Was staying nearby after driving in from north central West Virginia (the state lol) and needed to have my lug nuts checked for tightness since I d had work done prior to my trip and forgot to bring the socket for the torque wrench. (Forehead smack) The owner and his mechanic who was on duty were super great and the experience there reminded me of days gone by when a service center really cared about their customers and treated people like friends instead of a number. This place still does! Makes me smile and I also appreciated the travel tips they gave me as well. Thanks again!

Always a pleasant experience. Cassy in the front is friendly and makes the time go by fast with interesting conversation.Zack is an excellent mechanic and is very knowledgeable. He could not be nicer.Thank you both.

Moving is stressful, and finding a quality mechanic who understands the importance of relationships is so important, especially when you're driving an old car.Family Service Center has proven they're worth their weight in gold by getting my Santa Fe's transmission back on track and operating smoothly in record time and for a more than fair price.They've earned my trust and business almost instantly.

Unbelievable....Out of towner's car breaks down and he limps it into this small garage. Owner takes a look and says he'll see what he can do. Mechanic is getting off soon and it's a tedious job.(brake line replacement)In the meantime the out of towner, Me, waits in town at a restaurant. 45 minutes later formerly broken car pulls into restaurant parking lot and picks me up...Back to garage to pay the bill. Uhoh, I think...But no! Expecting $300-$400 and it's $105.00!!! With pickup service!!!Best service I've ever had at a service center.Thank you Mark Nixon and Family Service Center!!!

Mark Nixon is a fair, honest and an expert at fixing, maintaining and improving your vehicle. We LOVE Family Service Center and it's employees and especially Mark Nixon.

Let me just say I don't know these people I moved here 4 years ago and I was told to by my granddaughter to stop by I had a nail in my tire I walked in told them the problem and was out of there in less than 20 minutes they stopped what they were doing and fixed my problem I'll be back to give them my business again real people with real American values take care and God Bless
