Hands down the best experience I have ever had with an automotive repair shop. The staff were friendly, professional, and accommodating. The communication was top-notch throughout the entire process. The body work was phenomenal. They even took the time to detail and charge the car (EV) prior to returning it. 10/10 would recommend.

I have had service done here on two different occasions and both times have been positive experiences. The tow truck arrived promptly and the work was done well. The communication between Eastern Auto Works and myself was good. Highly recommend!

Where to start The staff is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They got my car in and finished faster then I was quoted and it looks better then when I bought it. If you need anything repaired don t go anywhere else. Also they are Tesla certified which sets them apart from anyone in the area. Top notch organization.

Great work from an Awesome shop! I live in Delaware and i took my suburban there for collision repair. Fast turn around, no hassle with payment and the insurance company-they handled everything for me. Highly recommend!!

Eastern Auto Works repaired my motorhome after someone backed into the front.. the staff was friendly and very professional! The paint work and repairs were above and beyond my expectations. Minus a few overlooks on the paint and cleaning on the interior of the car in a few places, Eastern Auto Works was great. If you need a Tesla repaired, they are the only ones on the Eastern Shore.

Amazing service. Had a tailgate for my truck sent to them to be painted and badged. The quality of the work was impeccable the customer service was first rate. Would strongly recommend that anyone needing something painted on their car pay these guys a visit. Can't say enough nice things.

Eastern is the best body shop I have ever worked with!!! (and I am very particular) Amazing work! Honest and friendly! They will even repair based on your budget. You can get a simple paint job to clean up a regular car or go all the way up to a collector car paint job!

It is not very often that I have such a pleasant experience that I feel compelled to leave a review, but Eastern Auto Works has certainly earned it. The team handled my insurance claim swiftly and made the whole process very easy for me. Very high quality results coming out of this shop, you can tell that they take pride in their work. Will recommend to all of my family and friends.

Just an outstanding experience from start to finish, everyone at Eastern could not have been nicer. The work was fantastic we can not tell that there was ever an accident! If you ever need auto body work and or paint work, this is the place you want to be!

They did an amazing job on my car door that needed replaced after a stinking deer ran into me. Erie gave them 12 days to fix and they were done in 5 with superior work.
