I have been using Regan's service for over 30 years. I even bought a great used Prius from them. They are always friendly, courteous and professional. My highest recommendation!

I had my car towed to Regan Service after loosing power while driving the night before. I contacted them in the morning with details. They called me later with an estimate and details on expected completion time. The repair was completed within the promised timeframe.

Fast, professional, and friendly service, following COVID-19 guidelines and social distancing. Highly recommended!I brought my car to get the inspection this evening, based on so many positive reviews and a recommendation (I was told that this place is the best in the area). The person who helped me was so kind, professional, and extremely fast. Perhaps 10-15 mins or less when he said it's all set! He told me it's all set and the documents were on the passenger seat.Even the cashier's area has a plastic barrier to keep a distance, credit card machine for customers to pay by themselves and all set in a few seconds! I look forward to the next year. Thank you!---Updated 10/16/21Douglas and Eric were extremely helpful. I brought my car to get inspection today. They have been trying to help with my registration. Service was beyond expectation. Highly recommend this place!

Brought a company truck here for service after calling to explain the issue and was told they had availability. Got there and told they were scheduling 2 weeks out, so I reexplained the issue and showed pictures of the stripped windshield wiper arm bolt. The lead mechanic/owner told me to just tighten in more and was pretty condescending. Didn t seem to listen to a word I said or the pictures I showed were the bolt was stripped clean.

very incompetent front desk person. could not even provide manager's phone number when asked. they have a sign with 'mechanic on duty' board,- nobody was there and no manager's information is provided.. horrible experience with the place. muffler felled off while driving by the shop and nobody cares. the explanation was because they are booked. random person in the shop interfered,- bizarre..

If a grade higher than A existed, I would give Regan's triple A's. They are kind, professional and HONEST. Many times I have brought in my car and Jeremy has called me and given me a quote and also made suggestions which tasks I don't really need at the time. Regan's has the customer first in mind. I never worry when I bring the car to them. I have a special Adaptive Van - they treat it with the utmost care. Regan's are always professional and helpful for car service.Highly recommend them. I appreciate REgans' professionalism in first checking my suspicion of a slipping clutch, and then in advising that there was no evidence of this shortcoming in my 2012 Xterra.

I have been using Regans for 10 years now and they have always provided me with reliable service and advice about maintenance of my car. Jeremy and his staff are knowledgeable and friendly. I always know when I take the car in for service that it will be well taken care of without the suggestions of costly maintenance that is not necessary.Services: Auto engine tuning, Brakes, Oil change

This place doesn't have a lot of space to park or maneuver cars. As a customer, you should understand that. Another customer was being a jerk to me about having to put some effort to take his car out. But the service person at the Regan's handled the situation well - without causing much of a scene. And they did my inspection promptly.And the gas prices are reasonable.

I ve been going to Regan s for years and my sisters and our kids take their cars there too. I had a free service at Volvo so brought my car there and mentioned my tire light was on. Volvo said I needed 2 tires...$600. I brought it to Regan s and $30 later my tire was patched. Their on line scheduling and communication is great. Prices are reasonable and they re honest. Also have to mention the staff, the woman in the morning ( Wish I got names) and the guy at night were super helpful.

I have never had a bad experience at Regan's Service. They keep my old beater of a Toyota Corolla running safely and smoothly. I find their prices are always fair and there is never a surprise when I go to pick up my car. Everyone who works for them is great. The best word to describe them is honest and these days that is a rare thing to find.

We had used Regan's as our sole, neighborhood auto service provider for over 30 years until we retired and moved two years ago. I have nothing but good things to say about them. We still stop in for gas whenever we are in the area. Straightforward, honest, experienced, and thorough service is what I came to expect. I was never disappointed. Their attention to detail is impeccable, their high quality is consistent, and they do it all with a smile and a wonderful friendly manner. I've been going to Regan's for almost 10 years. I have a Volvo S70 with over 200,000 miles on it and with the care they give it, I'm expecting another 100,000.Everyone there is fantastic! You can trust them. They won't try to sell you a repair you don't need. If it's something that can be put off, they'll tell you. After they've looked at the car, they've *always* called me to describe the work they think should be done and how much it will cost. And the final bill has never been more than their estimate (and has frequently been lower!)If you need a loaner for the day while the car's in the shop, no problem. Also, no charge. All they ask is that you fill the loaner up at their pumps. That's a great deal!I highly recommend Regan's.

We recently had snow tires taken off and brakes changed. The service was great. I liked that the senior mechanic called mid-morning to discuss options to consider regarding the brakes. We have used Regan's for at least 10 years and find the service excellent -- they have tremendous knowledge about all kinds of cars including hybrids. It is clear that the owners Pat and Steve (brothers) take a lot of pride in the business. They are on the premises from early morning and are easily accessible for questions and advice.

