I took my Model 3 to another place and had the worst experience. I came to BWI Motorsports after I purchased my new Tesla Model Y. I really wanted to tint my windows to help block out the sun for my infant.Kie and Van were fantastic. The rest of the staff were so professional too. The lobby/waiting area was very comfortable and clean. I was actually able to wait for my service on site with my daughter.They offer a huge variety of services and they re in a good location. I highly recommend BWI Motorsports for tint, wraps, protection films, and other auto customizations.

My go to spot for tint, PPF, and wraps. These guys will make sure you re satisfied and at a more than reasonable price. Look no further if you need any of their services done. Super happy with how my 2018 BMW X5M came out!

I'm kind of surprised this place has so many five star reviews after my experience with them. I dropped off my car for PPF wrap and the owner wasn't really responsive or gave me a certain finish date. I have text and phone call proof if he responds to this review. They had the car for 8 business days for them. Worst is that I got the car back with in a dirty state for my interior. There were shoe prints on my door sills and grease marks all over the door panels and part of my seats.I don't know about their vinyl wrap service so I'll leave that up to you. I got two cars tinted by Timeless Tint that rents a spot there and they're decent.I'd take my car elsewhere if you are trying to get PPF wrap done here. This place is probably cheaper than others and I settled on this place due to the close distance to my house. Get a few quotes and check their working area in person, their garage isn't in a great shape for the work they do. There's a reason their photo reviews or pictures doesn't include their main garage area.

I highly recommend BWI Motorsport for your car customization needs. I wasn t ready to get a new vehicle, but I needed a different look. Kie and his team nailed it. I trusted the recommendation and the process and was pleasantly surprised at the results. My car looks completely different, and I LOVE it! My rims and calibers got painted, my roof wrapped, and my windows tinted.

I took my Mercedes Benz s560 to get it wrapped matte black and the owner suggested I also get ceramic coating to protect the wrap. The finished product was absolutely amazing!!! I just upgraded to the S580 and it s a no brainer for me to take it back to BWI Motorsports for the same treatment!! Thank you to the owner and the amazing staff!

Best in the business. Supreme customer service. Whatever your vision, BWI Motorsports can make it happen. 10 stars! Will definitely return for future work. I went with the Satin Black Wrap with ceramic coating. Satin Rims with gold calipers. Chrome Delete and tints all around!

I recently had PPF and window tinting done on my 2023 Tesla Model Y, at this black-owned business and I am absolutely thrilled with the results! Kai and Van were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, and they took the time to answer all of my questions about the different products and services they offer. I was also impressed with their attention to detail and their commitment to providing the best possible customer service.The PPF installation was flawless. The film is perfectly applied and looks invisible to the naked eye. I'm confident that my car's paint is now protected from all sorts of hazards, including rock chips, scratches, and UV damage.The window tinting is also top-notch. I chose a ceramic tint that provides excellent heat rejection and glare reduction.Overall, I am extremely happy with the service and the work that I received BWI Motorsports. Amazing turn around time without sacrificing attention to detail. Was in the middle of selling a Tesla and they were able to get it ready for MD inspection in just a few hours AND the buyers ended up coming back to get more work done to the Tesla.Definitely found a new spot for all my car services

The atmosphere and customer service was very pleasant. Kai and Travis explained what I was looking for better in detail. Overall it was a timely experience with not a lot of waiting around. The services I had included tint, scratch removal, and a ceramic coat added to the paint.

