Ron from RIG towing was great! My car broke down in Baltimore city, on my way home to the Philly. Ron responded immediately to my call, arrived in about 30 minutes, and safely transported my car 86 miles to a safe landing spot at my mechanics shop/lot. Great service at a very reasonable price. Thanks Ron!

I'm a mobile mechanic who has worked on many of different service providers tow trucks. When I worked on RIGs truck he was very professional about making the correct repairs. There was no cut corners with this service provider. I'm very impressed with the condition of his truck. I'd feel very confident when sticking your vehicle in the hands of the service provider. Maintenance and upkeep on his service truck is outstanding.

This man was at my place in 15 minutes after the call. Flat rate fee, super super nice. It was so quick. I am so thankful. My car was broken into and needed to be towed to the nearest repair shop and everyone else would either not answer their phone or said it was 5 hour wait. He answered IMMEDIATELY and was HERE asap. Amazing!

My car was stuck on the side of the road from the snow we got. Had to call a tow to get it home. I initially called my insurance s roadside, but they left me stranded for a couple of hours to let me know that no one is coming. Did a quick search on Google. RIG popped up. Ron, the owner picked up. He said he would show up within 15-20mins. He was super easy to communicate with, prompt and man of his words. He showed up within the time he said, got the car loaded and strapped down in no time! Thanks for getting me home Ron!

Extremely caring and gives excellent customer service. Very reasonable rates as well which is a rarity these days. Although I do not wish to have car troubles again, if I do then at least I know who I am calling again.

This man is a man of his work he got there on time and the rate was reasonable. I couldn't say no , He was very careful with handling my car. So in the event of emergency I would definitely use this guy again.

Excellent experience. Hooked my stalled vehicle up with now issue, nor damage. Speedy service. Respectful as well as having a great sense of humor while I was stressed out about my stalled vehicle. I will definitely be spreading the word to others. Would highly recommend and the price was reasonable. Especially after calling several other companies with extremely higher prices.
