RUN FROM THIS LOCATION! I went for a brake check because I was told I had forever brakes I was told I would only have to pay for labor when I needed pads changed. However, there is a mileage limit for that benefit so just a gimmick! I was informed I needed rear rotors and pads and ,lower control arms in the front , $1500 ! A few days later every warning light and malfunction warning that could come on in my truck did! I went to the dealer because I knew they would tell me exactly what was wrong and I felt Mr. Tire may do something to get more money, so they broke a cotton pin while putting the axle back on , stripped a screw, cracked a bolt, and destroyed my AWD sensor! $1100 later but at least I knew the repair would be done correctly and I would have a loaner while the repair was being done, currently waiting on a refund from Mr. Tire/ Monro a week later , the manager I sent the receipts and photos to is extremely unprofessional and doesn t respond to emails, customer service reps are rude, and I was told I would be transferred to the claims department, which I guess is one person because I had to leave a voicemail. When a repair shop does faulty repairs accountability should be taken. If I m unable to go to work out of fear my vehicle may break down because my dash lit up like Christmas they should reimburse wages, oh they are only refunding what the dealer charged me to repair the sensor and my rear BRAKES are still making noise, I won t return to Mr. Tire, so I guess the attorney general and court are my only options.

Went to the tire center this morning with my tire rack supplied tires, spoke to Chris at the front desk he was very fair with the pricing for mounting and balancing tires supplied from a different company, I told him.my concerns on the TPS monitors I'm my 2017 Acadia, he assured me they could do it without harming the monitors, got the car back one monitor wasn't calibrated correctly to the cars computer, they immediately pulled it in and preformed diagnostics on the vehicle, I had originally thought they had broke the monitor however they reprogrammed the tps sensors and set the pressure, when I drove home the car was as smooth as the day I bought it. Great team at this mr.tire and friendly.

The service advisor/manager at the front desk acts like he's doing the actual work on the cars. He's not fit to deal with the public. I have a fleet vehicle and I know a little about vehicle maintenance, the car needs an oil change and a possible wheel alignment, he turned me away before even assessing the vehicle. Second time I've came to this location. Get that guy away from the front desk, he functions like a disgruntled employee. He literally said "Hertz doesn't pay HIM for just a wheel alignment".Mr. Tire pays you, bro.

3 months and $5000+ in repairs later after they performed faulty repairs on my 2018 subaru resulting in catastrophic damage, the car is now totaled. If you have a broken vehicle, you can bring it to Mr Tire on Pulaski Highway and they will astound you by breaking it even more.Definitely the most soul-shattering and dehumanizing experiences I have ever had with a mechanic shop, let alone a company or people in general.People get physically irate themselves just hearing the tale of the sheer negligence and lack of responsibility here.

Unbelievable!!!Came here because my brake was sticking, he tells me "well go to the person who fixed the rotor and caliper, I'd rather not touch someone else's work!"I'll NEVER go here for any workANY used vehicle has previous work done to it.Idiot!

Ordered Yokohama Avid Ascend LX tires over the phone on Wednesday 1/24. Had an appointment for the Friday 1/26 to get the tires put on. Couldn t go cause I had work so my daughter took the car for me and somehow they ordered the wrong tires. Instead of the LX they put GT on my car. There s a difference of 20,000 miles on the tires. I ve always received quality service from Mr Tire but I was a little disappointed that they didn t offer to make this right by getting the tires I had originally ordered. Instead they wanted me to bring the car in the Saturday afternoon to swap them out for another Yokohama that would give me 80,000 miles instead of the ones I originally ordered that would give me 85,000 miles.

The manager were rude and agitated with every question I'd ask of him with his rolling of the eyes and he responded the same with incoming calls as i sat near the front desk and listened even at the end while im paying for the job I ask him to confirmed that everything was done that I'd requested he rolled his eyes with a brief silence before shaking his head up and down. I didn't get the respect from him to verbally say yes..this is the manager my contact was only with the manager the entire time. this is nothing about the techs I never had any contact with them.

Took my jeep gladiator for a tire install , went from stock 31s to 35s.There's a tech here thats a chubby Caucasian fella who wanted to talk too much and had a literal attitude in his voice everytime he spoke to me or the very kind lady at the front desk with an attitude about the followingSomeone called out - he was mad about itMy tires were 35s - he tells me very rudely " those tires are not the same size tires , if they rub after install it's not my fault "My tires were 25 dollars a tire to balance and mount - he told me with discust in his voice " you stole that install"After telling me I stole that install - he said " if you don't like the way it rides you can take it to a place that does jeep tires , don't bring it back here "It took alot of personal self control to be as kind as I could and I told this man "I hope you have a great day "Guys response was ... once again in a horrible mood and demeanor ( while walking away from me and his head down ) "uh-huh you too"When I got home I checked my tire pressure , my gladiator calls for 37psi on every tire , he had both front tires at 67 psi , the back driver side tire at 75 and the right rear tire at 42 .....If I had not checked those pressures , and drove for thousands of miles, these tires would have been compromised due to severe cupping ,Ya know for a place that hires a person to install tires , you'd think this man would just have stayed in his lane and kept to himself , not had an attitude about everything he had to doLook if you need tires , i encourage that you don't come here Save yourself the hassle of dealing with a technician that doesn't have people skills.I will say though the truck drives like a dream , at least he did the balancing and mounting part right

Came in at 8:03 and a gentleman was just sitting in the lobby. Told him I had a new set of tires I wanted to have put on. He told me that he didn t have any techs in . How are you open with no one working? So I proceeded to ask him if he could do it and he said no, come back around 1! Terrible business!

