They are truly the worse! I purchased a vehicle from the auction and took it to Khan for an inspection. He asked me to pay for the inspection up front and come back in one hour. When I returned, he stated that I needed over $1000 worth of work before I could pass inspection. It was a Camry that was riding excellent. So after I disagreed with him, he told me that I didn't have to pay the remaining 50 bucks I owed for the inspection. I went back to my car and the bottom fender was loose and my car wasnt riding smoothly like it was prior to going there.HERE IS THE KICKER! Days later I took my vehicle to Ft. Washington Auto Repair shop for inspection and was told I only needed to replace my winsheild wipers, which cost $50. So Khan tried to beat me out of $950. I'm going to report him to the Better Business Bureau.

I needed a car Inspection, when I asked where was their MD Inspection sign, Khan proceeded to take me around and show me the sign and the banner that was ripped by storm. I have to say I was a bit skeptical because of a couple of reviews, but at the end of the day they were professional, kind, and worked well to get my nephew s car pass inspection. I needed brakes and rotors, engine mount and tires. I had a very POSITIVE experience dealing with Khan and his mechanics. One suggestion: It s a busy place so it would be nice to have a few more chairs as a wait area.

DO NOT & I mean DO NOT go to this place. LADIES BE CAREFUL! I came to getting my car inspected & one of the guys lied & TRIED to scam money from me which thank God I didn t fall for it. The guy got upset because I didn t fall for his scam, he raised his voice & said: if you leave & try to come back I will charge you double!!!I took my car to get a second opinion & it was absolutely nothing wrong with my car & it passed inspection. So please be careful & if it sounds funny go with your instincts & get a second opinion.

I went for an inspection which turned out to be a nightmare. Based off the unprofessionalism, I should have walked away. However, after walking through the garage, underneath raised cars, (which I'm sure is an OSHA violation) to a guy in a small cutout in the wall and a desk, I tell the guy I need an inspection. He tells me price and I pay. Long story short, during the inspection they were telling me all this work I need done to my car. Some, I'm sure they were exaggerating as I recently had the work done. Needless to say, without dispute, my car passed inspection. They were trying to pull one over and get extra cash. Beware of the manipulation if you ever bring your car here. As a matter a fact, I would not recommend this place for anyone.

Do not judge a book by its cover,. I was very optimistic after reading the reviews but one evening after 6:00 I had no choice but to go there, my car stopped at their gas side. I thought I needed fuel pump and I was quoted a price of $ 750.00. Next day I received a call from their manager and informed me that my car is ready. when I went to pick up my car, I was told that I only owe them $ 5. I was surprised and Shocked. I only needed gas in my car. :) ) Kash their manager and crew are very professional. They are very honest people, I would highly recommend them. BEST SHOP IN TOWN FOR ALL YOUR REPAIR NEEDS!!!

I drove my car in there to get a State Inspection, I stood outside the door watching and waiting for the guy to finish. The mechanic had to take my wheels oft to inspect the Brakes, one of my rear wheels was hard to get off so the guy used a large Prybar to help get it loose. After prying the tire loose I heard air leaking from my tire, the guy punched a hole in my wheel while I was standing right there watching him . REMEMBER I DROVE MY CAR THERE, after I asked him what he was going to do about my wheel, he said that he could get his friend to weld it for $90 my cost. I had to put my spare tire on in the parking lot myself and purchased a new wheel at Sheehy Ford for $397. Just read their reviews this place is ripoff, and the appearance of the place is an eyesore with all the old tires and oil cans in the parking lot.

This place was recommended to me. As a pace to get MD inspection done. This guy charges me $80 for the inspection and then fail my car and wanted me to pay for unnecessary work. This guy tries to takes advantage of woman that don't know anything about vehicles..I will never go there for service again.. scammer!!!+

