Love this car place! Small husband and wife running it. Took my car here and they explained all of my options in detail and thoroughly answered my questions! I dropped my car back off to have the work done and they even finished earlier than expected!!!! 10 out of 10 will ALWAYS come here. I recommend this shop to anyone who asks

Such a great experience today with Reliable Auto Care. I dropped my car off because of a potential leaking tire, they fixed the issue and changed my oil 2 hours after dropping it off. It was so easy and reasonably priced. Definitely will be coming here for all future car needs!

This is an excellent auto care shop. The owner is trustworthy and if he says your car needs something, you can believe it! Squeezed me in for a needed last minute oil change while I waited which was very appreciated. Professional friendly staff came off honest and knowledgeable. Have been visiting this shop with multiple cars for years. Very friendly trustworthy, fast and reliable. Excellent work for an affordable price. First visit was not enough to give a full and thorough rating. My first impression is very good. The owner is honest and friendly. I will rate again when I have some more work done here.

Friendly, professional and quick service. Needed my tire plugged so I settled in the waiting room expecting to wait, but I didn't have time to play even ONE game because they were finished and was calling me to get my keys. Wonderful experience and I highly recommend them.

I love Reliable Auto Care. They are so friendly, professional, and trustworthy. From something small to something major, they never make me feel like my concerns are not valid. I stopped going to them for a little and tried a major chain and I could literally feel my car regressing as well as my wallet. Back to reliable I went and my car has never felt or driven better. This is my go to repair shop. The mechanics are very trustworthy and will not over charge you for services or have you get services done that dont need to be completed. I have been coming here for over 8 years and wouldn't take my car anywhere else, unless advised to go to the dealership. The head mechanic name James is awesome and has worked on my car plenty of times. He is always detailed with his work, he gives great advice and warrants me of any future or upcoming problems. Reliable Auto is the shop to go to!!!!

Took my wife car in at 8:30 am to replace the front struts, upper mounts and oil change. 12:25 pm car was ready, alignment included. No pressure or upcharges. Final price did not leave me destitute. Honest! Stopped in because a tire warning light came on in my boss' car. Already fed a machine a bunch of quarters to add air and still the warning light. The car was looked at immediately and no tire issues were noted. Kevin pulled the car right out front and would not accept payment.Stop by for great, honest customer service.

I've been using Reliable now for a couple of years. I use them for my personal vehicles and my work vehicle. They give me honest advice, and always perform the work I ask them to do. They usually work on my car the day it goes in and have it finished that day. I read another review and the guy said he was mad because they plugged a nail hole and charged him for it. That's ridiculous... I would WANT my mechanic to fix that. $20 is the going rate, and you can see the plug so you know they did it. Not only that... the price they gave him for the balance was below market as well. What a cheap skate.

I love this place! I've been coming for a couple of years now and I am very, very happy with the service, the pricing, and the employees. Everyone is extremely nice and very sincere. I like the location as well. I can walk up to the Pikeville library and Boston Market while I wait for my car. I plan to bring my car in this Monday for brakes. I HIGHLY RECOMMNED THIS PLACE!!! TEN STARS!!!

It s hard to find honest mechanics these days , but to me they re the best and honest mechanic ever . Brother James is just the best , really honest , get the job done properly and on time .When he gives you his words , he lives up to it .I highly recommend them .Services: Transmission, Electrical, Oil change

I've been there a few times and always greeted with honest and EXTREMELY reasonable pricing on all work completed. I live on the other side of Baltimore and will go the distance because I know the job is done right. Best place by far compared to basically everything else.

I came on a Saturday, on a moment's notice, to fix a flat tire. There was no line. The problem was diagnosed quickly: one of the tires caught a nail, another had a malfunctioning pressure sensor. I decided not to replace the sensor (it's expensive and the car is 11 years old). They fixed the flat, rotated all tires, and changed oil. I was out in less than an hour.

I always go here for all of my automotive needs. They know what they are doing they are fast and efficient. The prices are reasonable and Lynn is good at what she does. All the men who work there are nice as well. They answer all my questions!Diana

I went there in order to do the tire balancing they said its $45 for all 4 tires. after they fixed it they tryed charging me $65. i Asked them what the extra $20 was for and she told me(the woman at the front desk table) that there was a whole in the tire and they fixed. i got so angry and told them that "i gave you my car for balancing not for any tire repairs. (my tires were all new and fresh, there were no wholes at all. ) She just tried to get extra $20 from me. this place is a crap. Wouldn't suggest to anyone. and i wont go there again.

Had a tire plugged there. Also had had 4 new tires installed after shipped from tire rack. Both times were super awesome. No issues whatsoever with their work!

Amazing service! They turned a $5000 bill for a new engine from Jim Coleman Honda to a $200. I don't think I'll be going back to a dealership for any major repairs.

This repair shop is a rip off. My parent took there van there on multiple occasions to fix issues with the car and never fixed it but charged me extra to repair what they should have the first time. My parent emergency brake light was on all they did was replace the pedal. They did not look at the whole break in itself and when I took it back they finally looked at the whole emergency break system and determined why my break light was still on but the break was. It engaged. I would NOT recommend this place to any one ever!!!! No stars are required for this review because they don t deserve them period. A PROFFESIONAL MECHANIC WITH COMMON SENSE WOULD HAVE CHECKED THE WHOLE ENTIRE BREAK SYSTEM TO SEE WHY THE BRAKE LIGHT WAS STILL ON AND DID NOT TURN OFF.