I went there twice to deal with a flat tire repair. The first time, they mounted the tire backwards, but they didn't charge me since it took so long since they had to unmount and remount it again. The second time (I had limited options with Thanksgiving tomorrow), they charged me over 3 times the amount compared to what they were originally going to charge me at the first visit saying they had to reverse mount the tire (these are not reverse mount wheels!). My wheel ended up with tool markings, scuffs, and scratches because they clamped the face of the wheel into the tire machine. They also somehow broke my chrome valve stem cover.

Went to get one tire fixed with a screw in it. The gentleman wanted to show me a few things with my other tires. I'm so glad he did, after 8 years with the same tires I definitely needed new ones. I even got a discount upon checking out. Very professional and friendly. I recommend Mr. Tire to everyone.

Brought my truck in for new tires today, Brian, the store manager was able to find the tires I was looking for on my truck and got them ordered and Larry took good care of my truck getting the tires mounted and balanced as well as knocking out an oil change for my girlfriends Jeep in the process! Great guys and great work!

My flat was not checked for nails today. I did ask for that. The tech that finally changed my tire told me that it was not his job that he was told just to change a tire. Then he drove my car like he was drag racing for a few feet. when I asked to inspect my own flat tire he quickly had an additude. I took my tire , paid my bill . I will not be back.

Brian gave assurance customers mattered.Need to change to a ZERO! Worst place ever. No one can ever be bothered to put air in your tire. And don't bother going in before 9 or 9:30 because only a clueless girl working! MR TIRE SHOULD CLOSE THIS STORE IF THEY ARE NOT GOING TO HAVE IT RUN CORRECTLY!!!

I came in here with a (permanently) dead battery, and I was quoted a very fair price up front. I left an hour later, with everything working great. There was no upselling or other shifty stuff- just good, solid service.

Had a nail in the tire that couldn t be patched. Chris and them got me a quote and got the tire changed in less than an hour. They did a great job and I really appreciate them taking care of that so quickly. Everyone over there that I talked to was friendly. Usually taking your car to the shop is a low point in the day, but this experience and visit might ve been the best part of my day.

I recently brought my vehicle in for rear brakes. They were making some pretty awful noises. I found the staff to be friendly and helpful. The brakes and rotors needed to be replaced, for sure. They suggested a few other things that should be done based on sound, visible signs, and mileage of on the vehicle. I felt they were honest about the work that needed to be completed and understood when I said I was only able to do the brakes and rotors at this time. The work was done quickly and the awful noise is gone.

Went in 30 minutes before closing, panicked with a flat tire. The crew took me right in and fixed it right away. Highly recommended if you need tires or maintenance! I will be going there for all issues from now on!

I recently had my Wheel alignment at this place and I was given the same Excuse from last year not to receive a copy of the computed alignment correction. THE PRINTER IS OUT OF PAPER. I Left the store and after driving a mile to find out my issues with the wheel alignment still exist, LIKE NO WORK is ever done. I have a second thought to bring it back that may cost me other things later. BAD EXPERIENCE!!!!!

Took my vehicle there for TPMS light that stayed lit. Was told that it needed new sensors and bill would be over $500 to have it done. Came back the next day and another guy reset the TPMS light for $30 and it went off. The place is always dirty and needs a manager with a personality instead of the one they have. He has zero customer service skills.

Went here for a new front tire and they installed the wrong size tire (different to the back) and a few miles down the road the TPMS light came on (wasn't previously on). Had to go to a different Mr Tire to get it fixed. Terrible experience with manager, avoid this store.

Good service and easy to find. Was a first time customer and had a very good first visit. Would have given a five-star review but had a 1pm as appointment and my vehicle wasn't pulled into the bay until 2pm, but then it was worked on quickly and efficiently. Small waiting area, if you need to wait for your vehicle. Friendly staff and comparable prices for services. Will probably return but maybe as a walk-in. Would recommend.

Great customer service from entering to leaving. Chris ( the one in training was awesome). The supervisor Mr. Charles is a wise, professional, personable leader and his team works well under his leadership. Chris the mechanic was on point getting people in and out quickly all while training coworkers with small details. The atmosphere is positive and enriching. Thank you!

Superb Customer Service!! Mr. Charles & the other staff /mechanic renderedimpeccable customer service. No gimmicks and no taking advantage ofthe female customer!! The oil change was done well and in a timelymanner. Greatly appreciated the welcoming environment too!! Ladies...Mr. Tire (Pulaski)...you won't be disappointed!!

What an awesome experience, Me and my partner were very frustrated with all the work that needed to be done to our 14 Honda Accord. Neeka at the front desk was nothing short of AMAZING! I mean when people talk customer service they should definitely take a note out of her book. She completely went above and beyond to help us out. She gave us unbeatable prices and was so helpful throughout the entire process. Only negative would probably be the long wait, we there from about 11-6 but hey we did get a bit of work done (tires, Alignment, oil change, new oil cap, serpentine belt). In the evening Mr.David processed us out, he s always great as I ve previously been there before for regular oil change. Keep up the awesome work guys!! Thanks so much again.

Had a new set of tires installed last night. I was able to get an immediate appointment. Charles couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. He and the other technicians who helped were courteous and completed the work quickly. Thank you!
