I needed 2 tires for my car same day. I called and checked if they had what I needed in stock. They had several different options for my car and confirmed with me I could have the work done that day, giving me the best time to come through in order to have the least amount of wait time. When I came in, the story was still the same, and I was able to get the tires I needed installed and all that jazz. Price was comparable to other places in the area. Comfortable couch to sit on and watch TV while I waited. Nice people. All around good spot. Would recommend, especially in a pinch.

Initially, I had set an appointment by phone with Jeff for Friday, but when I arrived a different man rolled his eyes when I told him I wouldn t leave my car (hence the reason for making an appointment ). He seemed upset that an appointment had been made with someone else. I rescheduled for the next day. I arrived for my appointment the following day, and was greeted by Jeff, who was extremely personable and pleasant. I don t have much to say about the other gentleman at the service desk who seemed put out by my arrival. Jeff was my service technician, took some basic information, my keys and invited me to relax in the waiting area. He completed my car, tire repair less than an hour and had me on my way with a thank you and wishes for a pleasant holiday. I would recommend Jeff to anyone and I recommend your other service reps take a page for the book of Jeff regarding customer service.

I recently experienced a tire emergency that required immediate attention on my way to Delaware, and I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional service I received from Mr. Tire, particularly from employees Christian and Jeffrey. Christian and Jeffrey went above and beyond to assist me with repairing my tire and despite the late hour, they greeted me with a warm and welcoming demeanor, instantly putting me at ease in a stressful situation. Their dedication to helping customers in need reflects a commitment to excellence that deserves recognition.I highly recommend Mr. Tire for their outstanding service, and I am grateful to Christian and Jeffrey for turning what could have been a stressful situation into a positive and memorable experience. Thank you for your professionalism, kindness, and quality work!

Went for an oil change , tire rotation and alignment. Jeff was very nice and helpful, answering all my questions. The tech mark was very nice and explained everything he recommended. The price was reasonable and they were pretty quick .

I called about getting a tire rotation and oil change in a timely matter. They had me completely done in less than 45 minutes.The location is excellent being next to chick-fa-la.

Yesterday I heard a very disturbing encounter with an employee of yours who was not only rude but discriminating towards my best friend Kimmie who has cerebral palsy. She went in to get her tire fixed and had typed out on her phone what she needed help with. It is very difficult for her to speak.This was what she went through:Kimmie G Perhaps I should clarify what happened. I had a screw in my tire. So I went to the closest place near my work. The man behind the counter looked at my screen for a total of two seconds, scoffed and said, No I can't help you". When I asked if he knew of a place I could go nearby, he gave me the whole, "why is A DISABLED WOMAN asking me this" look and again said, "Nope sorry" like I'm stupid.Fortunately my regular mechanic was still open and he took care of my tire for free.He couldn't believe the story when I told him .No one should have to deal with a rude and discriminatory employee who is there to do a job . They are lucky she s a nice person and didn t want to get Ada. (Americans disability act ) involved which she should. I also have cerebral palsy too and dealing with people like him every day. I hope this gets to the owner of that Mr tire because he will one day have a person that will go to Ada.

They were very helpful. They didnt try to sell me a tire because it wasnt needed. Most places just want sales. They were very polite & quick service. I will definitely be back for reg service & tires when needed. Highly recommend them!

Check engine light came on first thing in the morning and my usual mechanic couldn t get me in that week. Called Mr Tire and spoke to someone who said bring it in. Before noon they had looked at the car and diagnosed the problem. Fixed and ready before 5. Very appreciative and will be sure to use in the future

I can't express enough how a simple gesture saved the day and my sanity. They were able to help me no judgement or questions asked. I'm not due for actually Tires yet but I will look at Mr. Tire first because of the kindness and service I received today especially rob(I think his name was)

Walked in to get my car looked at after a neighbor said my shocks were bad. I could have had the work done that afternoon but opted to be there the following am instead. All staff were friendly and professional. I really appreciated not getting pressured to do other work. I was told what was needed and said I would do another time which was accepted without pushing me.I felt the price was fair. I will definitely go back for any other mechanical needs

On a busy Saturday, I called Mr. Tire to see if they could repair a tire. They were very busy, yet still made time for me! Jeff, Ed & Christian were GREAT, friendly, professional and fast! They do everything but engines & transmissions & I will go there w/o hesitation!! Great job, great workers!!!

Thank you Jeff for scheduling my appointment when in a crisis with only 30 miles left on an extended warranty. A failed Emmissions Test covered by my extended warranty thanks to Ed who managed the paper work. Last and most importantly Thank you Rob the Automotive Technician who worked on a hot July day. I Love you all

If I could give 10 stars to the guys at this location I would. I was traveling through the area when my brand new run flat from another dealer went flat. After removing a load of band equipment I realized there wasn't a spare. They took me right in, found a matching tire, replaced it and checked all the rest. The price was very reasonable. These guys really put my mind at ease. Thank you so much Mark, Ed and Ferrell!!!!

I found the customer facing areas to be extremely clean, including the restrooms. The format of the estimate was confusing to me personally. I thought the prices that I paid were Fair.

I had a very pleasant experience when I got there. The one guy Jeff who works here was very friendly and funny. He also got my car done in about 20 minutes. It was all around a good environment, and I will come back for my tires when I need to get them.

This was my second time using this location for an oil change/ vehicle repairs. The lobby is so clean and the staff is super friendly. I was very happy with my repairs and the price. They are fair and efficient. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a good local mechanic/ tire company.

Absolutely the best service and staff from my experience. I called my (former) go-to tire place in a bind and they couldn't look at my tire for days. By some stroke of luck, I tried this Mr. Tire and was offered to come in same day. I ended up needing a new tire and they didn't have it in stock, so they had to get it. When all was said and done, I ended up with a new tire days before my regular place could have even seen me. I understand businesses have been struggling the last couple of years and try to be mindful of that but the staff (front and back) went out of their way to help me and were courteous and friendly throughout the entire transaction. I think I found a "new" go-to now!

I am actually sitting in this store as I m writing this. This experience started yesterday when I called to inquire about making and appt to get the tire we have delivered to this store mounted. The response I was getting from asking a simple question was horrible. When I asked to speak to a manager theperson on the phone advised I am the manager . I am a pretty patient person but whoever this manager was had horrible costumer service. That said I arrived at the store today and was met by a similar attitude from a different person. Now on top of all of this after making an appt for 1pm to have 1 tire installed it has been over 1 hour of me waiting. I have been to other Mr. Tires in Glen Bernie and had nothing but positive experiences. In fact I had 4 new tires mounted on my truck at a different location and it only took 1 hour. This is why my wife and I chose to have this service done here. I will say after visiting this store I will not only never patron Mr. Tire again but I will not be recommending it either. It s sad that one store can bring down an entire chain in this area but that is how bad my experience here has been.

If I could rate below 1 star I would. I spent 6hours to have a part replaced on my car, only to be told that they ordered the wrong part twice and to bring my vehicle the next day. After bringing my vehicle by the next day after they called me and stated they had the part, I brought my vehicle by. After waiting another hour they told me to take my vehicle to the dealership because they can t find the correct part. The unprofessionalism seems to be a part of the usual business practices at this location. I will never bring my vehicle here again.

I was charged almost $100 over what was quoted online to get two tires replaced. I went in no one was at the desk. They do not have any bell or alert for when someone is waiting. They said they'd call me when my car was done but didn't. When I got back into my car, my tire pressure light was still on so I filled them up at a gas station. All of the tires had a different psi and none matched the recommendation for my car. They also added a warranty that I said I didn't want. Very unhappy with my service and I won't be coming back.
