I can't thank Jacob, Tyler and Ernesto enough! These guys are like family at this point. Jacob performed an absolute miracle for me. Tyler gave the best customer service and eased my mind over the phone and Ernesto was helpful with turning my car back over to me. They are a winning team!!

As far as the servuce goes u needed work done in my vehicle. They took a long time. Longer than they initially said Then there were some costly miscommunication s which cost me more money. I haven't gotten my vehicle back, hopefully the work was done properly

Been a customer here for 20+ years. Dropped of my mint 2020 F250 for a 30k mile service. Picked it up to find that ALL 4 wheels and center caps were scratched/scuffed during tire rotation. After a few days of waiting to see how they wanted to handle it they did take responsibility and offer to replace the center caps. I did not accept the offer to "repair" the wheels. Personally I believe they should have been replaced. My bigger concern was for the future service of my F250 and 2022 Expedition. I asked the manager how we can avoid something like this in the future. He told me he has no control over what happens in the shop. I walked out of there for the last time and got in my truck to find that someone left their breakfast trash in my truck. What a shame...Service: Oil change

Jesus called to setup my onsite service at my office and promised his team would be here within 45-50 minutes. Owen and Dwight arrived within 30 minutes and completed my scheduled service within another 30 minutes. All while I was back at work in my office. They were courteous, quick, and I would highly recommend Jesus and his team for any normal service that doesn t require a visit to the shop. It s easy to schedule and extremely convenient.Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

Mobile Tech Service is great! For the recall on our Mustang they came out and completed the repair in our driveway. For our Explorer they picked the vehicle up, took it to thier shop, did the repair, and then dropped it back off. Highly recommend for those who don't have time to drop thier vehicle off for Service.

Sales finance and service not only do not work with each other but are probably antagonistic imo. So if sales promises something make sure finance definitely has it in writing so when you need it at service, there's no miscommunication. I bought a CPO explorer Four months ago for about 38k and I'm at the shop now third time in two weeks for something I suspect is pretty simple. So far the advisor who should be the quarter back seems to be the weak link. I shouldn't have to be doing all this leg work. I'll update on the specifics when/if resolved. I chose to review before resolution because this was already foreshadowed with a very poor buying experience I chose not to rate!Update:Someone from customer service did reach out. The issue turned out to be a control arm and was repaired under warranty. All that's well ends well.Update2:Back with what I initially thought was the same issue. It turns out the rotors all need to be changed this time. Since it's not been a year and that's gonna run at like $1600+ I think I'll cut my losses with this one and trade it in. Almost done paying it off so will just use that equity and go for something new this time around!

Ford Mobile Service is great! Matt, Jesus, and Dwight are so easy to work with. They communicate clearly and concisely, show up on time and do the work efficiently. It couldn t be easier than having my vehicles serviced in my own driveway. I ve recommended them to all my friends!

I had a loose inside door panel, because the plastic push pins were likely not holding anymore. They just drove a SCREW through the panel and charged me 149$ for it, plus taxes. I could do it myself for free. I did not trust another mechanic who asked me 135$ to do the real job and replace the push pins, and - I guess - blame on me for that, because I thought Ford could do a better job. I complained about it but did not receive any refund. They even bragged that they repaired two panels for the cost of one. So technically it's 2 screws they charged me for, not just one. I gave 2 stars just bc the lady I talked to was very nice. Will not come back.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I own a 2014 Mazda 2 and I always take my car to Koons Mazda of Silver Spring. Ashley always gets me in and out without a long wait and makes me feel taken care of. The price is on the higher side but when you want quality I am willing to pay the extra. She explains everything to me and if I have any questions is patient with going over it. 2 stars for people are nice there. My only gripe with Koons Ford is incredibly draconian $180 diagnosis fee that is NOT credited toward your repair bill. So you pay them to do the labor and they tack on additional $180 to ANY problem you have. I had an obvious wheel bearing. All in just for that one wheel, $801. Always been a helpful dealership location and service department. I just called today to price out and confirm diagnosis my non-functioning 2013 Ford Escape left front blinker. Josh and Vincent were able to quote me for the parts and labor within approximately three minutes, which took another dealership let s just say too long and $120 to diagnose. Definitely going to bring the service back to Koons. Great customer service, thank you!Editing down to a four. They took entirely too long to do a routine brake service. And why would you turn one rotor and put a new one on the opposite tire. One would think the rotors should be best placed symmetrically.

Youve been warned. Do not buy from here. Bought a car that i cant get registered because they let the inspection expire. So no tags for me. The manager literally shouted at me in the middle of the sales floor. Blatently stated my 24k car purchase was more or less meaningless. Again youve been warned horrendous customer service. Btw they also add 2k dollars on the msrp for a bogus 3month limited warranty in which basically covers nothing. Go anywhere else but here please.

Helped me find the car I was searching for. I was happy with the facility when I came in. I was honestly not expecting much but I was pleasantly surprised when we came in. Customer service is top-notch for both in-person and on the phone. We'll be definitely coming back.

I only spoke with a mechanic on the phone after having my vehicle towed there. He didn't try to help with the problem. He just tried to get me to pay a higher price for repairs. They also charged me $150 for a diagnostic, which my dealer said was unnecessary. It was because I was out of state!

I bought the car from Koons and have been back to them for servicing ever since. Very professional, zero upsell and have never pushed to address problems that could wait, barring anything related to safety. Staff doesn't call back. If you get them on the phone, they're rude and hang up on you. If you drop your car off there, expect to wait about a week to get it back even if they tell you it'll be done by the end of the dayService: Auto maintenanceService: Auto maintenance
