Great service all around! Most definitely would recommend! They listened, connected me with what I wanted, and made the credit and purchase procedure easy and seamless. I've purchased several vehicles in different states and would easily recommend a A+ rating !!

Best used car lot in the Mills. The salesman work hand and hand to get you on the road with a new used well maintain vehicle. It s hard to find them you may miss their shop and drive past them but when you do it s like finding a diamond in the sand.

I got my very first car from here. I wasn't pressured into getting anything and it was a very different experience than a usual car dealership. It's a small, family owned spot and they really care about finding the best car for you. I drove away very happy.

I bought a Honda Odyssey here about a month ago. Overall, I had a pretty good experience working with them. The vehicle has been great. There were 2 tire pressure sensors that needed to be replaced when I bought it. I didn't become aware of that until driving it for a few days with the TPMS light on and taking it to a tire shop to find that the pressure was fine. They covered the cost of replacing the sensors with their local mechanic, which I appreciated. The vehicle also needed a brake rotor and rear pads at the time I bought it. I didn't become aware of this until driving it and braking for more than the short test-drive. Unfortunately the dealer said this was not covered by the 30-day warranty, so they would not cover the cost of this. They did however make an appointment for me with their local mechanic to get the work done for a small discount. So, all in all, I am happy with the purchase, but I would recommend for anyone who wishes to buy a car here, take it to a mechanic first and take it for a longer test drive to discover potential problems before writing the check.

This dealership was a hidden gem! I went to purchase an Acura RDX and these guys are very friendly and professional. Their lot is amazing and they have a really good selection of cars as well. Definitely would recommend these guys if you are in the market.

***Update: 09/29/23, the Car transmission went up without warning and my car just stalled out while driving!! I wouldn t recommend this place to anyone!!! Zero Stars!! I have not had a pleasant experience here after a month later with issues, I would NOT RECOMMEND .the car is nice but Its been One Month and a week, I have had a loose battery terminal so the car stalled out while on the road if I didn t know anything about cars how would I know to tighten it ????? First issue, and of course this is immediately after the warranty, initially thought it could be a lemon. And now the alternator is completely dead. I take it back to them They quote me wholesale price (70$) on part which is for a used part, and then 225$ for labor, It becomes 3 days later and get there and they say its 370$, because they got a part that didn t work so the new part is now 140$, is that my issue, no its not, so why am I paying more??? Oh and I had to ask for a receipt for the part and the work done for a place that takes only cash (what I was told) ..I ask if they can cover labor its a BIG ISSUE, as if I didn t just buy the car less than 2 months ago!!!! I wrote my original review below, and Kasey s partner/Brother tells me if I write something to bad-mouth them he stated he swears he will come after me for everything .you all sold me a vehicle with low voltage alternator and loose battery terminal..so I ask him to take OWNERSHIP FOR THE ISSUE, and he says No he will not. I CANNOT recommend because if this happened to me what else could happen , issues right after the 30 day warranty was over this is my true account of my interactions with this place. what other issues are there????? .my ORIGINAL post is This From the beginning of my experience, up until the end, It was smooth and everything that I could ask for. Because this was a smaller mom and pop dealer on first glance (not gonna lie) I thought it may have been an issue. I looked over the car and wanted to see the vehicle which I purchased, three (3) days in a row and doing that was not an issue. I was so surprised at the low mileage for the price I couldn t believe it! Kasey dealt with me in a manner that shows he is indifferent if you buy or not, the DOC FEE is low, one perk on signing.

The guys at this shop treated me so good. They answered all my questions. They didn't try to sucker me in to a bunch of fees and they didn't call me every day trying to make a deal. I would recommend anyone come here for a car.

Had a great experience. The salesman was the proper balance of friendly and professional. Personally I get skeptical when people come off as TOO nice, especially in sales, but the guy was both nice and knowledgeable. Reputations can often differ from reality. Entire process was smooth, and I was in at 10am, out before noon. Out the door price was only about $1000 more than the listed price, with all fees explained fully.

Bought my first car here, and after a lengthy process of dealing with other horrible dealers I was so glad the experience here was great. I worked mostly with Kasey but both gentlemen were helpful and kind. Kasey made everything easy and quick; he made the process more enjoyable for me especially since it was my first car.

For over a month I shopped the internet for a 2012-2014 Honda Odyssey with the plan to buy the car and fly cross-country to pick it up. I compared Odyssey prices and features on all the used car buying sites. Contacted many sellers but finally found a good price on a good Odyssey at Owings Mills Motor Cars. I was impressed with Kasey's low-key, no pressure, straightforward approach as a car salesman. Because of past experiences I am suspicious of car salesmen, but I found him to be honest, knowledgeable and trustworthy. I flew 700 miles to pick the minivan. It was in great condition and was an excellent purchase. Highly recommend Kasey and his vehicles.

Kasey was amazing; very friendly and professional. They have good quality used cars, and they make sure they re in tip top condition before selling. Prices were reasonable; there weren t a bunch of fees added on when purchasing. Process was quick & smooth. I will definitely recommend Owings Mills Motor Cars to others!

After a lengthy search I found an excellent deal on a quality vehicle at Owings Mills Motor Cars. Kasey was wonderful to work with. There was no pressure and he's a straight shooter. I picked up my 2012 Jeep Liberty 4x4 yesterday from Kacie. I had been to a few other dealerships in the area and one was too big (Heritage), one small place in Finksburg did not seem to care about selling me a vehicle. I discovered Owings Mills Motors by accident. I only live a mile away but did not know about the place until two weeks ago. On the first day that I visited, I saw the Jeep and test drove it. I am deaf, on disability and receive social security. Kacie and his boss worked with me and all the paperwork was done properly, got registration and license plates. The title was clean...but the Jeep WAS NOT! I just shelled out $9,000 for a used vehicle and they were too cheap to take it to the car wash to get it cleaned! I took it to Owings Mills Detailing Center and they did a great job, however there is still pet hair in the cargo area. I was pleased overall, but just frustrated about them selling me a dirty car. I asked Kacie about it and he just blew me off. I am not likely to buy another vehicle there but glad that I found one that I liked.

I bought a vehicle here 2 months ago and I can't be any happier! I did have a little issue with my vehicle but KC and his coworker went above and beyond to fix the problem. I'm very satisfied with my truck and I would definitely purchase there again. Everyone was very polite and helpful. I would recommend this dealer to anyone looking to purchase a quality vehicle.

I was going to purchase a BMW 325 from this dealer which I ended up not doing for personal reasons, but I was impressed by their honesty and service and would not hesitate to buy from them. They were willing to take the car I was looking at to the local BMW dealer so that I could get a Pre Purchase Inspection for the car. They were helpful and not pushy. The price they display is the price you will pay plus 6% sales tax & tag fees and a simple $195 dealer fee. Most other dealers charge $500 doc fee and other bogus fees, those guys don't!

Today was one of my best experience in purchasing a vehicle not only the Kasey sold me the car I wanted he got me approved with the best interest rate and the best payment I could ask for he even stay back 2 hours after the dealership was closed and waited for me to arrive to so I could drive off the lot with a big smile Owings Mills Motor is definitely your reason to purchase a car !!!!!
