Took my car for a oil change and decided to get a tuneup and they were able to fix me in. Really liked how they checked my brakes and was honest about not needing them right now. This is the 1st time I have taken my car here and for now on I will be taken my car here. Its nice to finally find a place where I feel comfortable being that I am handicap. Very honest...

Mike took 50% down to restore my vintage auto. That amount was $12K. Several years later, no work had been done. I reclaimed the car. Mike claimed work had been performed. The 50 year old grease on all the motor parts clearly proved absolutely no work had been done. Lawyers told me not enough money was involved to sue. I get it. I moved on and found a restorer who is painstakingly restoring the car and keeping me informed every step of the way. Mike has to look himself in the mirror every day and know that fraud is easy in the auto repair business, but what goes around comes around.

My 2009 GMC diesel was having trouble when starting it. Called Mike and he fit me in the next morning. In about 5 minutes he determined I needed a fuel lift pump replaced. He repaired that and replaced a much needed air filter. As usual he is reliable, fair and explains the issue in laymen s terms. I have been using them for years for my 3 cars and my daughters. I wouldn t take a vehicle anywhere else!

Bought a used 2019 used Grand Caravan in VA to replace my 2013 Town and Country that was lost in an unfortunate incident. Mike did the MD state inspection needed for title and changed the oil for free as a courtesy for a new customer - not me, the van. Mike and his shop are top shelf and I will continue to bring all my work to his shop.Service: Oil change

Kudos to Certified Auto Services Inc!!! Pleased beyond word. My daughter's vehicle had numerous faults. Through comprehensive troubleshooting and numerous needed repairs our car was fixed. Though we paid for some of the repairs Mike's team covered the rest to ensure we had a safe reliable vehicle to support our prized possession, our daughter! I found Certified Auto on-line, called and spoke with the owner, Mike about my car. He assured me that they do and can indeed work on Saab cars. He was pleasant and professional and made time for me to come in. My low-beam headlights were constantly burning out AND the rear lights too! They changed ALL the burned-out bulbs at a moment's notice, mind you and also discovered that a wonky socket was at the root of it all. Thanks, Sean.I was impressed by the owner's straightforwardness. Honesty, sincerity and a code of honour/ethics are almost impossible to find at any time but Mike demonstrates these from the moment you speak with or meet him.I'll be taking my Saab 9-5 back in for radiator work and all the niggling things I've been ignoring because I didn't know where to go and who to trust. I finally found my go-to place for my car. It's been a very, very loooong search. Good job, Mike and Sean!! Thank you for a job well done!

Certified auto is my go-to shop. They are always professional, reliable, and affordable. It is very hard to find someone like this in the automotive service/repair industry these days.
