Such friendly and knowledgeable people. I didn't ask for this but the man who took my order walked me to my car and offered to pour in the de-icer fluid into the windshield fluid receptacle. Ordinarily, I would decline such an offer, but I saw how he genuininely wanted to help, so I agreed. He smiled and thanked ME for coming into the store. Wow! Customer service at its best!

Had exactly what we needed and the staff knew right where it was very nice place would recommend if you need tools and are in the area. Also parking in the rear of the store.

From the moment I walked in this store the staff was so friendly and helpful. I needed a new battery for my car and Tyler went above and beyond to help get me back on the road. He installed my new battery very quickly and even installed new engine and cabin air filters. I am extremely happy with the customer service at this store and would highly recommend them to anyone. I will definitely be back!

I went there to change a bulb. Tyrion and Shawn provided excellent service, going way beyond what I've experienced in other auto parts stores. Really great customer service and integrity!

The manager, was super helpful with the battery issue that I was having. He also was able to help me with my engine air filter and install my cabin air filter. He was very knowledgeable and friendly! I ve been to a few a places and he is genuine about helping me!

It was nothing but good fortune that my scooter happened to breakdown within 500 feet of this location. As a woman, it brought me great comfort to see April s face upon walking in the shop. Even though my ambiguously branded Chinese scooter made a bit difficult to figure out replacement parts, it did not slow them down from going above and beyond in helping me address my needs. From what started off as such a bummer turned into a really positive experience as all hands on deck worked together to help me manage my situation. Big shout out to Dayton and Taion as well as April, who really helped me reach a solution and the manager Tyler who was extremely accommodating. There s a really great culture here and you can tell that they take great pride in what they do.

I want to Advance Auto Parts today because my right signal light blow out and was assisted by Will. What a nice professional and knowledge young man. He was very nice to me and my daughter. He assisted me with my auto part selection and installed it for me. He's a very kind person. The store wasn't crowded and it was well stocked and organized. I'm now a new loyal customer of Advance Auto Parts in Pikesville.Ask for Will only the rest of them have poor customer service, lazy and disrespectful on top of that.

Great experience at this store. I don t know a lot about cars so I need a lot of help when talking parts and installation. November and Herb were excellent at answering all my questions, finding the right parts and explaining installation details. The store did a good job at keeping everything COVID safe.

After experiencing a poor engagement in their Pikesville md location I elected to give em another shot since this store is the most convenient for me. My encounter this time around was a much much better customer experience for me. Thanks to Tyler at the Pikesville store for taking caring of me. My confidence in AAP is restored thanks to Tyler.

The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. The store is always well kept and they help install wiper blades, new batteries, and will check the codes to tell you whats wrong. I have been going there for more than 20 yrs.

The store is well-stocked. The staff is friendly and very helpful. I purchased a new battery and had it installed and tested in under 30 min. I am very happy with my experience at this store. I highly recommend it.

Since the parts are available anywhere, this is purely for customer service, which was pretty bad. Could easily tell that the Cashier didn't want to be there, didn't say hello or thanks after a purchase. And went right back onto his phone as soon as I took my battery off the counter.

The staff here are excellent. I've made purchases here for multiple vehicles and have always been pleased with their friendly and helpful attitude.Only reason for 4 stars is that I've come in once or twice to find something not in stock. Just check online or call before going in to make sure they have what you're looking for.

I had the simplest shopping experience here. I needed to buy a bulb for my break lights. All I had to do was tell the staff what part I needed and the make, model and year of my car. They found the piece in less than a minute, and I was ready to go.

Placed online order for in-store pickup. Received notification that order is ready for pickup. Arrive to find that nothing is ready for pickup; I wait 15 minutes, and 1 of 2 items is unavailable. Why abuse customers so?

Excellent customer service. I swung by the other day to get a replacement wiper and both employees were friendly and helpful. This is exactly the experience I want when I visit a business.

The customer service was GREAT! Salesperson named Nathan was very knowledgeable. He answered all my questions with a smile. All the sales staff was pleasant. I will make this store my car care store!

Good selection and service. However, I found a coupon code on their website but was unable to use it at checkout.Instead I was forced to go back online and place an order for the parts and then wait for the order to be transmitted to the store in order to apply the discount coupon. Dumb.

They are helpful with assisting you. You can get your battery checked as well as some other things. There is a free parking lot available. It is right on a public bus line. Friendly and helpful staff. Can be seen from the street. It is on a main street. Most automobile related items can be found there.
