My experience at Ira Toyota was second to none. I was on vacation and I heard something scraping in the front wheel of my 2023 Highlander. I called and they got me right in. Not only did they take me right away, they also were the kindest most genuine people I have ever met. Turns out it wasn t a safety issue and nothing more than a good under carriage car wash wouldn t cure. In a day and age when as a widowed woman I ve been taken advantage of in the past. The service people were honest and sent me on my way to get home safely. I truly appreciate the experience. I would highly recommend Ira Toyota. I would do business with them again if given the chance.

I always love working with the crew at Toyota of Hyannis. They take great care of my vehicle, are thorough, thoughtful and flexible.The admin/management staff are professional, attentive, courteous and very helpful.The experience is always pleasurable, and I feel like I get huge value for the cost.Thanks Guys!!

Exceptional service. I brought my car in for a service engine light. Within 45 mins I had a text with an estimate of work needed and a video of the mechanic explaining the inspection of the car and what the issue was and how they would resolve it. I got a call about an hour after that that the car was ready. The bill also came out $30 under the estimate. Really top notch service from the time I dropped the car of to the time I picked it up. Impressive.

I recently purchased a GR86 at Ira Toyota of Hyannis and could not be happier. Justin was my sales representative and was phenomenal. I am about an hour and a half from the dealership and all communication prior to arriving at the dealership was 100% transparent which is extremely appreciated. Lastly, I want to comment on how impressed I was at the efficiency of taking in my trade, getting me through finance, and prepping the new car. Visiting on a Saturday, I had no expectation of taking the car home that same day, but they made it happen. I definitely recommend and would make the drive out to Toyota of Hyannis for a future purchase.

They were very caring with my car. Walked me through my options when I had some issues coming in for an oil change. The shuttle service was very convenient, as it look a while for it to be finished. The drivers were timely and considerate. Overall I m happy with my car and with Toyota for their service.

To Whom It May Concern,I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the service I received at the Toyota dealership in Hyannis, Massachusetts. As a customer and legal professional, I expect a certain standard of service that was not met during my recent visit.On January 18 2024, I brought my vehicle to the Toyota Hyannis dealership due to an alarm issue. My car, being relatively new and under Toyota's service agreement, also qualified for a complimentary oil change, which I requested during this visit.Upon returning to collect my vehicle, I was informed that the potential cause of the alarm issue might be related to the hood latch. However, the explanation was vague and unconvincing, considering the vehicle's age and lack of expected corrosion. Furthermore, I was surprised and disappointed to be charged over $350 for the oil change and associated labor, despite my entitlement to a free oil change under Toyota's policy. This charge was unexpected as I was supposed to get this done under the complementary deal we had but overlooked due their lack of communication and verbal explanations through the process.Additionally, the communication from the customer representative and technical manager was markedly poor. They failed to provide clear explanations or guide me through the service process, leaving me with many unanswered questions and concerns. This lack of transparency and customer guidance has been a recurring issue, not only for myself but also for other Toyota owners in this region.This experience has significantly eroded my trust in the Toyota Hyannis dealership. As a loyal Toyota customer, I find it unacceptable to be repeatedly subjected to such substandard service. It is imperative that Toyota Global Corporation addresses these ongoing issues to ensure accountability and reliability in their dealership services, particularly at the Hyannis location in Massachusetts.I respectfully request a thorough investigation into this matter and appropriate actions to rectify the unsatisfactory experiences faced by customers at this dealership.Sincerely,

Buyers beware!!! On October 27, 2023, I purchased a brand new 2024 Toyota Grand Highlander Hybrid SUV from the Ira Toyota dealership in Hyannis. This brand new car included the option of a factory-installed integrated Dash camera (additional $500 which I paid). From the beginning, the Dash camera did not work This dealership has failed repeatedly to deliver this good and quality service to me while happily taking my money and wasting my time. I've visited the dealership multiple times to resolve my Dash camera. The seller's department bumped me to the service department, and then the service department promised that they would call resolve with Toyota directly. But now, nearly 3 months later, my Dash camera still has not been fixed. In fact, this dealership has been saying its a Toyota issue, lying to me that Toyota can't do anything (when I called Toyota they said they should help) not their issue, closing my open disputes that I open with Toyota directly. Moreover, the general manager of Ira Toyota Hyannis, Dennis Lopes , has been terribly unprofessional and recently scoffed in my face that "he does not make these cars, but he sells them" -- good job Mr. lopes, clearly working at the top of your profession, selling a defective, non-working product, refusing to refund my money (isn't that call stealing?), then mocking your customers. Horrible people, horrible service. Sleazy place, customers can do much better.

I brought my truck over from ACK to be serviced here. They are great! Kenny picked up my Trundra from the ferry, brought it to the dealership and did all the service, plus somebody work and did a detail. Kenny and his team are awesome! Well worth the cost of the ferry to have this level of service!

I had a great experience at IRA Toyota, Katie was very thorough and knowledgeable and took the time to go over all of the issues with my car. She also gave me a discount on the oil change ! They keep track of ongoing issues so the next time I go they are ready to do what needs to be done. Highly recommend

Our sales person Sam Hicks was WONDERFUL ! He is very professional and extremely nice. He helped us every step of the way to trade in 2 cars and buy a new Rav4. Excellent experience all around the sales team could not have been better. I would highly recommend going there if a new or used Toyota is in your future. Well done !

Service desk provider was courteous and professional answering all my questions.However, not having available part(s) is disappointing, even more frustrating. There are many 2007 Camry xle cars still on the road. I feel strongly a dealership knowing in advance the car is 16-17 years old would have 2007 parts available, especially the 2007 edition which was Toyota s 40th anniversary year. My wife owned a Toyota Corona, its inaugural year.of 1967.

