I went into Cloverly Automotive last Wednesday to rent a truck.I have passed by this location for years and really didn't know that this gem of a place was even there. The staff was very friendly and warm. As well as helpful. Looking to the future in bringing my cars in for service.

The guys there are very professional. They went above and beyond to help me. I went there for oil change and the mechanic detected a problem with my transmission line leaking fluid. I detected some leaks earlier but was told by another mechanic to be residual fluid. Gary transported me home and picked me up to take my vehicle when it was finished. I was so impressed with their work and customer service.

Cloverly has been a reliable repairbshop whenever I needed it. They have been fair, honest and dependable. They don't shy away from working on either my VW Passat or my Mini Cooper, both of which can be a headache at times.

Trustworthy shop, full stop! I brought my vehicle in to diagnose a problem and I also needed a MD state inspection. The diagnosis and repaIr of my issue were reasonably priced a d done quickly! I was also pleased that my vehicle didn't need much work to get through inspection!I highly recommend Cloverly Automotive! Everyone that works there is great and they are reliable and trustworthy!!!

Evan took great care of my car and gave me a super detailed rundown of what I might need now and what I might need later. Everyone was super friendly and the customer service was A+. I took my classic car here to get exhaust adjustments and an oil change. I was told I would get a call with a price estimate when I dropped it off but after a month, I hadn't heard anything back. I decided to go pick up my car and take it somewhere else only to find that they left it outside in the elements with just a tarp draped over it occasionally when it rained. The new paint on my hood is now horribly cracked from being left outside for a month and now I need to get the hood repainted as well as still needing exhaust work and an oil change. I am very disappointed with this business, and extremely upset that my classic car is in worse condition than when I dropped it off.

I ve been coming to see Mr Gary for YEARS and will continue until the close the doors!! I needed a transmission pan replaced and he took care of it like he ALWAYS does and came in $200 less than what he thought it would be. Mechanic/Shop you can trust is very rare these days. Gary at cloverly automotive is the best mechanic around town. Honest and professional. Stop looking elsewhere and let gary take care of your car.

I reserved a U-Haul with a pick up time near closing. Unfortunately, I hit traffic on my route. I called them and let them know I would arrive half an hour after they would be closed. Without hesitation, they agreed to stay late to help me! They really went out of their way for me. Great people, genuine and helpful

Don't let the looks fool you.Gary and his team are one of the most professional honest group of individuals that I have had the pleasure of meeting. They got my old truck running like new. Honest mechanic's are hard to find today, but look no further. Try Cloverly Automotive.

I have been going exclusively to Cloverly Automotive now on Spencerville Rd for 29 years. Their service is trustworthy and the mechanics and other staff are the best! And the prices are reasonable. Anything I need for my vehicles is done here, highly recommended!

First thing I do whenever i move to a new area is find a auto repair shop I trust. This is my shop for this area. It's an old school shop tucked behind a convenience store/house - the guys there really know their stuff when it comes to auto repairs, and every single time i have called they have told me to bring my vehicle right in. I've never waited more than 24 hours for them to attend to my vehicle, and prices are extremely fair.Never worry about being overcharged or taken advantage of again - this shop will fix you up ASAP and get you back on the road.

Absolutely impressed with this place!! I got my car towed for dirt cheap through their recommended towing company while they were closed and the next day they completed the work before they closed! Will definitely be a returning customer.

I bought a used car and brought the car to Cloverly for inspection. They failed to give me a complete inspection. I brought the car to a different mechanic and got a more extensive inspection on the car then what Cloverly automotive provided for me. Very unprofessional. I would never recommend them to anyone.

Had the exhaust on my vehicle repaired/replaced here, dropped it off right when they opened and it was done before 1pm. Great communication, great work and more than fair prices.
