I have had several projects (a window, a mirror, and a steam bath enclosure) done by Economy Glass. The steam bath enclosure was particularly challenging because of the custom design and tight requirements.They did all these project with excellence and professionalism. Highly recommend their services.

Economy glass did an AMAZING job installing our shower glass. Tamara kept us up to date from the time we ordered to delivery time. Steve and his crew are awesome! Thank you for a job well done!

I had a chip/crack in my windshield and Economy Glass was able to fit me in not even a week later , they filled it for a good price and I m extremely happy with the results! Thanks Steve (& others) for working on my vehicle and making sure it was done right! The two ladies in the front are a pleasure to work with also and are very knowledgeable. I will continue to use them for any of my glass needs

Very disappointed. My husband suggested taking our broken window to Economy Glass to be replaced, rather than having to replace the entire window, frame and all. I dropped the window off with them on April 18 and was told that it would be 2-3 weeks before the replacement was ready. Roughly 2 weeks later I received a call and was told they did not have my broken window and suggested that I may have never dropped it off with them After I insisted that it was definitely dropped off, I was told that it may have been moved, and they would look into it and get back to me. I heard nothing back until May 6 when I received another call requesting photos of the missing window area. I sent these immediately and requested to have this expedited, as it had already been 3 weeks and I had family coming in and didn t want the ugly plastic over the window showing. Not to mention, I had paid for this service in full when I dropped the window off. Of course, that didn t happen. I received an email back 4 days later that they were still waiting on the glass and would keep me posted. After another few weeks, a man came out to my house, with the glass (they offered to put it in for free at this point) however, they ordered the wrong window..I was told that they would request to have the replacement expedited, though I heard nothing from Economy Glass in the meantime. No courtesy updates ever, I had to reach out to them every time to find out what was going on. I had another man come out on June 7 to replace the glass, but it was the wrong size. I finally got the glass replaced on June 22nd, more than 2 months later. The window itself looks fine, but being in sales myself, I felt the customer service was handled very poorly, it felt like there was zero urgency in trying to accamadate or rectify the matter and I am disappointed overall in the handling of the situation.

Hubby broke the glass in his shadow box. They replaced the glass at a reasonable rate and reattached the cording around the glass. Hubby's shadow box is unusual. Economy Glass did an amazing job. Thank you!

They did an EXCELLENT JOB on my picture window!Danny and Dane were professional, friendly and courteous! They didn t even leave a speck of caulk on the window!!! I am very very pleased! And the price was very reasonable as well!!

Economy glass of Calvert is the fairest place to get replacement windows or mirrors for whatever project you may have. Their customer service is incredibly friendly. The price of their services are incredibly low. I highly recommend for commercial or personal projects.

They cut me a custom piece. Very impressed with their service!! Ginger was extremely helpful, staff was very accomodating. Steve does excellent work!Will be a returning customer.

The job was completed, but the window frame was not put back on correctly. Also, the company s response time was poor-it took 3 working days to find out that the project had been completed. Would not recommend.

Nice local establishment. Did a small job while I waited which was very much appreciated. Will go back for a larger job in the future.

Poor communication. The job was completed, but it took a long time for them to actually come to get it done. Go with them only if you don't have any other options.
