I went to Mike to change my rear brakes for my Benz GLC 300. He provided excellent customer service, communicated with me very quickly to schedule a time and let me know what he believed my car needed. His prices were comparable to other shops I called. He finished my brakes same day and I was in and out before end of business day. Excellent experience overall and highly recommend!

I brought in my 328i (recently bought) I was skeptical at first since I don t trust many mechanics. Michael in the other hand, I can confidently say he s a genuine, transparent and caring for his work. I had to replace the bushings which my previous mechanic told me I had to change the whole control arm. Michael explained to me the bushings was the only thing that needed to be changed and the control arm was new. Bushings were changed and I passed the inspection, saved me a couple hundred dollars. Went back yesterday, I needed a new transfer case seal and change of fluid which everything went well and at a reasonable price. Huge thanks to Michael! Will be coming back.Service: General repairs & maintenance

My wife and I have been taking our Chrysler products to be serviced by Michael for years now. Michael spends the time that other auto services and dealerships don't to completely resolve the issue at hand. Michael has gone above and beyond to fix our vehicle problems, saving us time and money, and has also performed routine maintenance on our vehicles at very reasonable rates. I trust his knowledge and skill completely and will continue to take our vehicles to his shop.

Mike went above and beyond in helping me to find and fix my issues with my BMW. He provided pictures and very thorough detail on my problem and then helped to go forward with solutions.Would highly recommend his work and I will go to him for any future BMW related work.

I have been having Michael work on my wife's and all of my cars now for many years at this point. Even though each car Iv brought has been Japanese, he still diagnosis and repairs quickly and accurately. Most recently he installed an aftermarket muffler on my obscure Toyota MR2 Spyder, along with other routine maintenance. He is definitely capable of completing much more complicated repairs when Im in need. I am very impressed with his craftsmanship working on both the interiors as well as the exteriors of the cars! Highly recommended!

I contacted Mike's German Auto and from the first conversation I was confident that he could figure out what was going on with my vehicle. Mike was very informative and stayed in contact with me giving me updates on my car the whole time he had it. I didn't feel his prices were outrages and he worked hard to figure out what was wrong with my car. Before Mike got my car it was sitting in my yard for about 2 months and would not old a charge. I changed batteries and everything and still could not figure out the problem. But I can say now; my car is completely fixed thanks to Mike's work and repair that he did. Mike is the person to call if your car needs anything from routine to severe maintenance. Thanks Mike for everything.

Took my 2000 Mercedes s430 to Mike German Auto. My experience with Mike was great. He is an honest guy . He resolve issues with my airmatic suspension and I needed a new computer. He tried everything the least expensive way first. Only last resort did he recommended buy a virgin computer and he did the programming .He even called to inform me that he needed to refund me $150.00 because he paid less for the virgin computer.He really takes his time and looks out for the customer to keep the cost down .His shop is very clean and he have all the diagnostic equiptments to work on your car.I highly recommend using his service if you are looking for an excellent mechanic to work on your Mercedes and BMW.

Michael is the only mechanic I trust with my 2003 BMW 330xi. He knows these German-made cars inside and out, always reviews options and makes recommendations. His prices are fair and the work is done right everytime. He did a major overhaul on this vehicle when I bougnt it and it has performed beautifully. Top-notch for any job needed.

I had a fantastic experience here!!! Took my Mercedes CLA250 in 2 days ago to fix a broken A/C. I dropped it off around the time they opened, went to work, and received a phone call from them with a thorough update on what was initially causing the A/C to fail. They also replaced my ambient air temperature sensor, which for some time was reading -40 degrees. Mike is very professional and honest and I'm very happy I brought my car here. I finally have cold air again!!! I'll definitely come back here in the future.

So we are just beginning the relationship- but I gotta say how impressed I am. We called from the interstate as a new used car we were driving into the Metro area started to give us some concerns. (2010 VW Passat) Mike helped us in that decision making to keep going, and we scheduled a time to get the car in this coming week for diagnostics, I am concerned about computers and transmissions!!! We are dealing with my son s new car and need an honest fair mechanic for him for the long-term. Mike has followed up and provided me the assurance I need to work with him. When you find a good mechanic, they are like gold. He can t control problems with the car, but to help us out when things go wrong at a fair price...Priceless! I shall follow up this report for all you out there desperate to find a Mike !So Follow-up got the car in to Mike on Monday, diagnostics run and a plan of action implemented. Part of perceived problem located and corrected. Other part did not check out after first phase and additional corrections, with expense stopped by Mike and we talked about it. What a pro! The use of diagnostic tools was first rate for these modern cars. He did what he could do and sent us to VW for things only they can do. The car is fine. We just want it to be problem free. Mike will be the first guy we call in the future. We found our mechanic!

We have been taking our cars here (BMW & Lexus) and have experienced excellent, honest service at a good price. They are especially skilled at figuring out and solving complex issues with the car that regular auto repair shops can't or won't do. Highly recommended!

Mike knows his stuff! Tackled an axle replacement with ease and quickly diagnosed + sorted some other issues. Excellent communicator with photos videos and texts as well. Much appreciated!

Michael saved me over $2000 on a repair. My car was leaking trans fluid and I was told that I needed a new transmission. I was skeptical. I told that trans-shop I was taking my car to a guy that knows how to fix things not just replace. Michael fixed my car and I saved a bunch.

I didn't find them particularly good for an independent shop. They charge more or less the same price as other shops and are slow. They are just two Russian guys in Rockville fixing cars.