I am a second time customer of BWI Motorsports. In 2022, I brought my BMW 5 series to this establishment for window tinting and the service was stellar. The tints were to perfection and the customer service from the owner Kai was phenomenal. Since my experience was so positive, I decided that I would return in the future to support this business if I purchased another vehicle. Though I live out of the area and the distance is a bit far from my home, it was important for me to return especially because my experience was great.I made another vehicle purchase three weeks ago, a BMW 7 series. I was very excited to return to BWI Motorsports and called to schedule my appointment which was handled by Kai. My appointment for carbon tints was booked for 4/1/23 at 9am. On the day of the appointment, I arrived at 8:45am to ensure I was on time and waited for staff to arrive to let me in which was around 9:15am with Kai arriving first. I waited patiently for his arrival, assuming he may have been running late due to the heavy rain. Kai arrived and checked me in to begin work on my car. About 2 hours later, my car was done, I paid, and was on my way out the door with plans to schedule a third appointment to get my calipers and trims painted. As I was leaving Kai verbalized the standard instructions to not roll my windows down for about 7 days or so which I adhered to.When I got home later that day, I pulled into my garage and turned on my lights to show my family my tints. To my surprise, there were very large bubbles, some the size of an 8x10 sheet of paper, on my driver s side and passenger side rear windows and the rear windshield. Additionally, there were tiny bubbles all over all the windows. I called BWI Motorsport to try to reach a staff member and advise of the issue but no one answered so I left a voicemail. I never received a call back and waited until Tuesday but no call back so I called. I was hoping that by then the appearance of the tint issues would have dissolved but it did not. I called the shop and Kai answered. I explained the issues to him and he responded saying oh you have bubbles because it s ceramic tint! . A bit confused, I advised that I did not get ceramic tint and he said Uh I gave it to you anyway since you are a repeat customer . A bit perplexed, I advised that the tint did not appear ceramic but just proceeded to see how the issues could be resolved. Kai asked me when I could come in and I told him I could come mid week because I would be traveling the next week. He told me to text him photos of the issues and that he would review, call me back, and get me scheduled. I did advise that is was difficult to capture all of the issues via phone or video because of the glares but told him I would send what I could gather legibly. I sent the photos and video. I waited several days, no call back, no response, nothing. I proceed to travel towards the end of the week as planned.Following my return, I called Kai on 4/10/23 to see if he was able to review my photos since I never received a follow up. He apologized for not communicating and told me to come in 4/15@9:30am. Though far, I traveled the distance, yet again to bring my car in. I walked into the waiting area at 9:30am and waited about 5 minutes for a staff member to come to the front as I didn t not see anyone. I assumed staff were in the back.A gentleman came forward and greeted me. He was very polite and I informed him that I had an appointment with Kai to get my tints repaired. He responded to me and told me Oh Kai ain t here. He took a friend to the airport . I was a bit confused because Kai told me to come in at 9:30 and that he would fix my tints since he installed them. I reiterated that to the gentleman and he called Kai to let him know I was there. I later called Kai in my car and expressed my frustrations. He told me you could have stayed . He did text me to return after the call but I didn t respond. I will not be a retuning customer. I do wish the establishment well and hope this experience will not be repeated.

BWI Motorsports is it! They were personable and professional. Most importantly, they did a fantastic job on the window tint that I've been meaning to do for some time. No more fish bowl!Kai and his team are fantastic! Just so you know, in addition to window tinting, they detail cars, wrap cars, sell (some cars) and more! Great business!

I recently purchased a 2024 X7 and had PPF done here. I was updated throughout the process and was highly impressed with the outcome! Not sure of the previous persons issues but I had a totally different experience! Thank you so much to the guys at BWI Motorsports.

I called in asking for a quote, and the gentleman was very professional! He then gave me quotes and asked me what I had in mind! I just want my front windows to match the factory glass tint .Service was impeccable and didn't try to up sale me or pressure me into getting anything I did not want . I WILL be bringing my truck in for all future up grades to my 2022 GMC !also, everyone I ran into asked me if I had been helped .I have been to many shops in Texas and been in Maryland for four years, and this is the best I have been to since my stay in Maryland. I am a manager for a well-known company in Maryland & Virginia and customer service is everything!! 5 stars for me !!!

Usually I don t just trust anyone tinting my vehicle, but this place did a great job on my ES350 windshield, very professional & fast.. nice & clean atmosphere.I was in & out with no problem.No bubbles at all!! I will indeed be a returning customer

Kai and his team have the perfect blend of quality and service. He spent time educating me on the various tints and helped me make an informed decision. The quality of their work is SUPERB, our Genesis looks like a different car with the tints.

This was the second shop I went to for a quote and I was so happy, excited, and pleased that I went there.Customer service on point from start to finish!Communication is consistent.Good prices.More importantly they listen to what you want + provide suggestions as well.I got work done on my car 12/2021 & I m still so happy!

My car went from vanilla to having a personality. My custom work looks factory. Tinting the roof was difficult but they achieved it. I m bringing my other vehicles here to have the same tasteful touches done.

Had a lambo kit installed and just picked, fast service and kie had great communication throughout. Would definitely go back next time I'm looking for a kit installed. Very professional even gave my care a shine.

I took my 2018 Camry SE to BWI Motorsports to get tinted and I was blown away by the customer service and quality of work that Kie performs. The waiting area is pristine and Kie even put a kid show on TV for my one year old daughter who was with me.I wish I had more vehicles to give him my business.I highly recommend BWI Motorsports for tint work!

I highly recommend this company for tint. My new truck looks amazing. Very professional from the moment they answer your call to the moment you leave. Kie also offered to go the extra mile to research some other additions I want to my truck. First impressions are everything and I give them 100%.
