This shop will work on your vehicle without previous approval from you. They'll install refurbished parts without your consent. Then mess up the charges and double charge you. And then say it's all your fault. Never ever doing business with this shop again. Stay away.

At first I was skeptical because my pump took so long with no updates. But, after I got to talk to Bill, he explained to me everything that was going on. I got my pump back and he was very helpful with instructions on how to correctly re-install. I still had a problem with my truck and I took it up for them to look at it, ended up breaking down in their parking lot. Bill and his team went above and beyond to solve the issues. They basically stopped everything they were doing to get me back up and running. I don't have enough words to express how awesome they are!

If possible would give 0 stars. You will be SCAMMED, RIPPED OFF or have your parts STOLEN. There are plenty of service providers online who are priced reasonable and won't try to this kind of stuff. Had an agreement with the owner Bill, that was completely ignored, they tried charging me for nothing, hoping to make a quick $ on me, I obviously declined, then they started threatening me and telling me that they will throw away the parts I brought in for servicing. In the end the total loss was around $2500, don't be like me, that wanted to put trust in a local company and support a local business and got scammed. Tried explaining them that I need them to provide services we agreed on and their response was that since I have no paperwork on what was agreed on or that any parts were brought in at all, they will treat my parts as a donation/trash, unless I paid what they are demanding. So when you have to use their services for what ever reason, make sure you have paperwork, have a list of what you brought in and in what condition and a detailed services list on what you need done.

Great customer service and very honest people I bring all my injectors and they get everything done in a very timely fashion and they have a good warranty as well

Diagnosed a problem that a dealer missed on first use of their services. Second time diagnosed the problem quickly and had my truck back in 3 days when dealer couldnt even see me for at least 2 weeks. I traveled to them from Annapolis because I have trust in them.I have a 2015 Ram Cummins.

Amazing service & friendlyArundel Diesel went way above and beyond my expectations. My truck went in for head gasket and stud job which they handled flawlessly! All work was done in a timely manner within my budget and with no headaches. The team at Arundel Diesel answered every question I had and were very knowledgeable. Mr. Bill and his son did a great job on my truck I could not be happier. I absolutely recommend Arundel Diesel to anyone who needs diesel work done.

They found a part for my injection pump from mere photos. Had it next business day. And even showed me how the assembly works. I won t hesitate to recommend them. Thank you!

The guys at Arundel great. I send them 2 or 3 sets of injectors a month and they never disappoint. Very friendly staff and they know what they are doing. Highly recommend!

Emily Zoi,I dont understand how you claim you were put off 3 times when our company works on vehicles by appointment only. If you would have called the shop you would have been given an appointment on a specific day to bring your vehicle. If you need any assistance feel free to call myself or Bill ...we will glady figure out what you are claiming about being put off. We value our customers and take this seriously

I brought my 6 injectors to these guys thinking 4 out of 6 were bad (Mack stealership told me they were bad 30 mins earlier). 2 hrs later I get a call from Arundel Diesel that saves me over a $1,000. They tell me my injectors were perfectly fine and to make it even sweeter they didn't charge me anything. They have my business from now. # peoplewhocare

I had a set of injectors rebuilt by these guys and I had an issue with one of the injectors with the threads being slightly stripped and they told me they'll see if they have a spare body laying around(which they did and they didn't charge me! ) and when I picked them up they looked brand spankin' new. I would highly recommend this place for anything diesel related to anyone.

97 diesel was taken down there and they worked on it in a timely fashion. Found the real problem in three hours that other shops couldn t find for a very reasonable sum! Truck now runs perfect better then it has in months!

O k I first tried a weekend mechanic to get my chipper running. Bad idea and not cheap Then it went to Arundel Diesel Mr. Bill and his son not only fixed the problem with the injector pump but corrected some other issues and got me back to work. I cant thank them enough that cat now runs like a Deere and sounds like a cummins thanks man

THE place to take your diesel vehicle in the Baltimore area for routine maintenance or to add a couple of hundred horsepower. Bill and his staff can do it all, over the counter parts sales, service, or rebuilding a pump or turbo, nobody does it better in the area.

The worst place you droop the stuff they never call you back , when you call them they have excuse he say something is ready on 1 hour but you knew dto waiting 4, 5 hour but they not call you back you need to calls all dayNo good survey
