They are over charging people I have been charged for the same product different prices in 2 days $2 one day $1.50 next day $2.63 next day I m like why am I being charged different prices when I asked the guy said the f word and blew it off I been goin to this gas station for a couple years and I finally realized what they were doin she ll need to have a secret shopper cause I m very unhappy about being over charged I work just like every one else if I could give 0 stars I would and to be called out my name is out of conduct

I was visiting this gas station several times because I live in pikesville also the price before was good when I use my rewards using my fhone number ,but like almost two months the price you see is different I put gasoline like today for sample the price for each gallon said $3.33But when I put gas shows $3.38 also outside was not working for using my card, so I when inside but the guy never paying attention to me because he was in the cell phone talking like 5 times I telling for the problem also how much gas I was needed, today 2/1/23 6:16 am.

This Is a small convenience store as well as Working Garage 'I after a long day at the hospital, went in for a soda ,after purchase of gas...the man at the register was so kind, encouraging and I actually smiled a sincere smile after bad news at hospital. I decided on a whim to purchase 2scratch off tickets, and low&behold won $100 dollars, he was just as excited for me..his encouragement to keep on ,made my day even more than the much needed cash, I wish I could remenber his name, it was late evening,still light, and on Jan.31st. Thank you and God Bless you. Keep up the great customer service..

Extraordinary service! Courteous, efficient, and transparent. Consistently competitive prices. The owner is a gracious and thoughtful individual who will honestly evaluate the problem and only repair what is necessary. We have used the Pikesville Shell over decades, However, the current owner surpasses any who have come before him. A neighborhood treasure..

I ve been using this Shell for all my mechanical needs for many years and have always received superior service at reasonable prices. The mechanics are very trust worthy and knowledgeable, especially Malik. He will tell you in advance the problem and the price. Very friendly staff.

The inspector there fixed my father s car and he was very nice. I haven t gotten any problem again In the car yet. They charged me very low cost and I m very satisfied with their customer service. I d definitely recommend them.

I had a great experience getting my cars fixed at this garage. Very honest people. They will tell you upfront what s wrong with the vehicle and won t rip you off like some other shops out there..

I had my state inspection done here. Very bad experience. Stay away from their garage. I moved MD from another state and my car window glasses tinted dark. I took my car for state inspection before in order to get it registered in MD. Mr. Josh Singh attended my car and took in for inspection. He did all the checks and came back to me after 30 min and told, my car window glasses are too dark and do not pass transparency test. He said he will charge $90 to peel off the tints to make it pass and issue me the pass certificate. If not, he was going to give me the failed certificate and still charge $70 for inspection. What the hell.. why he did not tell it before starting the test by just looking at my window glasses like other garage technicians did? Not a genuine place to take your wheels.. stay away..

Great , reliable service. I've been going here for years and never had the same problem twice. Mike, the owner is one skilled mechanic. I used to keep 2 or 3 different mechanics, now I only use one. Thanks for the great service Pikesville Shell...

She'll has always ran their gas stations professionally and this one is no exception. Everything worked and the Shell rewards card shaved 3 cents per gallon off the fill up.

Reliable, reasonable and responsible, that is how our family feels about Pikesville Shell Service Center.Our Family has four vehicles and we are constantly on the go. Our vehicles need repairs from time to time, we can rest assured the service repairs completed on our vehicles over the past 15-fifteen years at Pikesville Shell Service Center has been safe & excellent.Mr. Mike Singh, thank you for the great work you and your staff have provided and will continue to provide for my family & I in the future

My experience at Shell with Abdul and Waheed has been wonderful and phenomenal. They take care of business in a very professional way. Because of their great work, I was able to pass emissions inspection for my 2002 Camry. Thanks guys.

I had a Maryland State Inspection completed on a 2014 Mercedes with less than 30,000 miles on it at this store. There was a very small scratch on the windshield of the car; and, Josh Singh, a technician at the store, failed me on the inspection. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE! All of the five-star ratings for this store are from the owners. The individual at the cash register and Josh Singh are only out to rip their customers off. I cannot imagine taking a "real" used car to this store.........STAY AWAY...........

Waheed Malik is an excellent mechanic, along with his support staff, Ammar Bin Abbas. They fixed my car really well and also charged me very reasonably. I highly recommend this repair shop.

I've been dealing with the Pikesville Shell station for the last two-and-a-half years I have 4 cars BMW 2 Toyota's & Towncar and all the mechanics had worked on various cars over the years and I've never had a problem.. if I did have a problem they fixed it...

If I could give zero stars, I would.Horrible, inconsiderate, rude, and stingy. Take your vehicle elsewhere unless you want to be nickled and dimed over petty reasons for failing the inspection.The great thing is, once you are, the man that works there is kind enough to say "I would expect somebody of your education level to read the paper."Spare yourself the frustration and take your business elsewhere.

I am officially investigating this gas stations as of today and reporting to the State's Attorney Office. I rented a Uhaul Shell, 1711 Reisterstown Rd, Pikesville, MD 21208 in December for 24hrs. I rented on December 22nd and returned on December 23rd 530 am because I wasn't' going to wait til after work to return it. A week later, I get an invoice that I owed them money which I shouldn't because I gave the truck back less than 24hrs. The only thing I agree with is going over the mileage. Two weeks later, I get another invoice stating I didn't return the truck til December 29th and now owed $95. The beginning of this month 1/10/17 - PIKESVILLE SHELL 1/10/2017 4.78 taken out of my acct. I tried to traced back when did I do this and didn't think much of it. At this moment looking at my account, the same charge showed up again PIKESVILLE SHELL 1/27/17 SHELL 21208 PENDING -5.84. They are creeping in my account and taking small amounts out. This is illegal and an investigation will be pursued. I asked the management to fixed the false charges on the invoice before and no response back. Now my account is being hack for small amounts without my permission. And of course, closing my acct.

Best place for gas filling, always clean and everything as a driver we need are available. Best employees always smiling and helping with suggestions. There is also a restroom available, Air/ vacuum unit and ATM also available.

Had a very poor experience. The mechanic who was in charge of the inspection I had paid for constantly gave me attitude. He inspected my car, but complained that I was wasting his time. Additionally, my girlfriend received poor customer service when trying to use the bathroom.

Absolutely horrible CROOKS !!!Not only they keep their gas prices 20 to 30 cents per gallon higher than other gas stations in the area, but also disable Giant rewards program on Tuesdays (when they have 20 cents off per gallon) allowing to deduct only 10 cents per gallon, regardless of how much discount you have earn. They somehow blame this on bad weather. Customer service is NON-EXISTENT !!!!!BUNCH OF CROOKS !!!!!

Pumps for Diesel fuel are very slow. This has happened multiple times and I have to sit there for 20 minutes to get my 20 gallons max as a Giant rewards member. I would go to another station but you loose your gas rewards points if you turn off the pump and go to another pump or station once you start to redeem your points. Need to go to another Shell station!!!

I put in my rewards number the pump said I was going to get .05 cents off. I didn t get a discount and I was charged .10 cent more.

I did an inspection. The guy did not tight the screws on the front wheel. Two screws fell off when I drived back. I am glad I did not die.