Professional, communicative, and efficient.Regan's took less than fifteen minutes to complete a MA state inspection on my car. They were straightforward and accepted credit cards.Their gas prices were also impressively reasonable, especially considering the surrounding area.I look forward to returning.

You can t do better than Regan s to take care of any car. They are honest, knowledgeable, fair and they don't up-sell you into things that you don t need. Plus they re genuinely nice people (riding in the Pan-Mass challenge). They ve kept my cars running beautifully for over 20 years, and when I need a job that they don t cover, like transmission or body work, they ve given great referrals. And they have free loaner cars (ask when you book your appointment).

We have been going to Regans for more than 10 years. They are honest, professional and have true authentic win-win intent. I can t imagine going anywhere else.There was a time when I had to make a decision about putting more money into a car (as things starting breaking down) or getting rid of the car entirely. Is it worth the investment. The people at Regans were straightforward with me and said that they investment in that car wouldn t make sense in the long term.Other places may have recommended otherwise, just to keep me coming back for work. That is not the philosophy of Regan s.They really want what is best for their customers and understand that when they act on that principle that customers will stick with them for the long road.They really are the best at what they do. Regan's Service is our place for auto repairs and purchases. We drive in from Providence Rhode Island for all our auto service needs. They're that special. Every single employee delivers excellent customer service. Jeremy, the Service Manager, and his staff are always honest and timely. Can you say that about your mechanics?Steve and Pat Regan make the whole operation hum. When your name, and your father's name, is on the sign....We bought our last two cars there and expect to buy our next one or two there as well. I drive a 1999 Toyota Corolla and my wife drives a 2004 Dodge Stratus. They have been the reliable transportation we were looking for, and then some. Together, they cost us $10,000. You can visit the Regan's Service website for current inventory. More importantly, they will shop on your behalf. Tell them what you're looking for and they'll search to find it. If you don't like what they find, they'll put it on the lot and it will sell quickly.Finally. I worked for Regan's Service as a cashier myself for about a year. I got to see how good they are when there are lots of customers and when there are none. They run an excellent SERVICE Station. When I'm in town, I even buy my gas there. I'll never go anywhere else in New England to have my car repaired. Trust me, I'm not the only customer that feels that way. I've met many customers who've been loyal to them since Steve Sr. was alive. He founded the station in 1963 and his spirit still guides the place.

If I could give these guys 10 stars I would! This family run business was recommended to me by a friend of my wife's and I gave them a try about 12 years ago. I live 4 miles away and had to drove past a few other garages to get there but the recommendation was so strong I had to try them out. She was right and I'm glad I did. Since then we have bought 5 used cars (I do close to 50k miles/year for my business!) there and had all of our service work on both of our cars done there. I would not go anywhere else, ever! And that is for either for a car or for service. Have been using Regan's for almost ten years now for all our cars (Volvo, Honda, Toyota) - and have always found them to be absolutely honest. They do great work and are great to deal with. They are also involved in the local community, particularly as long-time little league sponsors. Couldn't recommend them more highly.

Start to finish, outstanding service! Was able to have my car looked at within a very reasonable amount of time, Jeremy called and took the time to explain what was wrong and options available. It's a no-bull kind of place which is very much appreciated! You get honest people who do fantastic worth at reasonable prices. Regan's is a treasure!

These are capable, honest and friendly people. For example, my (former) dealership said I needed front and rear brakes on my Honda Pilot. Regan's inspected the car said I only needed front brakes. The rear brakes lasted another 2 years. They are also unfailing polite, decent and sincere. The prices are fair and reasonable. They earned my trust.

If you're unhappy with the service at Regan's, you may find your problem is in the rear view mirror. If so, please take your car to Nordstroms. Regan's is a gem. Lisa, Jeremy, and Steve are great people. We get our cars inspected here, tires replaced, oil and fluid changed, brake jobs, exhaust pipes, etc. Great service and honest advice on car maintenance. Those qualities keep us coming back to Regan's. We've been customers here for 14 years and have three cars on the road now: a 2008 Honda, a 2012 Toyota, and a 2015 Toyota. We go to Sullivan Tire if we need something done on a Saturday when Regan's garages are not open. Been using Regan's for many years. They've always been reasonably priced. Unlike many repair shops, they will offer less costly alternatives without compromising safety. Even when buying something as common as tires, once you distill down the hype from the large tire retailers, Regan's is the less expensive option.

Regan's is a neighborhood staple. The staff are knowledgeable, honest, and kind. All of Auburndale and surrounding area take their cars here to get serviced. Since I was very little we've been getting great service and making lifelong friendships with the folks who work at Regan's. For anyone who needs repairs, an opinion, to buy a car, to rent a car, an MA state inspection, some gas, or a cup of coffee, I recommend Regan's service. They rule.
