While my damage was fixed well, there were several factors of my interaction with Fort Hill that left me disappointed. Hopefully my negative experiences were isolated and rare.I had called over the phone to check what availability they had and was told multiple times they had availability on 2/5. Since that was sooner than an appointment I had elsewhere I went to sign consent papers. Only after I signed was I informed their earliest availability was actually 2/12. Whatever, I already consented to service.Once my car was in for service I was not given any of their text updates, so called myself for an update on 2/23. Whatever, I can call myself, no biggie.There was a delay due to insurance, so I called insurance to encourage the process. I understand being frustrated with insurance, but the attitude Debbie had on the three way call with insurance and myself was embarrassing.Lastly, I had duct tape on my bumper on the opposite side from the damage from an unrelated plastic undercarriage cover being loose. The duct tape was removed during service, but nothing was reapplied to secure said loose piece, it was not even secured to the bumper with a bolt the way it should be. It has since come loose and got destroyed due to not being resecured. I was perfectly content with my duct tape, the removal of which destroyed my loose part. Again, damage from the collision was fixed nicely and is very much appreciated, but mostly every other aspect of my interaction with Fort Hill was a disappointment.

My SUV was in need of repair after my accident at the roundabout. I was hesitant leaving my car for the length of time they needed it, for getting all the necessary parts. I'm so glad I had Fort Hill Collision in control! They were kind, patient and very thorough! Excellent work, everything happened just as I was promised! Thank you!

My car went in for repair after I was rear ended. The staff showed great care in getting my car fixed right and worked well with my insurance. They even gave my car a clean before giving it back to me, definitely leaving it better than it arrived to them. Excellent communication and final product. The left side of our vehicle was hit by a tractor trailer. Dropped off Sunday 11/5, ready for pick up Wednesday 11/15.

I had my SUV fixed here twice within the year as it got hit twice while parked. Jarek the manager not only fixed my SUV and the work is amazing but he also helped with the back and fourth w/the insurance company, who was being pushy. Fort Hill Collision Services was really great. The receptionist is always so friendly and willing to help. They gave an honest estimate. My repairs only took about 3 days and were great. They even vacuumed the inside of my car and rinsed it off before giving it back to me. This is a very organized and friendly business, and everyone there has great customer service.Service: Body & Trim

I asked for my vehicle to be professionally fixed and taken care of. I was not disappointed. I don t ever care to do reviews. This place deserves recognition for their work. After someone hit my car, I was not thrilled especially after I just got done taking very good care of it with its maintenance. I don t like half fast jobs or temporary fixes. I don t mind paying a price when the job is done correctly the first time around. This place did their job well, were very professional about it. No nonsense about it. If I ever need car work done again for repairs, I will be returning to this place for services for the future to come. They ve earned my business and respect. I couldn t be more pleased and proud of the job they did on my vehicle. Thank you very much! I appreciate your work ethic and professionalism you ve shown.

I went here today for inquiries and was treated extremely rude by the older burnette women working at the desk . She spoke to me as if I was an annoyance. I asked her. A question and she very rudely said the sign right in front of your face says this", which I get , but don't talk to me like that. If youre working in costumer service the skills go a long way.

My parents recently dropped off their 2020 Honda Pilot to be fixed after a stranger hit their parked car and left a massive dent in the driver's side door. While we appreciate receiving the car back fully repaired, the issues that arose from the people working within Fort Hill Collision Services were unacceptable.My mother and father both do not speak English as their first language and are Korean -- the front desk lady was rude and disrespectful to my mother on multiple occasions, on the phone and in person when she stopped by to see how the progress was coming along. My parents run a business in downtown Amherst as well, they need their car to get food and inventory for our restaurant and the repairs were taking weeks longer than estimated. My mother tried to kindly ask about updates on the car, when it was due to be finished, and she was met with hostility and an extremely rude front desk woman -- not sure what her name is but she answers the phones and deals with people who walk in.I would appreciate it if Fort Hill Collision Services was more aware of how their micro-aggressions towards people who do not speak perfect/fluent English can be so damaging and disheartening. All this is said with my mother also letting me know that the front desk lady later apologized to her for being rude -- she blamed it on a bad and stressful day which I can understand but I will not condone my parents being made to feel uncomfortable in any setting where they are paying customers trying to go about their daily duties. Getting hostile and angry with a customer just because they do not speak flawless English is beyond unacceptable and we will not be returning.

