I am local business owner in Hanover Maryland. I was loading up drainage pipe for a storm water management project and one of the pipes I stead of tilting down stayed level and came my back widow.Glass Impressions met me and service me at my home same day. My back window was premium with tint, defrost, auto glass everything. They hooked everything back up and help me get back to work. Great work, honest gentlemen. Definitely recommend, and definitely will call back for any future glass needs.

I had my living room window replaced last winter. Overall I think the quality of their service was pretty good. Honestly there was a hiccup in communication to the manufacturer which caused a delay in making the window, but Damion was very prompt and communicative with me throughout the process. The people who installed the window genuinely seemed motivated to do quality work, and didn't make a mess. After a few months the window is still holding up. Overall thumbs up!

I never leave reviews, but these guys were so awesome, I just had to make sure others knew. Their customer service was excellent. They were quick, efficient, and so courteous! I ordered glass to cover an antique dining table, especially since i have an active sticky-handed toddler at home. Once I finally decided to go with them, they were quick to come and take measurements. It took a while for the actual glass to come in, but that wasn't really on them. Once it came in, they delivered same day since my schedule permitted. (Literally 2 hours after the notifying call). Damion, David, you guys are awesome! My table looks great! I'll definitely use them again should the need arise. (Or update my review should the product fail to meet expectations)

Our window in patio door shattered. I reached out to other people and they all said I better to replace the door. When I called Glass Impressions, they sent a person to evaluate on the same day and told me I only need to replace windows to save me some money. In a couple weeks, David and another worker showed up to installed it for me. They were very quick and professional, cleaned the mess up. I would recommend them to any one. Their prices were very fair and they did a great job. Thank you!

I called to get a quote on my window and I was ensured they had my window. The tech came out same day, look my door panel off said it would take about 30 mins. 50 mins later the tech called to say oh ma'am this window doesn't fit. I think he thought you said you have a QX70 when I clearly said Q70 and he repeated it several times back to me. The tech then said well he's gone to lunch so idk if we have your window in stock but I'll call and let you know. He called back saying we'll unfortunately we don't have your window. The tech failed to put my panel back on my door, leaving everything on my backseat and my the comment, " At least half the work is done. Whomever does fix it will probably be mad it's already off but they'll figure it out" This work was unsatisfactory and the level of customer service was POOR.

We had a custom window shatter and we needed it replaced quickly and safely. Damion the office personal was great to work with. Griffin and another worker showed up installed safely, cleaned the mess up..it was like they were never here. I would recommend them to any one. Their prices were very fair and they did a great job. Thank you!

Knowledgeable staff & great service. The team at glass impressions brought something to my attention on my front windshield that I was not aware of, because of that I needed it replaced; they had it done in the same week & now my car a lot safer.

I called about a broken window and Nick was able to come by the same day to check it out. Unfortunately the 40+ year old broken window was unable to be repaired and needed replaced, but I really enjoyed the prompt and professional service along with a referral to a replacement company. I'll definitely call again for any future glass needs!

Worst company. Not trust worthy at all. Sweet talker but never stay behind the product. Installed a chipped glass after a two weeks glass cracked. Their employee agreed on that glass might be defected maybe there was a chip on the edge that s why the glass cracked. But the boss of the company didn t want to agree on it. Have given them business in past. But I regret it now. Cheap company I won t trust them and if you are reading it don t trust them. How you find about a company if they are good or not. When something is damaged and they are not there it means they are all about taking your money but not giving you a service. Damien you is a worst person to do business with.

This young man came out to look at my garage window which had the upper pane sliding down on the glazing. The bottom sash separated from the frame with the glass in it. I couldn't get it to budge. Even tried softening the glazing putty (old original window). He got the glass separated, reset it in the frame, got the bottom sash back in place, threw a bead of silicone around the perimeter, and locked it closed. Never tried to sell me a new window I didn't need! It's like a surgeon telling you you don't need surgery! I highly recommend any company that only tries to sell me what I need. No more, no less.

Thanks a lot Damion he helped walk me through different size and prices. As indecisive as I can be he stayed patient and delivered for free because my shop was so close. That showed he wasn t money greedy and wanted to help me get my project off the ground thanks again highly recommended! -Garfield with Timeless Tint

Fantastic glass shop. I had a very specific automotive application that needed glass of a certain type and thickness for working on engines. They helped me out fast and we're super informative. I felt like I walked away with exactly what I needed. At a minimum call them and see if they can answer your questions and I'm sure they'll point you in the right direction.

We called glass impressions to fix the small rear quarter window on my Passenger back door that was broken on a burglary.. When Glass impressions broke the lock they admitted it was their fault and they would make it right. Nick came out today and installed the new lock and made it right. Just as promised.

had David come out to install a custom piece of cut glass for a vehicle and while the glass company who cut the glass was subpar in the fitment of the glass, david was able to make it work and get this installed.

Got my front driver's seat door replaced. Excellent service, no complaints. Even took time to clean out broken glass from the door. Highly recommended.
