Bought a car from them, they told me they don't offer warranties. A week into owning the car I had a catastrophic engine failure - the Emelio will not do anything for me, basically pointed out that I "declined the warranty". They are completely fraudulent, you are risking your money by shopping with these guys.

Hi, I WOULD NOT recommend this car dealership to anyone. I have had the worst experience with this car dealership. they are unreliable and dishonest. Just yesterday, i went to this dealership and had the money in cash and IN FULL after being in contact with them. After having a conversation with them, I was assured that i would be getting the car tomorrow because they stated that papers and documents were not available and ready. the next day, AS IM ON MY WAY, i get a call saying that the car has been already sold to another customer, although the car was promised to me. This dealership is beyond unprofessional and has caused a huge inconvenience for my family & i. I would avoid this business at all costs.

Great experience. Fantastic car for my mom, well serviced, Jimmy the owner made the process easy.The best thing was Bobby. Guy was amazing treated my mom with the utmost respect, knew exactly what we wanted and how and he worked to get it all right, he was a sincere absolute pleasure to work with. Guy can make a Scrooge feel comfortable.

I purchased A 2016 BMW 535i from Crown Auto Sales. The experience was exceptional. I have purchased many new and used vehicles though the years and I have never received service like this. From start to finish everything went smooth.Great job, I will definitely be purchasing all future cars from Crown Auto Sales.

Wow... such a bad experience here. I worked mainly with the owner Emilio. The car was OVERPRICED but it was what I really wanted. The new sales guy during the buying process of my car had no clue what he was doing and I was stuck there 2 hours longer than needed. They gave the car to me covered in GUNK so I had to get the interior detailed ELSEWHERE. Also some body rust that wasn't disclosed to me so I made them fix it (it was so poorly done). I went to them THREE TIMES to fix my LOOSE grille and they messed it up and broke it more each time. They messed with my head being like "well these issues were all disclosed to you", THEY WERE NOT. They kept messing things up every time I said it needed to be fixed. At one point they gave me a "loaner" car... WOW. Covered in someone's trash, food, drinks, kid's toys and car seats. It was grimey... made my body cringe. It had a repair plate on it, a CRACKED windshield and the TAILIGHT WAS DUCT TAPED ON. Such a disgraceful experience. (last 2 pics is loaner car, others are my car) and i will be buying a grille out of pocket to get it done right the first time

Crown Auto Sales was amazing helping my daughter purchase her first car, a 2013 Honda Civic! The owner was great, he went above and beyond to help my daughter finance her first car! Everything ran smoothly and my daughter is more than happy with her purchase! The car runs amazingly, i highly recommend Crown Auto Sales!!

Aziz and Emilio are hands down the best men to do business with! They went out of their way to make the buying process fast easy and smooth! They even came to me to make things happen and I don t live close. I will definitely buy all my cars with them!

Working with Crown Auto sales has been a pleasure to do business with. A vehicle I purchased required repairs and during that process they kept me in the loop during the entirety of the process. They are very cordial, although I eventually had to return a vehicle cause it had not met my need Aziz had made it a straight forward process and was respectful about that.

Amazing service and great employees. Ask for Aziz. he went above and beyond to make sure I go home fully satisfied with my new purchased car. He also follows up a lot and really cares about you, not just selling a car. something you don't see often anymore. Highly recommend !!

We left as family.After traversing dozens of established dealerships and lots with my brother searching for my ideal car we came across this gem. We walked in worried to find another common poor experience and they went above and beyond. Jimmy and Bobby were next level fantastic. To say they met my expectations would be an understatement. They restored my faith in the car business and we will only be purchasing from them going forward. We came as strangers but we left as family. Thank you for everything!

Great place to buy your next car. Bobby B helped me and he was great let me look at the car as much as i wanted, he's not pushy. He tries to get you in the car you want not the one that cost the most money. I bought my car from there its great, so did someone I know who recommended this place and he loves his car too. They check though the entire car bumper to bumper if anything is wrong they don't bye it. Nothing but Great cars here. Like Bobby B told me take your time do plenty of research and you will know it when you see it.

I had the best experience at Crown Auto Sales.Jim Stuart and Bobby B. worked extremely hard to get me in the best car for myself. They were very honest and understanding with me, never once made me feel like they were taking advantage of me or wasting my time. I will continue recommending them to anyone that I hear is looking for a car. Great guys, great cars, and great service!! I love Crown Auto Sales!!

I looked at so many places and was heading home disgruntled when I saw crown auto on the side of the road. I pulled and immediately saw a car that I was interested in. Within a week I am driving off the lot with that same car. The process was so smooth. Jim and Bobby worked hard on getting me the best deals and even referred me to someone who could help me car insurance. I am beyond satisfied with the customer service and the process in general! Would highly recommend these guys!!

Just purchased a car from crown auto, and very pleased with the service! I dealt with Bobby and he was very helpful. They stayed patient through the whole process after my bank took their sweet time to put the loan through. If you're looking to buy a quality car check these guys out

We recently bought a 2016 Chevy Malibu and we couldn t be happier.Both Jim and Bobby were friendly and attentive.And most importantly we felt valued. We have often left a car dealer feeling cheated and that our time was not respected. This place proves good people exist in the car business.You won't find a better used car dealership than Crown Auto Sales.

My experience with Crown Auto Sales was a great one. I just purchased a 2003 Honda Accord and am very happy with it. Bobby helped me through the entire process and made it a pleasant one. My family and I are very happy with our new car. Thank you Bobby for all your help.

I was in the market shopping for a new affordable car. Disappointed by others, my wife found this dealership online and Bobby B was prompt with our enquiries. I drove for over two hours from where we live to see the car. I was hesitant to commit myself but Bobby B customer service acumen and willingness to negotiate sold me. I'm a hard bargainer! Well the deal was made and I drove home with my beautiful car. Will be back to buy one for my wife.

We just picked up our car today. Jim and Bobby are great to work with. They keep you in the loop and will work so hard to get you in a nice vehicle. They got us in a beautiful car with a lower monthly payment than we expected. These guys will bend over backwards to help you out. I highly recommend Crown Auto!

I recently purchased my second vehicle from Crown Auto Sales. Jim Stewart and Bobby B are two of the nicest gentlemen you would ever want to meet. They are honest, kind, and will sell you a great vehicle at a fair price and will stand behind every vehicle they sell! No usual car salesman high pressure. Good old fashioned handshakes and a smile. Made the mistake of buying a vehicle fromanother dealer a few years ago, horrible experience all the way around......will never make that mistake again!! Bobby B is who sold me my 2013 Volkswagen Passat . Very nice man goes above and beyond to help you. If there was a problem he got right on it to fix it. I was later introduce to Jim and he as well was a very nice man and went out of his way to make sure I drove off that lot with the car. I already shared photos of new cars with other s that s looking for a car and told them to go down there . I m so happy my Friend brought me to crown auto in Abington MASmall lot with beautiful Reliable cars On itI rated them 5 stars and above excellent
