My hubby had a transmission leak with his truck. He had his truck towed to American Rock Hall auto. He ended up having his transmission replaced and after a few weeks, went to pick up his truck. The disappointment began.The gear shift was not aligned with the park,drive or other gears. It was however, aligned when he brought it in. Very strange and yet was considered acceptable to hand over to the customer ?He later discovered his truck still had a transmission leak and returned to American auto. Another week went by and he was told they found a hole and repaired it. My hubby took his truck home again only to discover the transmission fluid still had a leak.At this point, he felt he couldn't trust taking his truck back to American Auto, so he took his truck to his Pennsylvania mechanic.He paid his PA mechanic to correct the gear issue and check the leak. Come to find out American auto over filled the transmission by "two quarts."The leak was coming out of a valve from having too much pressure, due to too much fluid.I felt incredibly disappointed as I was the one to convince my hubby to go there to begin with and give our locals the job. I've had good service with car batteries and tire replacements but this particular situation was a total failure.

Even though they was short handed they was still fast and nice to chat with. Great work with fitting me in on the oil change and my oil pressure sensor switch i will be back

Needed a tire for travel trailer when we got to Rock Hall. This shop was recommended by Bayshore and he did not disappoint. Quickly removed old tire and sold us another. Did not overcharge . We bought second tire because it was so convenient. Highly recommend!
