I had the pleasure of working with Ms. Lucy at the Mercedes dealership, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service she provided. Her knowledge of the vehicles and their features was exceptional, and she took the time to understand my needs and preferences. Theo Theo Theo. That's all I have to say. I woke up on Monday morning and told myself I was going to get a car I had been looking at for weeks. First, Rob, the sales manager, called me almost immediately after I put a test drive inquiry in online. When I got to the dealership, I walked in and was greeted by a very nice man named George who looked me up in the system and saw I had been assigned to Theo. He got me in touch with Theo immediately and the process began. I was in and out of the dealership in under 4 hours and the process was super smooth. Theo was sure to inform me of all the incentives during the buying process that could help the cost like the Amex benefit that was a great catch that I had no clue about. I even had to take a work call in the middle and Theo worked with me through that. He was truly exceptional. He made me feel comfortable and welcome (and ready to spend some money of course). The finance guy was also great. Just all around a great experience, nothing negative to say at all. Be sure to check them out and ask for Theo!

I purchased my vehicle with Mercedes-Benz of Owings Mills. I worked with Theo V. on the transaction and he was amazing throughout the entire process. He was extremely knowledgeable, very patient, warm and welcoming, not to mention wonderfully communicative and transparent. Theo answered all of my questions and really made the experience enjoyable. The other team members that I had the opportunity to interact with via email and while visiting the showroom were just as welcoming and accommodating. All around great experience. Highly recommend!

It is always a pleasure coming to this Benz Service Center. Murphy was my advisor, and was an absolute gem to work with. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and ensured that I left with all of the answers. He was able to educate me on financing options, as well as the status of my vehicle and what I needed to be aware of even beyond this repair. I genuinely appreciated this customer service experience, as I've dealt with a variety of similar organizations but am often left feeling as though I've been taken advantage of. On the contrary, my experience at Mercedes-Benz Owings Mills was one in which I was taken care of not just as a customer, but as a part of the Mercedes-Benz family. Thanks again Murphy!

My overall experiences with the service advisor (Stephanie) and her boss (Tim) were both exceptional and a sheer delightful experience. Each person in my dilemma with the dealership has demonstrated stellar support. The critical aspect to this review has more specifically to do with Mercedes USA and the dealership (Mercedes of Owings Mills) and both of their unwillingness to honor an active warranty on the engine of a 2019 S560. After having documentation of (7) service appointments, (where the message assist indicator never alert the service department, the service tech or myself of needed oil changes. And the require mileage for those oil changes not listed in the manual but only on the website, my inter-connector rod blew the engine. Approximately, 25 days before the problem, I went to the dealership and reported that my check engine light was coming on.(11/26/21) and on 12/16/21 the failure to the engine occurred and I drove to the dealership and the car died right in the service lane. Everyone acted suspicious and no one would explain the problem. They cleaned up the oil (which by the way was crystal clear and pushed the car into the service repair area. This is my eighth purchase of a S- class, I am fully aware of the dynamics of the vehicle and have demonstrated pristine care of all of my cars. What is happening to me at this moment is a flagrant violation of my integrity and my care as a Mercedes customer. Perhaps there are others who feel the extreme violations of service integrity, if so, I would love to hear about. I am angry and discussed with Mercedes. And oddly enough once I was require to return my loaner from the service appointment, I (like a fool) went out and purchased ANOTHER Mercedes. Mercedes-Benz of Owings Mills has been a wonderful car shopping experience. My sister, who is a first-time time luxury car buyer felt at ease with Lucy Yun our customers service agent. Lucy is simply amazing to work with. Her no hassle approach and level of knowledge of the vehicle was refreshing.Lucy put my sister at ease with asking the right questions to elicit the type of vehicle that matched her style.Over all the car shopping experience was simply amazing.

Lucy was my sales rep and was phenomenal. She took the time to answer all questions that I had and she was very patient and was willing to assist with knocking down the price of the vehicle I was purchasing. I took a star off mainly due to the poor experience I had with Fran from the finance department. She was very off putting from the time she said hello to walk my brother and I into her corner office as she expressed. She sped through explaining the warranty packages and was very standoffish with my car agent who was on speaker phone trying to help me with options. I was so overwhelmed and disappointed with her interaction with us that I walked away without any warranty. I don t usually put down negative reviews but a car purchase is a very important purchase and should most definitely be handled with care. Somebody give Lucy a raise because she deserves all praises. The manager present was very nice and heard my complaints and apologized for my experience and expressed he would bring my complaints to the GM on Monday. Overall my experience with Mercedes was great, minus the negative experience with Fran.

This is my second time buying cars from Mercedes Benz of Owings Mills. My car sales consultant was Theo. He is very professional and passionate about the cars he sells. He knows every feature about the car. He even recommended a great license plate mount for the front plate. Theo is the representation of what a car salesman should be and I hope he stays around for a while, because I would never purchase a car from anyone else. I had some questions after purchase and I never felt like I was a bother. I would recommend that the manager show this man some love and recognize him for his dedication and love for his job. I definitely recommend coming here for you car buying needs and hope to be back in the future.

From the first time I spoke with Andy Ji I felt very heard, and well informed with prompt, honest, and sincere responses. I live just under 2 hours away in traffic from Andy s dealership, so it was Very important that I did not waste my time without fantastic results. Andy did not let me down, it was a pleasure to finally meet him in person. He is not your typical salesman- yes direct so that he is working on what s important to you- but not pushy or aggressive like many salespeople are. If you are in the market for a Mercedes Andy is your guy.

Overall wonderful experience! I unexpectedly had to replace my vehicle and so happy I went here to see Lucy. She was so helpful and receptive to the options I was looking for, while keeping my budget in mind. I found the perfect car for me and was truly a painless experience. Everyone was so friendly (this is not common at all dealerships!!) and the process was so seamless and stress-free. Would definitely purchase from here again and go see Lucy!

Easy as 1-2-3:We had a fantastic experience with the Mercedes Benz of Owings Mills two days. Buying a car was accomplished in 3 simple steps literally: 1) test drive; 2) agree to a proposed purchase price and 3) Buy and take home. There was little haggling and back and forth. Our sales rep. Mr. George Johnson was very professional and pleasant to to deal with. He was patient and answered all the questions. A first 20 min. meeting with him and a test drive the night before allowed the choices very clear. Next day morning, in one call with the manager lead to price agreement. Car was purchased next day morning. The business manager Mr. Kolo was very pleasant to deal with. The technical trainer Ms. Phaeng (sorry, if I misspelled), quickly trained us in all aspects of the vehicle. I would highly recommend this place for its straight forward business practices.

I have only had one experience with this dealership as I do not live in the area and I have to say it was all in all a very positive one. Reza is a first rate person to deal with and you might just spend all day talking with him. Great experience. As for Mr Kolo, he was very straight forward and honest. There was nothing that he did not cover. All in all, great experience.

Time Deinlein was my salesman. He was very helpful and informative. He pointed out and explained every last feature on the car before I made my purchase. He introduced to me all the people I was going to deal with in the buying process, which was brief and honest. I even recieved 2 extra key chains and nice pen upon my purchase. So far, im very pleased with this place. I bought a problem to them, that I have with another car dealer and right away, they offered a temporary remedy to my situation, until they could get it into service. Where as the dealer where I actually purchased the car, were the worse ever!!
