went to Walmart tire center to replace 4 tires took 3 hours and been told tire pressure sensor broke and have to pay extra to install it, but all tire pressure sensor was check good before taking it to walmart. when I pick up the car and asked for the broken tire pressure sensor was newly broken, looks like they broke it when they installing the tire. one more thing happened while I was waiting to pick up my car is , I heard one it the worker in the tire center telling another customer that her tire pressure sensor was broke too and need to be replace for 28 dollars. can not understand how the sensor broke that easily, the sensor looks very strong and it me kind off stock to the rink. and such a co incident, there are so many other customers tire sensor got broke in a day.

I've been here since 7:45 this morning I was told my car would be done in 4 hours so I waited it's now 1:20 and the car is still sitting outside came in here a week ago and the guy told us know appointment needed and they just lost my business my other vehicle needs tires and I'll never come back here. If I could give 0 stars I would customer service sucks to.

Had a 4pm appointment. Was told it would take about an hour. They did not begin working on my car until 551pm. Finished at 710pm when they were closed. No communication and terrible customer service from the auto center manager. I barely made it out of the parking lot when one of my hubcaps fell off causing me to run it over and damage it. I recovered my hubcap, went back to the garage showed one of the techs, and proceeded to check my other hubcaps. With very minimal force, I was able to pull another one off. The tech acted and spoke as if this was normal. He put both caps back on without offering to reimburse for the damaged cap. I will never again go back there for auto service. If I could give zero stars, I would.Service: Tires

Consistently atrocious customer service. I am surprised that they even have any customers.I called corporate twice and they said the tires I ordered were delivered to the store. Tried calling the store a day earlier and they left me on hold for 30+ minutes and when I tried again, the number didn't go through.Every time you call or speak to them, they don't let you finish your question before answering. I called them before driving to the store and they didn't let me finish talking before answering. Then I get to the store and they say my tires are not there and it is not their fault. No remorse, no here's how we can help you. Just basically like oh that's on you.Same experience I had when I tried another Walmart tire place previously so it's my fault really for expecting better. Just poor. You can order tires from them but just know you will never get them!

I got there in the morning. I called and the woman was pleasant, she confirmed that they had my tires and to just come on in. They took me right away. It wasn t that busy when I was there. I got four new tires, $100 less than what everyone else was quoting me. Everyone I encountered had good customer service.Service: TiresService: Tires

The same heavy set dark skin guy ( I m black) at the service desk should NOT be in customer service. Every time I m there, He talks over you, doesn t acknowledge your requests, never has the answers and seems very uninterested in the customers. A few weeks ago had my tires rotated and balances. Got a call telling me I had a screw in the tire wall and had to buy new tire. I bought two matching tires $400 later. My other good tire wasn t in my car. It was trashed. the new tech at the bay retrieved both tires from the trash. He showed me the very short screw that didn t puncture my tire. ( I drove there with no air leak in the tire). I asked for a refund and 3o mins later my original tires put back on and have been riding just fine since. What a half a day ordeal. The manager gave me a $20. Gift card for the inconvenience.

I had made an appointment but when I showed up it wasn't in the system. The gentleman working the register was able to squeeze me in on such a busy day as I was only getting a tire. Staff was very helpful and pleasant.Very fairly priced.

yesterday I brought a tire from you guys and it took me about 1 hour to actually buy the tire just do to how slow the front desk guy was moving, heavy set dark skin with glasses moving like he was dying, couldn t get my tire mounted yesterday due to him saying they stop servicing at 5 pm , after I just brought the tire so I wasn t told about no appointments but was told to come in the morning this morning it s a white lady who is also acting like she dead and the job is so hard but basically i got there at 7:15 with one person in front of me in line she say it will be a 2 hour wait , then it switch to three hours because her 8 o clock appointment is here and they only have 2 techs now and all I needed was a tire mount something the machine do all the work for about 15 mins tops .overall the customer service is terrible and I feel like y all need to reevaluate y all employees and get people who actually like helping people and love they job I was told it was appointments then it s first come first serve like which one but three hours for one tire mount is crazy

I shop here all the time. All my shopping is basically done here for my family and I. I never used the Auto care Center so I decided today to give it a try. I need a oil change for my vehicle so why not after work since I work close by. I called the Auto care Center to see if I need an appointment. I see online the Auto Care Center closes at 7pm and I get out of work at 5pm. Super, great. Well someone picked up and told me the last service is taken at 4:30pm. I asked three times at what time the center closes and three times the response with an attitude was we take the last service at 4:30pm. Ok. Then why not state that online. I was trying to give business to a place I go often to anyway. Disappointing with the attitude and unfriendliness in the auto care center. I guess I'll just go down the road and take my business there. Please fix this time online as it is misleading and please train your employees on friendly customer service over the phone as well.

