oil change ended up paying over 100$ I guess my oil cap was too tight for them to get off so they broke the cap then ordered a new cap and had me pay for it. Ridiculous so if your oil cap is tight don t go they will break it and have you payService: Oil changeService: Oil change

This place is first come first serve and worth the wait if there is one. So convenient you don't even have to get out of your car. I will only come here for my oil changes!

These fuys are great...i was in and out in 15min and they took me in early I got there at 740 and they open at 8 but he took me rite in...$39.99 all.fluids air pressure check washed windows the works....definitely recommend them...

I've been going to these guys for over 20 years and have had nothing but positive experiences. They will never try to scam you into doing unnecessary work like so many other places. They get an A++ from me!