I had a tree fall on my car. I worked with the insurance company and got the car towed to Fort Hill Collision. Was told it would take at least a month. The process was seamless between the insurance company and Fort Hill. The car was ready in just over a month. The car looked brand new. They did a great job fixing it and having it ready in a timely manner. Will go back if ever needed.Service: Auto body & trim repair

I wanted to get a dent tapped out, I said I didn t want to spend a lot of money and don t need it to look perfect, they told me I had to put $50 down to get an estimate. My car was right outside I asked what they thought and they said I needed an estimate. I figured the work wouldn t be too expensive so the $50 would go towards it. After two minutes I got a quote for $1400 dollars and that they would have to replace the piece and wouldn t tap it out. They told me they don t do that sort of thing and only do complete repairs and took my $50.

The employees were incredibly friendly, and very communicative about every step in the process. If I didn't understand how something was done/what something was they broke it down until I did, which was very helpful as this is my very first car. They helped me figure out what to do with my insurance, how to get a rental, and they were amazingly quick about the repairs! I expected to be stuck with my rental for weeks! My car looks fantastic with the denting and scratching all cleaned up. Would absolutely return to this shop!Service: Paint repair

scum bags. takes advantage of people who dont know much about cars. my friend went in to get bumper reattached, just the little plastic connectors needed replacing, quoted $2400. Parts can be bought online for her for under $15 and it can be installed in under an hour. said that they wont do the job unless they also did an $800 paint job. scum of the earth. just go to another mechanic and ask a quote and youll see these people are scum bags

Worked with Fort Hill Collision for repairs after an accident. Their office was very organized and helpful. They kept me informed about the progress of my vehicle and made sure I was all set with my rental. Due to COVID they experienced some parts delays but they did their best to get my car back to me as soon as possible. My car looks great and I'm very happy with the repairs. The team at Fort Hill took great care in repairing my car after someone T-boned it. When more damage was discovered during the repair process, they were great communicating what additional repairs were needed and with contacting my insurance for authorization. They did an amazing job replacing my door and fender. It was pretty expensive, but fortunately insurance paid for the whole thing. It also took 6 weeks, but mostly because they had difficulty sourcing parts. They did a perfect job with fitment and color matching with the paint, which was my biggest concern going in. Great job getting a huge scratch/ off of my 2015 Ford F150 door. There was a big wide scratch that I had no idea how it got there. The staff was very professional and courteous about looking at my truck, assessing the damage, giving me a quote of what it would cost to fix and what would need to be done to fix it. They were able to get me an appointment to get it taken care of . I was able to sit and wait for the truck to be completed in they're very clean waiting area and work on my laptop. I will be making another appointment soon to have my truck completely detailed I will definitely return to Fort Hill auto body for all my needs.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment

I highly recommend Fort Hill Collision Services because of the exceptional service I received from beginning to end. What could have been a very difficult transaction to navigate with insurance, rental, etc. was made simple and painless. Jarek, John and their entire staff were the most professional people I have ever had the pleasure of working with in my 25+ years in the automotive business. The quality of work was flawless! My 2015 Ford F-350 truck that I use for towing horses suffered storm damage from falling trees. I was updated throughout the entire process and it was fully detailed when it was done. I couldn't have asked for better experience and will definitely use them again for all my collision/detailing needs.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Auto detailing

I have a classic Saab 900 convertible that needed detailing. Fort Hill did a tremendous job. At first I was hesitant to leave my car with anybody. Once I got over that I heard good things about these guys and took my car for a stem to stern detailing project. They absolutely exceeded my expectations. My car is already in good condition and they made it pop. They did the job on time, on budget, and exceeded all of my expectations. I would recommend these guys in a heartbeat to anybody. Believe me, if I can leave a 27-year-old car with them, you can leave your late model car or truck with them too. They did an awesome job.Looking forward to driving my classic sob all summer long.