Salesman Tommy (didn t catch his last name).. was probably the best sales guy I ve ever dealt with! So easy going.. he knew what I needed vs. wanted and found the perfect compromise within the hour. And I loved it! He explained everything to me and how to use everything (So Five~Star!!!!) Jonathan Brown in finance helped me understand my warranties and really broke everything down for me so I didn t feel taken advantage of the whole experience was honestly 6 out of 5 stars. I will recommend! Thank you Hyannis Toyota! And thank you for not taking up my whole day! That was HUGE!

It s very frustrating because it feels exploitive. I go in for a maintenance check and all these other things need to get done. And it s at top dollar. I agree to most of it but not all of it. I know I can get tires for a better price somewhere else. The thing that really bugs me, when I go to Jiffy Lube and get my oil changed they vacuum my car. I m spending so much money here and they can t even spruce up my car on my way out. I mean I just feel like it would be better customer service. Anyway it s a disappointment

Nobody Takes Responsibility for their mistakes at this location.. I've had 2 awful experiences in a 6 month span. They over book and rush the job every time I go there. Their employees are disrespectful, management is unaware, Noone ever has any answers. Communication between employees and customers is so unprofessional. They don't even deserve the 1 star review I left. They serviced my vehicle in an hour and 10 minutes time. Somehow in the 70 minute service I received. They put on 4 new tires, an alignment, an oil change, and an inspection only to have my battery die 12 days later. I asked for a new battery. They didn't put one In because they said I didn't need one. But had my vehicle serviced 4 months prior and they told me I needed one then. Very confused. Awful people, Awful service

I had a disappointing experience today at Ira Toyota of Hyannis. I brought in my new 2023 white Tundra for service and noticed unsightly black marks/stains below the side mirrors. When I raised this concern with the manager, Kenny, he seemed disinterested, condescending and brushed it off as normal, even comparing it to his wife's Honda having the same problem. This was unacceptable for a $60,000 truck.Furthermore, my scheduled appointment from 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm was delayed significantly, with my truck sitting untouched in the parking lot for over an hour and fifteen minutes, I understand delays but please communicate that to me prior to the appointment so I don t arrive on time, only to wait this long. This marks the second negative experience I've had this year. I'm disappointed and will now go the extra 30 minutes to find better service elsewhere.

The worst....EVER. Good luck when they sell you a damaged " certified used toyota " and 2 times they did not fix properly and after second attempt now a sensor light goes on and off months of ignored calls and voicemails to the service manager again so had to physically go to talk and they said that they won't do anything too much time has passed bit I have been calling the whole time and she lied and said she only had one call from the previous day I have the call history so lying about it was so lame. The service center / auto body they use couldn't fix it properly to begin with so I don't have much faith in their abilities and then them telling that's it is just crazy to me so small claims is the very inconvenient route I will have to take to hopefully get reimbursed for their multiple screw ups

Insufficient staff at front desk, possibly also in service area. Ten-minute wait to start, w only 2 cust rs ahead of me. Regular mileage-based service was supposed to be < 2 hrs but took 3 hrs. Big drop in service quality since IRA took over.

Took out a Highlander in for service. We ve been pretty unhappy with the service we been receiving since they switched to Ira. When my husband walked in and saw Meaghan s face, she was beyond excited to see that she was back and in charge. We came in for a simple oil change and tire rotation. Meaghan came out and told my husband that we need a new brakes in the tires on the front of the vehicle were very bad. She was so concerned she said she didn t want him to drive the vehicle home. We left the vehicle there and Meaghan made sure everything was done in a timely manner and done properly. This is the first time in a few years that we ve received such great service as we used to when it was Hyannis Toyota. The personal touch that Meaghan gave us this time, and as she always had in the past, will make us come back to service our car there again. We ve been seriously considering not going back to the dealership. Meaghan s presence changed our mind.

Been going to Hyannis Toyota for many years to have my car serviced. Found working with Kenny to be great. However had to have my rear brakes replaced again after only 18,000 miles. This should not happen so quickly according to everything I have read. In addition, it s a dealer so I know it s expensive, but will look for independent mechanic next time for service.

TERRIBLE!!! The sales guys/girl were rude and unhelpful. Especially when the price went down on the vehicle we were interested in- we had to find out online on our our own!! And when we called them on it, they were even more obnoxious!! And the finance guy- even worse!!! Each document we signed he didn't explain and when we asked, he was curt and terribly rude...then there was service...they were so unorganized, it took a month to get appts and to close out the sale....UGH!!! DONT GO HERE IF YOU DONT HAVE TO!!!

Stay away from this place, if you're going to pay the dealership money, do yourself a favor and go to Falmouth Toyota.Despite providing the service department with a comprehensive account of the issues plaguing my vehicle, including misfires in cylinders 3 and 4 as well as running rich, I found myself waiting for over 8 hours with no credible insights into the problem.It became painfully evident that they had made minimal effort to examine my vehicle. I witnessed no movement from the parking spot where I left it for hours. Their vague assertions about the potential causes of the misfire, such as the crankshaft sensor, lacked sound reasoning. They said they needed more time to diagnose my truck after not examining the vehicle for almost the whole day. To add insult to injury, they levied a charge of $285, seemingly as a gesture of goodwill for not imposing a $400 fee. The advertised price was $99 online! They also blatantly misled me about the state of my timing belt, falsely claiming it required replacement, and mistakenly identifying it as the original when it was, in fact, a different brand and relatively new. Stay away.

If you are in the market for a vehicle, I absolutely recommend IRA of Hyannis, Ma...I personally had an excellent experience with JUSTIN BRANDT. Sold me my 2024 4runner !!! He is patient and listens to you and what you are looking for, thorough and efficient in explaining everything, you need to know!! I believe 5 stars is well deserved!!Thank you IRA!!!