I was told m oils change would be an hour and I wanted almost 3 HOURS for an OILCHANGE!! This is poor service.I ve been waiting with my truck IN THE BAY for over an hour and half. The communication here with the service manager is horrible. He told me my truck was almost finished then 5 mins later I receive a message that my truck is just starting to be worked on!!Honesty is key and Walmart can t even communicate with their service technicians. This is the second Walmart in 2 days I ve had an issue. Vivoline will forever have my business

This by far, the best service i experience when it come to get tires. Unlike car dealerships, they were friendly, professional, gave me options far as pricing of the tires. The Staff explain installation packages and best of all #Affordable!!! Definitely get my tires from here for now on.

I never thought I d give Walmart a 5 star review for anything, but today I was in a real pinch, my battery was dead and I was worried my car would be in the shop for over a day at the Ford dealership (since they take forever).Joseph was very kind and helpful. He looked up the replacement information, brought out a cart of tools, and quickly replaced my battery. He even let me observe how to replace it, so I could see how to do it on my own in the future.A+ service!

Customer service is one of the WORST I've EVER experienced ANYWHERE. Rudeness of techs was at its peak, like they're the only mechanics around here. EXTREMELY LONG WAIT (3-4 Hours) for even a tire change!Services: Tires, Oil changeServices: Tires, Oil change

I've been by 4 times in the last 2 months for have my tires balanced and rotated. That is where they get you... good deals on tires and mounting, lifetime rotation, balance, and road hazard is just like $13 a tire. But when one goes to cash in on this "lifetime" service... there is always a 4 hour wait. It seems Walmart just does not staff these places hoping customers will just walk away b/c they cannot sit around for such a long time.

Ridiculous customer service at your Severn, MD auto care center. After purchasing my tires online, I showed up and no one could find them. They continued to check people out and put cars ahead of mine in an already long line as they searched for tires that an employee had apparently put up. Then, I waited for six hours after they found them. When I got back in the car, my tires were not balanced. A manager said I could come back to get them rebalanced with no wait because he wanted a chance to fix what they had done. When I came back, I explained this, went back to check on my car after an hour, and they had thrown me in a line. I asked to speak to that same manager who said he would be here, and he did not have a shift today. Now, having explained again what their manager to me to say today, I m waiting again for my balancing to be done properly. Would not suggest getting auto care here for your own safety. Glad it was only balancing but could ve been way worse.

Great experience at the auto care center. Called to check wait times /set an appointment and was told there was no wait. They had me in and out with 2 new tires in about 45mins. Only reason for lack of 5 star review is I had to call 4-5 times and ended up calling the main store to be transfered to the auto care. The actual service I received was excellent and the gentlemen working were friendly and efficient

On a road trip and came in for an oil change. They spent 40 minutes doing nothing. Parked the vehicle our front. Supervisor came out to check under the hood. They couldn t figure out if my engine was a V6 or a V8 so nothing was done in that time. Could have just called me and asked. Then they take my van back to do it right and it s been another 2 hours of waiting and he comes out and tells me they need to remove the engine cover (it s an older van) to get oil in it. So that s fine, I went back to help. It just should have taken way less time than it did. This is easily one of the most frustrating situations I ve ever had to deal with before. Unfortunately it took WAY longer than necessary and if they just would have asked me, I could have helped. I will be doing my own oil changes now and forever (even on road trips, my god).

Be careful, when they finish with working your vehicle ALWAYS MAKE SURE AND CHECK BY YOURSELF IF they did the job well done, because they scam people like they did to my wife and me.

I was blown off, and talk to make an appointment online. There is no way to make an appointment online. They only give you a phone number, I called that number they told me I needed to order online. I ordered my tires online, and got a notification three days later that they were ready to be picked up or installed. I called to make an appointment to have them installed, I was told I needed to bring in the vehicle and wait in a line for service, I did just that and then they couldn't find my order, not even with my email, last name, my phone number not even with the barcode from the order. Finally getting Brad the area manager to find the order and he let us know it will be a three-hour wait. Only redeeming thing about the entire experience was Brad's calming demeanor.

The installation of the tires was not bad. However, while performing this service, they scratched the rims of my car, and they didn't assume any responsibility nor own up to their mistake. Instead, they tried to make up excuses to cover themselves. This was totally unacceptable, and hence, the reason why I'm giving the auto/tire care center this rating.Service: Tires

I went here for brand new tires. I handed over my keys at 1030am, and didn t walk out of there until almost 4pm. They didn t have enough ppl at the front desk, and the ones they did have were at the end of their shift, and literally walked out in the middle of a busy line. It took 40 mins for them to simply cash me out ( mind you tho, they had to rewrite my ticket due to complications with my back wheel lugnut).I will say tho, that the female service manager of this auto location was very accommodating and even tho she was a million places at once, was still able to take care of me, and send me on my way cool calm and collected. I see why she is the service manager... and she is the only reason I gave this place three stars, otherwise it would have been one.

