Dave in Service made it so easy to schedule service for my daughters car. He was communicative throughout the process and knew exactly what he was doing and what needed to be done on the car. I also enjoyed his accommodating manner, especially because I live in Pennsylvania and my daughter and the car are housed in Medford for the school year!

I really can't say enough positive. The price was fair, the customer service was great, they worked with my Dad for about an hour to make sure he knew how all the bells and whistles work. Great experience!

Swanson Buick GMC is a class act dealership! From beginning search to delivery of my new Canyon it was seamless. Andrew in sales has superb attention to detail and his customer service is outstanding . Needless to say I highly recommend you see Andrew !

Was in for replacement of my rear breaks, per usual Ken, Tom, and crew were ready for my appointment. Everyone was extremely kind, came across Matt and Andrew both very friendly. The feeling of being more than just a number really hits home. At this dealership for sales or service you are more than just another customer. I feel bad for those that never made a purchase at Swanson and are missing out on being treated like you belong there.

Andrew treats me like family. He advised me what I needed to do ahead of the purchase of my vehicle. The whole transaction was seamless. I was in and out of the dealership and riding in my new vehicle in no time. The Swanson Family has me as their customer for life. This is my 4th vehicle purchase from Swanson GMC, Inc!

Brought Sierra 1500 in for brake evaluation.The truck had brakes replaced three times with multiple issues over time.Repeatly brought truck back for brake issues.Last visit I was told due to the truck not being used regularly the calipers were defective and rotors and pads needed replacing at a cost of $1300.After much discussion with doubt in my mind I took the vehicle to another mechanic.It turned out only needing pads and rotors at $500.The mechanic stated this occurred due to not lubricating the pads.Production appears to be more important than honesty.

I rarely, if ever leave reviews but this situation merits me taking the time to recognize this dealership and in particular Andrew Dill. I had been working with another dealership out of convenance to my location and experienced/exposed activities that were unbelievably low character, if not illegal. On a whim I happened to reach out to Swanson/Andrew and within 90 minutes he not only got everything straight and organized but we accomplished the purchase of a truck.Today's world is far to driven by the dollar and people forget that the actual people are what pull everything together and make it happen. Andrew is good people, and I'm significantly better off now than I would have been, without question.

Great customer service - David was so friendly. I was able to get an appointment immediately and my vehicle was fixed in days (when I thought it would take much longer). Buying a vehicle in this market is tough. Andrew Dill and the Swanson team were great to work with in ordering a new vehicle. They price locked the build and stayed in touch throughout the long wait time. I have been a maintenance client for many years and happy to give them my business buying a new vehicle. The salespeople are all courteous and helpful, and they provide a low-pressure car shopping experience. Unfortunately, the positive review stops there. The used car I purchased from them turned out to be a lemon. The engine overheated three days after I had purchased the car. Swanson did cover all the towing and diagnostic charges to get it back to their garage and have it inspected, but I was without a car for five days because they didn t have a courtesy car on the lot for me to use. I was told that the engine in the car I had purchased was completely gone. It would take four months to get a replacement engine. They refunded my down payment and paid me the trade-in value of my old car (which I now wish I still had).

Thankful for this service department. I bought a Buick from a different dealership (Colonial Ford in Plymouth), and it has had some complicated, undisclosed wiring issues due to the previous owner. Even though this is not Swanson Buick/GMC s issue, they are always super helpful and accommodating. Other dealerships were unable to find a cause, but this location has been able to find and fix the issue. Tom and Dave are especially excellent. What I like the most about this location is the honesty/transparency, as well as the communication. When I drop my car off, Tom calls me promptly to share updates along the way and above all, he is honest. They are also personable and have good senses of humor which makes for a nice experience overall. The level of service that this dealership provides is not comparable to past experiences I have had at other dealerships. I also come here for regular maitenance, and will continue to always come here. I feel like I can really trust this dealership and feel safe bringing my car here. Thank you!

My Wife & I recently bought two vehicles from Swamson. The trade in valjue of our vehicles was exceptional. My wife's vehicle had some noise from the brakes & I brought it back to the service dept. They drove the vehicle, determined the problem & fixed it at no cost. The sales & service people were all exceptionally friendly & helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend the dealership to others!

I have an old 95' GMC Yukon that I love. I don't want to get rid of the vehicle because it runs so well, but because of it's age it needs some TLC from time to time. The service dept at Swanson Buick/GMC has been outstanding every time that I bring my vehicle in for service.