This establishment needs to be shut down. I experience the worst service I have ever experienced in my 20 years of owning vehicles. Cash & his technicians are inexperienced unprofessional rip offs. Sherman was the assigned tech to my car. I wish I would of read the reviews before trusting them. I took my car there to get the timing belt replaced. I usually go to the dealership for anything that major, but I work around the corner from them so it was convenient. I dropped my car off at 9am & picked it up at 7pm, by then the shop was close, they left the key with the tenant. I was charged $950. I start the car up & immediately my engine light comes on & the dash board still reads change timing belt & one of my tire pressure is low. Mine you shop is close so I put air in my tire and drive off. The next day my tire was flat, I add more air & went directly back to them, they said as far as the timing belt signal on the dash board they don't know how to reset it, huh? As for my tire it must have been leaking air before I brought it to them, NO IT WASN'T. Here comes the cherry, as for the engine light, they don't know why it's on, they have to diagnose it to see what's going on (diagnostic cost $150) then Sherman goes on to say, "I know it ain't the timing belt, it's more than likely the cam shaft, sometimes u have to replace that when replacing the timing belt", "but we have to diagnose it to know for sure." I thought to myself this ain't right, let me get a 2nd opinion. I take my car to LXT Certified in Rockville, they check the car free of charge & said the timing belt is NOT PUT ON CORRECTLY. I went for a 3rd opinion, took it to the dealership this time & they came up with the same result, TIMING BELT INCORRECTLY REPLACED. To make a horror story short, Sunoco refused to refund my money, said that I have to give them a chance to honor the warrentee by letting them fix their mistakes. I had to pay over $100 to tow my car back over to them. They had my car for over 3wks!!! Leaving me with no ways to get around. Everyday I called to ask what's going on, they said they need more time to figure things out. Come week 2, the finger pointing game begun, they claim the dealer or LXT must of done something to the car. Week 3, they said they're working on it they need ME to be MORE PATIENT!!! OVER 3 WEEKS HAD GONE BY & THEY NEED ME TO BE MORE PATIENT?!?!. I was livid. I contacted the Bureau of Consumer Services. They told me to contact the owner of the Gas Station before pursuing a consumer complaint which in most cases result in small claims court. After speaking to the owner who is a very nice, logical, & an understanding guy, I got my car back 2days later having to pay an addditional $169. They said the problem was the timing belt wasn't aligned properly....And that took damn near 4wks??? Ok. Engine light was off, timing belt signal was off. I test drove it & it felt fine. 3mths later which brings us to today, the timing belt signal light is back on & my car is making a loud rattling roaring sound. I am so piss! After all that back & forth, all that time without a car, unable to go to work, take & pick my kids up from school, ubering to the grocery store, asking people for rides to get places, my life was completely inconvenience. Cash & his brother & Sherman the tech who worked on my car showed absolutely no remorse, not one apology, NEVER offered to reimburse the wages I lost out on, or offer to lend me a vehicle to use, nor offered to reimburse money spent on uber or the towing of my vehicle from the dealer to them. They simply did not care. I almost lost my job for goodness sakes!! Now 90days later my timing belt needs changing again!?!? Timing belts have life spans of at least 5yrs. My car is a 2012 & I took it to them January of this year for my first timing belt replacement. I have no words left for them, I'll see them in court. I'm gunning for everything. Im going to make sure I'm the last person they ever screw over!

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Scam artists and con men. Attempted to get vehicle through maryland inspections and they tampered with my vehicle (per the mechanic I had work on my vehicle). I spent almost 200 in fees for the MD inspection! You have been warned!!! If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Rip Off!@

very nice place the gas station uncle is very he gave me free candy (not in a weird way) and he had great customer service. Overall very nice people and a good atmosphere!

Had to get an inspection in a short time & Cash was great! He helped me & i didnt have to wait long. Good customer service, friendly, & helpful! Thankful for helping me on short notice! Come here for an inspection they get you in & out!

Straight rip off. The never take responsibility of their mistakes. Full of excuses. Just called to folllw up on some work they did. I was told they have a new computer and they dont have records beyond 90 days. A one star is too good of a rating for them.

Great Customer service Cash,and Mike awesome mechanics went in for a flat repair on the way to work they got me in and out quick service and i still made it to work on time.Keep up the good work.

I paid over 900 dollars to get 3 thing fix come to find out i could have got it fix for only 200 other shop says they rob me of my money Thelma afther they fix my problem my car started to have more problem then the 2nd air pump they suppose to fix keep poping up so I sold my car I am still mad this place sucks so freaking bad I will never go back here they cost to much they rob peopl of there money even oil changes are 40 and u got to buy your own oil please don't go here very bad sucks and cost

Hi my name is Hakeem if you looking for a great deal come to Sunoco gas station these people are really good they did my oil change and my brake I never have any problem with my car I also create a friendship with them so stop wasting ur time to other people that don't care about ur car they just want money but never do a good job
