I recently had the unfortunate experience of needing my car repaired after a collision with a deer. The team at Harford Custom Coach, Ashley, Dave, and John, made what could have been a stressful and unpleasant situation much more manageable.From the moment I brought my car in, they took charge of the situation, keeping me informed every step of the way. Communication was excellent, with regular updates on the progress of the repairs and clear explanations of the work being done. They made sure to address all of my concerns and patiently answered all of my questions. Even after the repairs were completed, I had a few minor requests, which they promptly addressed.Overall, my experience with Harford Custom Coach was exceptional. They made a difficult situation much easier to navigate with their professionalism, attention to detail, and outstanding customer service.I highly recommend them to anyone in need of automotive repairs (While I sincerely hope you won't require the services of an autobody shop).

I took my Lexus here for an estimate on my dented driver side door and let me tell you, I highly recommend! I made the appointment right away. They saved me $1,900+ on this repair. I was getting estimates on this repair and they were completely honest with me. They informed me they could do the paintless dent removal, and other shops were trying to replace the entire skin door. They saved me big time and I greatly appreciate it. Worth the drive out here for an excellent, quick and honest job!

Really good service. They literally made us feel at home. The owner Dave made us feel very appreciated. Ashley the receptionist was super helpful when explaining things and took care of it all. Great service from Gee the painter our car looks the best!

If you need work done on your car bring it here they really do care and there work is top notch. Took my wife car there after it was hit by a truck. The whole side was opened like a can. They got it back together and painted. You couldn't tell anything ever happened to it. Looked great till we got rid of it several years later.

I have used Harford custom coach several times throughout the years. The owner Dave McMillan is a very quality minded individual they use top Quality and original O.E Parts instead of cheap imitation aftermarket stuff that does not last He does not cut any corners. I've seen his work on other cars and is consistently good quality repairs would recommend anybody go to him he's out in the middle of Harford county it takes a little bit to find it as the garage and Shop are located behind his house but it is well worth the ride out if you want a good quality job done.

Harford Custom Coach Works was able to squeeze me in for a consultation immediately. My rear view mirror gave out and was hanging from a wire. I rushed over there and the team was able to assess the situation and repair my mirror while I waited for my car. So helpful and professional. Could not have encountered a more caring or capable facility. Our daughter's vehicle was destroyed in a horrible wreck prior to a holiday weekend. When I was finally able to get to it they went out of their way to be more than just accommodating but as strong and helpful as good family would be.

These folks are awesome. They've repaired a horrible rear end accident on my Durango and it looked factory finished. They've also done work on my other cars and I highly recommend them!
