Excellent customer service! Great prices very friendly and honest! I took my Jeep there to have a major death wobble fixed and they nailed it!! I call them and they had it repaired in less than a week. I will return to Offroad Elements for any repairs they are willing to do to my jeep in the future for sure!!

If you need great parts order from here. Customer service is so AWESOME. The people have bent over backwards to get it right. I can not recommend they enough. As far as issues with them when I order anything from them and there is a problem, all I do it send them a message and they are on it. I can"t say anything negative about them at all. Great bunch people there. Happy to order from them anytime. Find out for yourself.

I would have given 1,000 stars if it was an option! I had a big Rock Krawler Jeep build done at another shop. When I got it back, things weren't right and I needed a skilled and honest shop to make things right. I called RK and they suggested that I go to Offroad Elements. That was DEFINITELY the right choice!! Wow! They made me an appointment, sent me two reminder cards in the mail (yes, old school!) and I had my Jeep towed there. Right away I received a breakdown of everything that needed to be corrected including pictures of every item along with an explanation! Eric ("The President, Founder & Many Hats") then went over each concern on the phone with me and took his time making sure that I understood everything. I, of course, okayed the whole job and added on a set of recommended rock rails! During my Jeeps short stay at the shop, I did call a couple of times. Eric, his wife Gillian and a mechanic that I spoke to were all AWESOME! Their knowledge, as well as their kindness, was limitless! That reinforced the fact that my Jeep was finally in the right place. Further, my poor experience at that other shop spoiled "Jeepin' " for me. I was considering just selling my Jeep. Offroad Elements reignited my desire to stick with it and helped to remind me just how incredible the Jeep community is! Oh! I got my Jeep back from these guys and everything is perfect! Their attention to detail is just what the doctor ordered! I went from having trouble keeping my Jeep between the dotted lines on the highway to now being able to drive with one finger!! I am sooooooo happy!! A million people could ask me what shop they should use and I will answer a million times "OFFROAD ELEMENTS!!!!"

Eric and his team are the nicest people I ve met in Massachusetts. They are very thorough and knowledgeable on all sorts of lift options for many different vehicles. If you re looking for quality work go to Elements Off Road. I just got my 4Runner done and it looks and rides great. I ll add photos later on.

Excellent customer service and the ability to provide better prices than anyone else in the industry is what keeps me coming back! Highly recommend to anyone needing anything from basic bolt on lift/wheels all the way to custom built axles and suspension. I just received my KMC wheels and Rock Krawler long arm and they were both delivered faster than expected. Now I'm waiting on axles and they have kept me updated throughout the build process. Highly recommend to anyone!

Eric and his team did a great job. They took my stock 2017 Rubicon and added 35's, new wheels, and a 2.5" lift. They were exceptionally easy to communicate with, the pricing was fair, and they were honest with what work was required. The final price came in less than the initial quote, which is very rare to see. They were flexible with my time schedule and easy to coordinate after-hours drop off and pickup. I look forward to bringing it back there again.

Can't say enough good things about the people at Offroad Elements! Started out with them helping me with my 2013 JK wrangler and now with my G6 Bronco. Always there when I have any questions and if they don't know the answer right away, they will get the answer and get back to you promptly! Prices and workmanship are both great! Just had them put in my new PRP seat covers and couldn't be happier!

What an outstanding experience from beginning to end with the team at Offroad Elements. I worked primarily with Steven, in sales. He was beyond helpful and friendly to work with, right up to pickup day. Eric and Gillian were awesome, when I spoke with them, as well.I had a 2.5 RC lift installed, with 33 Duratracs on 17 Black Rhino York wheels. I also had a catback Borla Touring exhaust installed. Everything came out perfect, clean, and aligned just right. This will be my only shop for my family s 4WD vehicles! Highly recommended.-Joe

Offroad Elements is one of the most genuine businesses out there. Their team is all down to hearth, maybe a little goofy but all amazing people. We have been buying all sort of parts from them all the way to Texas. Never any hiccups or cloudy water in communication.

I usually don t leave reviews but these guys stood out. From the time I first contacted them to have them install a ECGS bushing for the front diff on my 5th gen 4Runner. I sent them an email not knowing they were closed and on vacation for a week and they still emailed back and got me on schedule. When I dropped off my truck in the morning everyone was happy to greet you as you walked through the door and when I picked it up again all smiles. Seems like these guys love what they do and love where they work!! I will be going back if in need of any other install I may not be comfortable doing myself. Great shop Great people. Thanks again for the great service.

Such a great group here! Call far in advance because they are quite busy. I found them through a Jeep community page as they re one of the sponsors. I had bought axial headlights, indicators, and fog lights and wanted to see if they could install them.Not only were they totally accommodating, but the receptionist knew immediately what lights I had and what was needed for the install. You absolutely get what you pay for from these guys. All of the work was done in just under two hours, and everything is totally bulletproof. Aligned perfectly, zero issues whatsoever.They even helped me fix my rear grab handle that wasn t lining up properly with the sport bar! As well as leaving a whole bunch of swag in the car when they finished. Extremely knowledgeable shop and they take pride in their work and it shows. I would easily make the hour+ drive again to have any future modifications done by them.

Offroad Elements is the place to go if you need any suspension or offroad components. These guys specialize in Offroad vehicles as well as morning toast. Just bring the bread and these guys deffinetly have the butter!! Lol. I brought my Tacoma already on 35s with a 6 inch lift to these guys & they made it drive smooth like butter.New wheels, body chop mount, alignment & balance, suspension tune up and Wheel bearing replacement. No more tires rubbing, No more steering wheel shaking at high speeds, no more loud tires roaring. My truck is driving like stock!Thank you guys. Did a great job and I'll be back in the future for more work.

I had extensive suspension upgrades and axle work done on my older Tacoma. All encounters by email, phone, and in person were responsive and courteous. I was able to specify or provide parts. Good advice was provided on that. The appointment was scheduled out and worth the wait. I received several appointment reminders and calls on progress and issues discovered. All work was completed and the truck rides and tracks in a perfect line with no play or rattles. The original quote was kept despite the truck having a few seized bolts that required more time to remove. Don t mess around with general mechanics to try to save a few dollars on Toyota suspension upgrades. Go here, get in line, and wait patiently. You will be happy with the problem free and durable results.

Top notch customer service! Active on Offroad Facebook Groups and forums, always answering questions and reminding you they're there to save you a few bucks. Bought a set of 37 Nitto Trail Grappler from Stevie G 2 years ago, saw a post on a FB group, and remembered me and sent me a message. Pre- Ordered 42 micky Thompsons a week later! East Coast- West Coast doesn't matter; They're all over!

The team at off-road elements went above and beyond to take great care of my Jeep JT. From ordering parts (multiple) to the actual service and pickup of the vehicle I couldn t have asked for anything else from this great shop. They even took the time to send a handwritten note, name me more than two businesses on this planet that do that, I ll wait. Full regear on my JT which is not a small undertaking or a DIY project. Dealer offered to do it for the same price no thanks- I ll leave this one to the professionals at O.E.

They gave me great advice on what upgrades to get for how I want to use my Jeep, without overselling. Great customer service! All interactions were super nice and professional. Eric was extremely professional. Honored every promise and delivered exceptional service. Once you start talking to these guys you can tell they have a love and passion for what they do.