I m honestly not sure if this will get me anywhere because I see that WalMart customer service is not responding to any of these negative reviews, but I will do my best to warn others. On Friday I had a flat tire and I called my boyfriend for help. He went to wal Mart to get a tire so that I could have them put them on the wheels for me. The manager told us that as long as we got there before 7, he would help me out and do it for me. Ever so greatful, I instructed my tow truck to take me to wal mart. When I arrived, my boyfriend told me that he made sure that it was the right tire, and that we should run in to get serviced. We were denied. I was shocked, because we were told ten minutes ago that we could. I had to leave my car in the parking lot overnight and pray that no one broke into my car. This morning, I arrived at 11 am. I explained my situation to Christina, who was behind the front desk and she seemed very irritated that I was there. I told her what happened and she told me it was a four hour wait and handed my keys back to as if to tell me to go away. I handed them back and said that I would take it. She seemed surprised but agreed. I waited for an hour and came back to check on the tire changing process. I was then told that they couldn t help me because they couldn t find my wheel lock. I told them where to find it. I came back an hour later, and there was an issue. Despite the fact that my boyfriend was physically there yesterday and verified that these were the right tires, they were somehow wrong this morning. I was told to carry two tires to the front of the store for a return, and then come back and wait in line to buy two $55 tires. Once I finally got back, the price jumped to $74, and then there was only one, so the price was $79. Exhausted, I agreed and purchased the tires. I asked to speak with a manager. He immediately told me that I just bought the wrong tires again. He told me two different tire sizes and types, and insisted that my 2006 car was an anomaly, and was a 2005 that was somehow mislabeled despite the owners manual saying it was a 2005. He went on about how I technically bought the right tires, but he was going to get one type and then another. This went on for almost an hour. I finally got so frustrated that I called my mother because I felt like the price was going to keep going up, and I was being given the run around. The manager never addressed my issue with the service. He wanted me to just get the tires done and leave because he was new at this manager thing so I don t know he told me that this was something that can be done in 20 minutes. It took 5 hours to get this job done, and one of my rims looks terrible. It wasn t that way when I dropped it off. It looks like someone might have scratched it out of spite. I went to pay, but the two people working the desk were arguing in front of an entire line of customers! It was appalling. I don t know if I was treated this way because I might seem young and easy to take advantage of, or if the service here is always that terrible, but I don t ever want to come back. Avoid this place at all costs!!!! Don t bother coming. It would have been ueasier to buy my tires and put them on in a gas station parking lot and then fill them up with air myself. I m not a very big girl but I could have done this myself at this rate. I felt incredibly disrespected and I can t believe that this really happened at a wal Mart. I used to really like this store and I thought that they were reliable. Maybe in my home town, but not at this location for sure.

I wish I could give 0 stars but that is not an option. This was the worst experience I have ever had somewhere. Got tires the end of April, went back the next week because I was having issues with tire pressure, they told me that it was not the actually tire pressure but my sensors (even though you could tell my tire was very low on air). After speaking with a store manager because the Auto manager was not in I eventually just left because I got no where. 3 weeks later I woke up to a completely flat tire (nothing in it to make it go flat) Put on my spare and drove back there, they said it must have been a bad tire....guess what that new one started to go flat...I finally took it to Mr. Tire and thank the lord for them...they told me I needed new valves...they put air in my tires sprayed the valves and even I could see how bad they were leaking...thankfully Mr. Tire made the additional repairs that Walmart Auto Center couldn't figure out 3 times! I will not be purchasing from here and I will be warning everyone to stay far away as well. Not only do they not know their stuff their customer service skills and how they speak to customers are horrible!

It took 5 attempts to get someone to answer the phone. I just wanted to check to see if I tire I ordered had come in. After 2 minutes of ringing someone finally answered. I told them I wanted to check on the status of the tire. He told me he'd check and put me back on hold without asking for my name, tire info...nothing. That was 15 minutes ago. I don't expect Walmart to be the best, but this just seems extraordinarily lame. I was going to have them put the tire on for me - to replace one with a nail in it. But, even though I'm desperate to get this fixed - after this experience - I'm just going to pick it up and take it elsewhere. At this rate...I may be ordering it elsewhere.

Waited in line behind 2 people for 30 minutes. Incredibly slow and no sense of urgency or customer service to be found here.I brought bare rims and four tires in my trunk, and asked them to be just mounted - no balancing, no valve stems, just like I have done at numerous other walmart locations with no problem. I had to explain that the rims were bare to him three or four separate times. The guy informed me that it was impossible, and that they had to do all of those things. I told him the valve stems were brand new and he said "I understand that, but they have to do all of it." No, they don't. It is itemized on the price board behind your head, it's not a package.Even simple common sense dictates that doesn't make sense. It would be like ordering off the dollar menu, then the cashier telling you that you must buy fries and a drink with it. Then why is everything listed separately?I left and I drove over to the Arundel Mills location and was in a line behind 3 people. I was seen in less than 3 minutes and everything was done, the exact way I wanted it, with zero problems and with a smile.I'll never be back at this Walmart.
