Once again, I'm a happy customer I would give Snow Hill Auto Body 10 stars if I could.They did as they promised, and gave me outstanding service, but honesty, I'm not surprised. I live in Salisbury Maryland and I leave ALL the other auto body shop businesses near me, to bring my vehicles here. I will do it again, when and if necessary, plus I recommend anyone to do the same, it is definitely well worth the ride

Amazing work! They stay in contact and suggest other options if needed. Little issues are handled quickly during their available windows, which is 100% understandable. I am taking my partners vehicle their for a smaller job than my own, and I have no doubt they will also do a great job! Please don't hesitate and understand that their delays are not their fault but shipping. Once the vehicles are done, you WILL be very content and comfortable with everything they do!!

From start to finish Snow Hill Auto Body took care of my truck. I was very pleased with their work time and attention. I was in an accident plus there was a recall and I got my truck back better than it was before. Even the paint job was crazy cool. I'm very pleased with what they done. Snow Hill did a great job repairing my son s car. They explained there estimate process and went through the estimate after it was performed. The final estimate was a little more but they explained why which put us at ease. All repairs were completed according to the estimate. They did a great job and my son is very happy to have his car back!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Worked with Jason to get an estimate on my vehicle. Very professional, attentive, and couldn't have been more helpful and understand of my concerns. This shop does great work and if something is not perfect upon completion, they will correct it.

Received exceptional customer service. The professional dedication shown by their body shop technician working on my car was second to none for our area. The tech himself wasn't satisfied with the first paint finish on one part. Rather than trying to pass this onto the customer, he requested one more day to get the job right. I greatly appreciate that they respected my time and my car enough to get the finished product right the first time before they notified me for pick up. Will recommend this shop to anyone looking for auto body repairs and will use their services in the future if needed. They have a great team working there, top notch facility and staff!

Only a matter of time before their mistakes will show. Was visiting the area for work and had an accident. They told me it would be a couple weeks for repair at the most. Almost a month later I finally got my truck back.I live on the other side of the country and had a 1500 mile road trip ahead of me. First thing I noticed was they didn't replace the passenger side backup light or didn't hook it up right... can't tell yet. And I didnt notice until i was hooking up my trailer for our cross country trek. Couldn't bring it back at that point. They also told me not to wax the truck until the clear coat had time to harden. No prob, no wax and I sponge washed it just to be safe. We hit some pretty heavy rain in Michigan on our way out west and I noticed some black plastic showing through the silver paint around the screw holes holding on the front passenger wheel guard. Days later I arrive at my destination, tired and with a lot less paint than when I left. I know a bit about how to use auto paint and can tell they didn't do any kind of prep work to the parts that are peeling. It was straight paint. No primer, no adhesion promoter, nothin... I can tell because I have giant sheets of peeled paint stuck to the side of my truck and laying in my driveway. REALLY sloppy work. Take your vehicle somewhere else.

This shop will charge you for work not preformed, then shrug their shoulders at you when you ask about it.I took my car there for an insurance claim. They called me several days later to let me know it was done. When I arrived there (just over an hour drive from my house) they told me it wasn't done because it was now making a grinding noise in the back when driving. The next day they said it was done again so I drove down there once more. 30 seconds away from the shop I knew something was still wrong. My car was jerking to the left, vibrating above 65mph and making a loud grinding noise in the back. I turned around and took it back. The manager came out and was utterly useless. Told me my car, "might have been making the sound before I brought it in," and "cars with that amount of miles make strange noises sometimes." When asked about my car pulling to the right he ensured me that the alignment was done (charged and paid for on the invoice) and he didn't know why it was pulling to the right.Needless to say I left that incompetence in a hurry and took my car to another shop. They did an alignment (which fixed the pulling and vibration) and fixed the grinding noise which could have only been cause by the pervious shop. Avoid the headache and take your car elsewhere for mechanical work.

In August I hit a deer and per Giecos recommendation had my car taken to Snow Hill Auto Body. BOY WAS I WRONG!!!! Seriously, customers and insurance companies beware. i wish I would have listened to the other reviews and fought against Gieco to have my car repaired else where. This body shop is so unprofessional. I had front end damage from an accident and when I picked up my car and inspected it immediately when I was home, I noticed the front end alignment is off SEVERELY while driving and pulling to the left (like multiple other customers here have complained about) , there were not one, but two loose screws sitting on the windshield lip under my hood (dont know what they go to and the shop couldn't tell me either), a 7 inch gray plastic piece LODGE underneath my air filter housing, along with a terrible vibration in my car. I immediately went back to the shop the next day after work, after having to practically pull teeth with the front desk lady, she was able to get a man from the back to inspect these issues with me. I wasn't aware this was going to be such a huge inconvenience for him since, but by his condescending attitude and belittling me about these issues in addition to "it was almost closing time" He made is very apparent that I was wasting his time with my car issues. When i showed him the piece and screws he told me "You dont know that we put that there" ?? Are you freaking kidding me? The man obviously didn't know I cam from a family of mechanics so when i told him I had before and after photos of my engine he tried to change his tone and tell me oh well there is not much that can be done because according to this manager "Trying to make a tech do work around her after 4:30 is impossible" Liek do you not take pride in your work? Im sorry if you techs don't feel like correcting their problems and mistakes, maybe get new techs. It took my contacting Gieco explaining I was highly upset that after multiple phone call attempts and stopping by that my car has still not been fixed correctly. I was told that Gieco talked to the manager Steve and I could stop by any time for hi to look at my car and correct this issue. It has been 3 months since I was told that. I've stopped by over 10 times, I've left god knows how many messages for the manager and yet here we are in December and nothing has been done. Highly rude associates and completely unprofessional. What company blames the customer for their employees mistakes??? And then doesn't fix it! Now Im left paying more money out of my own pocket to make my car safe to drive again. Thanks for nothing, this will also be reported to the BBB and any other customer service review I can until my car is fixed properly.

Worst place I've ever delt with for auto body repair. Had my truck repaired there and was told it was done four times before I had enough and was tired of dealing with the rude poor business. Management is rude and very unprofessional. I've called numerous times to speak with the owners only to get no response. I'll NEVER DEAL WITH SNOW HILL AUTO BODY OR PRESTON AUTO GROUP AGAIN!
