Being a motorcycle mechanic, I'm very particular about who works on any of my vehicles. In most cases I will do the work my self. But I know my limitations, I can break a Street Glide down to the frame and put it together with no problem. But I do not possess the tools or knowledge to be able to do the same on all of my cars. When my 2014 Ford Escape developed a funny wobble and started making noise a friend recommended that I take my car to Matt at Bayside. I brought my car in, he diagnosed and repaired my vehicle in 2 days. He was more than fair with the pricing and the entire staff was courteous. My car was returned running as smooth as ever, and they even replaced a few of the valve stem caps that were missing. I highly recommend these guys, if you need something done right, for the right price call Bayside!!!Service: Steering & suspension repair

Employees were very professional, friendly, knowledgeable about what they were doing, and finished all the work they've done on my car in a timely fashion. I had no problems with any of the work after it was done and was extremely happy with their job. This business charged approximately $4,000 to repair the vehicle. THEY crashed one of their vehicles into the car then fixed it, but when it was sent to the body shop it was totaled. Bayside then refused to reimburse the money they charged to fix a vehicle that they had damaged causing it to be totaled.

Always a great experience. They're one of the best in the business. Nice to still have a local business around that treat you like family. A real "down home feel". If you havent been there check them out. You won't be disappointed.

Bayside is the best. Reliable honest fair pricing excellent follow up and communication. Its a bit of a ride for us, but well worth it. My long time mechanic retired about 15 years ago and we searched through word of mouth trying to find a comparable dependable shop. After about ten years we were reccomended to Bayside and the search was over. Very happy with every job done.

I made an appt for a MD inspection. And to get a quote on something else. I DID NOT GET A QUOTE, I didn't even get a convo about what the issue was-anywhere else someone has atleast come out and talked about the issue- not here- here is your bill bye- they just focused on my inspection- and I knew my car would fail- but the stuff Andrew little added on was not true- he failed my emergency break- lights- wrote down things my car does not even have on it- I'm glad it happened as I obviously don't want them working on my car now for the other thing I was hoping to get a quote on!! If the techs don't know what things are called and write down false fails - I'm not sure this shop would be honest about the quote anyway- please be careful going there- it was a waste of my day and money.

I took my vehicle for the Maryland Safety Inspection, everyone treated my car with care and were exceedingly kind. They were honest and direct with any potential issues found and provided me with solutions. I called afternoon day before & they fit me in right away the next morning. Checked my car for inspection quickly. Very friendly & accommodating. Great place to get auto service.

Matt is a rare gem in the auto repair industry. I have lived around the US and while I have had a few good mechanics in my life, I don't know that I have ever had one as honest and trustworthy as Matt. I would highly recommend Bayside for anything from an oil change to transmission rebuild. They are wonderful folks. Have been going to them for 4 years with 5 different vehicles. He will tell you what the good news or bad news maybe and extremely fair on everything.

My husband had a bad transmission fluid leak coming home from work (1 hour drive). His car was breaking down, so he pulled off the road here to see if he can get a temporary fix so he can make it home to our repair guy over an hour away. This repair shop was so accommodating and wasted no time to help. They were professional and kind. Would recommend

Matt is the owner of Bayside and he has to be the most honest and trustworthy mechanic out there. If he can figure out a way to save you money he will. Its almost as if it is a badge of honor for him to find a less expensive way to safely solve your automotive needs. The ONLY drawback for Bayside is their business hours. I wish they'd open at least one Saturday a month and stay open later at least one day a week for people who work further away from home.

We blew a tire on our camper on the Bay Bridge. We limped our way to Bayside and had the best experience in a potentially bad situation. The young man that helped us was fast, polite, kind and fixed us up so fast. We could not be more grateful!!!Service: TiresService: Tires

A well run family business. In this day and age where things are commonly "buy new and replace" there are not too many true mechanics left out there like Matt - trustworthy, knowledgeable and straight shooting. Couple that with a prompt and efficient front office run by Kim and Bayside Auto is a one stop shop for auto repairs.

I was a mechanic for the first 10 years of my adult life. Matt is the only one I have ever referred friends and family to. He is very knowledgeable, trustworthy, and has great customer service.
