This shop hike up prices for services and coupons are funny because it's a joke. I went in because of the coupon for front brakes and router and the coupon was for that. The price with coupon for only front brakes was $817.00 on a 2019 Chevy Equenox. The manager hung up on me and Tim the one who drew up the paperwork tried to convince me that they used special brakes and pads. DON'T COME IN THIS SHOP EVER.Service: Auto brake replacement

The staff of this dealership was extremely helpful and comforting with getting me through this tough repair. Mr. Tim Dixon worked on my case and was great with keeping in communication with me regarding my vehicle. He also did all the footwork to ensure things were done right the first time and was very patientwith my many questions. I highly recommend his services and this dealership. Especially for parts and service. Ms. Tony also worked with me from parts providing me with a transmission and was very helpful in getting me connected to Mr. Tim for help and Mr. Kenny who reviewed my repairs to get me back on the road. I am grateful to them for assisting with a very costly job. If you have or want a Chevy visit them.

This was my first time using this dealership, I came in for body work. Kevin Hicks is the Body Shop Manager, he has great customer service. Mr. Hicks made a bad situation a little better, he guaranteed my vehicle will be repaired and done by a certain date and it was finished. Thanks Mr. Hicks and your loyal staff. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

I am the opposite of impressed with this Dealership. Not only does the used Vehicle i bought from them has major undisclosed issues, that presented themselves right after the possible return date (I'm sure the check engine alert was erased in order to sell the car), my trade in vehicle was already shipped out before my financing was approved.The only reason for me getting an ok deal in the end was that they had breached contract by doing so, and were not able to return my old vehicle to me to opt out of rewriting the terms of the contract in their favor.I already had a Grand worth of repairs on a good looking vehicle i bought less than 2 months ago.Not a good way to make business, and the first and last time Ourisman will get business from me and my family.

Don t come here expecting the best/respectable service most advisors ignore you even if you have a appointment scheduled. They are super slow, won t tell you when your car is ready and likely over charge you. I had my car serviced here because it was closer to home. Its worth it to drive out Waldorf Chevy dealer instead of subjecting yourself to expensive sub par service in Marlow Heights. No one called to follow up on service or even let me know my car was ready but called to try and sell me a car.

Picked up car foot repairs and a receipt was on the seat for water and backwoods. My car was driven to the gas station before I picked it up. SMH. I was called at 11:00am to pick up my car. The receipt time was 10:58am. When I got there I still had to wait. I will go out Bowie, MD where I use to go.

Their Service mechanics suck my Service writer is excellent but when my truck get back to the mechanics there is always an issue even for a simple oil change they are terrible
