Junior villatoro was very friendly and helped me get a speedy oil Change and rotation. He communicated very well and even offered packages. He made sure I understood what else was needing for next time. Junior made today a lot easier.

Sean and Amir are two amazing employee and toyota should give these two a raise/bonus. ;)Sean helped my wife and I from the initial process of trying the car to leaving with the car that very day. He was also very transparent with the whole process of purchasing the car, as it is one of the first car purchase my wife and I was making on a brand new vehicle.Amir, the finicial advisor, was just amazing and offered the best service possible. Was very clear on the packages, interests rate, deals, and very kind overall. Sad to hear that Amir will be leaving but excited for what the future has in hold for Amir.Purchased the 2024 Rav4 AdventureGreat place with great employees.

I went for my Oil change at Toyota Cherry Hill and I was help by Junior Villatoro at the car Service who made my visit easier and proposed an Oil change Deal to me that I like. He was very nice all the way.Please stop there and ask for him if you need your car to be serviced.

I recently brought my car in for service at DARCARS silver spring with DJ and was thoroughly impressed! He was extremely professional, courteous, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. The service was completed promptly and to a high standard, and the car was even washed and vacuumed before being returned to me. DJ and the mechanic went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied and comfortable with the services. He also made recommendations that will benefit me and taking care of my car. I'll definitely be back for future services and would highly recommend an appointment with DJ to anyone looking for a trustworthy and reliable person!

A couple of days ago we went to this dealership to buy a Corolla for my recently immigrated sister and saw Mr. Kevin Garcia who helped us tremendously and made the whole experience very nice and smooth, Kevin was really knowledgeable and kind and we will go back to him if we want to buy a car in future. (I rarely leave a review but he definitely deserved to be recognized)

Bought a new 2024 Prius LE from Samson and his manager Selorm. Selorm was able to negotiate a price I was comfortable with.I was surprised after the purchase to see the "DARCAR assurance" as a $500 charge.

Came to get a car we saw online, we were absolutely ready to buy after two trips to this dealer in one day. the manager gave us a price and we wanted to think on it for one night. We called back the next day to see if we could come buy it and the manager wouldn t honor the price. We found a much nicer car at another dealer today for a great price. As far as the car that we were interested in last week at this dealer I just checked online and it s still there. :/

We purchased 2 vehicles from this location and finance person Antony , chraged each vehicles $3500 extra . We live in different state and for pass 11 months, we tried to talk to larry in finance and they ignored us completely.We ended up to flay to them .At this time we are waiting to fix the extra charge, Hopefully.Just beware, double check the paper before you leave, they are not trustable.

I worked with Junior for my service appointment. He was a good communicator and updated me throughout the work on my 2015 Tundra. I had an oil change, check engine light, and faulty tire pressure sensor. All the work was completed quickly and without problems. You can tell this is a well run dealership.

I ve always had a great experience with the service department at Darcars Toyota. Wait room is large and comfortable. The service staff are polite and helpful. At my last visit, Junior Villatoro kept me updated on the status of my car and clearly explained what needed to be done. He was clear on what needed to be fixed right away vs. what could wait. Happy to continue having my car serviced here!

I ve been buying and servicing cars at DARCARS for 20 years. Service department is organized and friendly (thank you Junior Villatoro). They have the best waiting area I ve ever seen. Very comfortable with ample seating, WiFi, vending machines and free coffee.

I bought a 2023 Tundra from DARCARS Toyota in November 2023. It is the end of February and they still don't have tag or title work completed! Totally incompetent people working that department. My second set of temp tags expires tomorrow and they give me nothing but excuses. Never again.

The worst customer service ever! I purchased a car here a few months ago and had a financial issue. After bunch of phone calls and messages, I was able to talk over the phone with the finance person who helped me when I purchased the car. He said that the finance team send a cancellation request to the bank so I had to contact the bank, not him and he hung up on me. I called the bank many times to check if the cancellation request was received, but they said no. After dealing with the issue for two months, I found out that the Darcars finance team screwed me over. They did NOT send the request. I decided to drive over there, hoping for some sort of assistance. The finance person was siting in his office, looking at me through the window but disappearing to the back of the office. If you call their main number, only person you can talk to is the operator. If you drive over there, you will be told to call their main number for assistance. If you don't mind being ignored and not receiving any assistance, go ahead and buy a car here. I didn't expected this kind of low quality services from Toyota. Never gonna buy Toyota ever again.
