We took a tire in to Granados in Owings that we bought from the store in Prince Fredrick that they couldn t fix. Mark and Rob were outstanding! Not only did they fix it but they did it right on the spot. Thank you Mark and Rob. You have won our business!The PF branch should be shut down!

They're amazing. I called first thing this morning to have my car towed there, they were able to find someone who had the same tire near by and get it put on by noon. Will be using them from now on.

Friendly folks. Good customer service. After they missed my appointment, the manager apologized and gave me a free oil change. I ll be backPrices were reasonable and the waiting room was relatively clean.

Updated on Nov 22, 2023:dishonest billing and customer service. Daughter took car for synthetic oil change and had a coupon for 59.95... bill was 70.00 oil change + 19.99 oil and filter service + 1.50 shop fees... (less 10.00 discount) for a total of 93.73. .... Don't use this company unless you want cheated.

It's a scary thing when you full time in your RV and your brakes go out. We called so many places and no one could take us because of our size. Mark at Granados was amazing! He got us in first thing in the morning and worked very hard to find the parts that we need it to get us back on the road so we can get home. The entire team was amazing and made us feel safe and welcome. They didn't excellent job on our brakes and they even debunked some of the issues we had been told by other dealers that we had. We were in and out in 5 hours which is not bad considering the damage done to our brakes. We will definitely drive out of our way on our way south for the winter is to do more work with them.

Really quick service with excellent customer service as well. They didn't have the tires in stock I wanted and got them in next day, in and out in a hour. With a price lower then anywhere else.

Went in at Saturday at 9am with my father and the sales associate had stated he had a full book and couldn't get to my dad's truck with the 2 front tires going flat and that is his only automobile he has and we left. We will now be going to Mr Tire in Dunkirk. Granados needs to do better. This is ridiculous.

The service I received was amazing. I called at 510pm on a Thursday and by 8am the next morning, I was on the road with a new set of tires. What an unbelievable turnaround time. Tires were in stock, extremely helpful staff, great waiting room to still get some work done and an overall great experience. Will definitely be back and use them for other vehicles of mine.

Thanks Granados in Owings for saving our vacation. They replaced a tire stem on my rv/trailer tire in 10 minutes. Great customer service and very accommodating on a Saturday.

My 2nd visit, and dare I say I will return again and again, did I mention I will be revisiting this establishment. I love the vibe, the people are awesome and always try to work with getting you in. But most of all, I love the fact it doesn't feel or smell like car tires or grease.

Thank you Mark and Dino! I needed tires for my camaro and they were the best. They spoke to me very respectfully and got me in and out in an hour without an appointment. The waiting room was neat and clean. Mark has a great sense of humor and treated everyone waiting like they were their only customers. Kudos to them for making waiting stress free and enjoyable. Keep up the good work.And for those women out there looking for a place where they don t take advantage of you, this is your place.

Very professional experience with this Outfitter. Very courteous and respectful of your property and your time. Price was very reasonable (1/3 price of dealership)and was well in the range of what was quoted before work was done. No surprises no hidden cost. The owner is very down-to-earth and very much a people person in regards to his personality which reflects and his staff as well. They have serviced 4 of my vehicles in the past and now my vehicles are newer they still service that as well. They are consistent and what they do. B Taylor

The staff is friendly. Very honest. They always make me feel like I'm valued and they are concerned about getting me back on the road quickly. One place I'm never worried if I have something wrong with my car. I know I can trust them.

Excellent service! Granados always provides me with quality work on my car. Everyone you interact is pleasant, helpful, and go out of their way to provide quality service. Their prices are reasonable and you don t feel like you are being taken advantage of. I highly recommend this quality business!!

I checked several tire shops in the morning to see who could take me in the late afternoon for my tires to be changed and front end alignment. They gladly accommodated me into there schedule at 3pm. I asked how long would it take and they responded with 1 1/2 to 2 hours. When everything was said and done I was out the door in 1 hour and 15 minutes. The service and customer care was worth it. I will go again for service at this location.

Best customer service in southern Maryland. We had a last minute unexpected problem before a road trip. They got us in and out within an hour. Cost for 4 tires on our trailer was fair and reasonable. Highly recommend!

Great job , great customer service! Price was good too. I looked into the price from another local mechanic their price was much higher than Dino!Much needed service for a Toyota pick up and a new timing belt miscellaneous extras.Thumbs up!!!

My 86 yr old mom & I were 2-1/2 hrs from home when we started loosing air in the back tire. I called Granados in Owings, Md and spoke with Mike Tyra who gave me directions to his shop. Within minutes upon arriving Mike had his guys working on the tire. They were GREAT! Very professional & courteous.I highly recommend these guys.

Thank you Granados Tire in Owings! And a huge shout out to Mark & really all the guys in the shop! Great service! My son s car needed an inspection & then work done to pass the inspection. Work was finished before promised! Picked up his car yesterday, 3/24 & he stopped for gas this morning. Car wouldn t turn over. Battery jump didn t help. Granados sent a tow truck. Something minor with a battery cable. Can t thank you guys enough for taking great care of me & my son. Amazing customer service!! You rock!

Got an oil change done at Granados in Owings the other day and was very pleased with the experience. The service was completed in a very timely manner, communication was good and the cost was affordable. This is my second visit in a row for this service and plan on going back again when needed.

Five-star service on a Saturday morning. You can't get better than that. Replaced all four tires and put away the spare in under an hour. Quick efficient service with a smile. Better yet, I'll have to return when the new tires are ready to be replaced. Highly recommended. Excellent work, there is no other way to say it.

After going to the Mr. Tire in Dunkirk and being told that they couldn't fix my flat tire until Saturday, I was feeling like I was stuck between a rock and a hard place. Then I called this shop. These guys told me to bring my tire right on in and they could take care of it for me. Extremely friendly service. Everyone was very professional. If you're ever in the Dunkirk area, I would highly recommend this shop for your auto needs.

I found a last-minute nail in my car tire right before a 9-hour drive in the morning. Granados was able to fit me in to their schedule, last minute, at the end of the day. Pleasant to work with, quick to get tire fixed, and a fair price.

They have received a customer for life. I have had two tires replaced and a nail repair. Both instances were short notice and they were able to help. They also have a great waiting room, where my kids are actually okay hanging out for an hour!

I had a repair needed on my car that was urgent due to illness. With one quick call I was able to schedule a Sat appointment last Fri and the work was completed immediately the following morning by 9 AM. All of the staff were professional and easy to deal with. I jist had rear brakes and new rotors installed by Granado's in Owings. They did an excellent job! They used quality materials, and still discounted their price to make themselves more competitive. I was initially doing some price comparisons and found them to be the most reasonable. They had my car ready within 2 hours. I would definitely recommend Granado's to anyone.
