Chase approached me in the lot, but not like a vulture, as I normally feel in car lots. No pressure, affable, and relaxed. Somehow, he knew how to keep the conversation going from someone who hates being sold on a product. Good at digressing just enough to make it an easy chat. Come to find out, he was literally on day 9 of his employment. Young guy, with a bright future, and I wish him luck! I'm extremely happy with my Gladiator as well! Great hire, Len Stoler.

I had a wonderful experience working with Daniel today at Len Stoler. He was extremely helpful, very pleasant, polite , and so comical. I also had a great salesman which happened to be the manager. Phil was such a pleasure to work with, very warm and welcoming, such a gentleman, very knowledgeable, and answered every question that I had. The finance officer, Travis, was the cherry on top. He used his expertise and knowledge to find me a great rate. He was so pleasant, very knowledgeable, with such a great sense of humor. At no time did I feel pressured and they all took their time to explain everything thoroughly to make sure I understood everything. I would definitely buy a vehicle from Len Stoler again based on my experience with this team today.

Shane was excellent. You would never know he s only been working there a little over a month. Usually spend hours at a dealership. They were able to do the credit check before I even got there so we knew what we were approved for going in. Test drove and agreed to everything in under 1.5 hours. Came back the next day and signed all the paperwork in 30 minutes. Fastest and best experience ever not having to spend half a day or more waiting for paperwork

Tim is very receptive of what you re looking for and works hard to get you the deal you re trying to obtain, or close to it. He was never pushy or aggressive with his sales technique. After some previous disappointing interactions with other dealerships, Tim was a breath of fresh air. I love my new car and I appreciate his efforts to help me finally find the right one!

Just purchased my 2021 nissan maxima from this location. And to be honest...........hands down the best experience Ive had in a dealership. My sales person, Mr. Ken Ross, came in on his off day last minute to assist me. Even the gentleman that allowed me to test drive the vehicle was super helpful and accommodating. Even the Manager was kind and hospitable. You dont see that everyday. Big ups to these guys. They make Len Stoler look good

I visited Len Stoler Hyundai to get service on my Genesis and was extremely happy with the level of service provided. I was greeted upon arrival and was updated continuosly on where my car was in the process of completion. My vehicle was cleaned not only on the outside but inside too. I was so pleased with my experience, I am considering purchasing my next car from them.

I have never purchased a car without going to a dealership. This time, I had to, because the availability of the make, model that I wanted is not available in my city. Instead, I found an exact match to my make, model, trim, and color, 600 miles from home. My salesperson, Marina, has made this the very best experience I have ever had in purchasing a car. Marina was accessible, quick to respond, relentless in follow up, and creative in solving problems during the purchase process. In retrospect, I spent less time working with Maria and her team than I would have spent in a local dealership in my home city.

Let me be clear, my purchasing experience was second to none. I did not have any issues with my purchase, it went very well. Here s my current issue.. I traded my vehicle in 3 weeks ago and reached out to the dealership to find out what I needed to do to recoupe the unused portions of my extended warranties and unused portions of my gap insurance. Travis Nash has been top notch with trying to help get me connected to the proper channels to make this happen, yet here we are 3 weeks later and I have yet to here from anyone from the dealership about my request. This is not a professional way to treat customers.

I contacted the dealership regarding a vehicle my husband and I were interested in that we saw on line. Upon calling I got a gentleman by the name of Austin. He assured me that they did indeed have the vehicle. I let him know we were coming from PA and had a 2 hr drive and asked if he could hold it. Unfortunately, he was not able to do just that but he told me when I informed him I was leaving that he could hold it from that point if the vehicle was still there. Thankfully it was and I was in touch with him throughout the day and Austin always got back to me within a timely manner. He did tell me he was there until 7:00 but we could not get there any sooner than 6:30. We took it for a test drive and fell in love with it and it was exactly what we have been looking for. So we ran some numbers and luckily the deal was good. I just want to give a HUGE shout out to this dealership, Austin, Nancy, Dave, detailing department and the housekeeping people for patiently waiting and staying well beyond hours for us to get the deal done. The dealership closed at 8:00 and we never got out of there until 9:30. Again, THANK-YOU from the bottom of our hearts for getting the vehicle and financing done for us so we could bring it home the same night. I highly recommend this dealership and would consider buying another vehicle from them. Austin and Nancy were wonderful to deal with too!!!

Had my truck serviced yesterday and one word .WOW! what a difference from my last visit. Kelly went above and beyond to take care of me and was gracious, kind and made the service experience phenomenal. I am in the service business as well and would love to have employees that were that vested in making sure experience is a memorable one and you want to come back. If you re buying a new Lexus, be sure to ask for Sam! He was great for the purchase of our 2024 Lexus TX350. Super smooth experience, easy to talk to and didn t try to convince me to buy something or settle for anything I didn t truly want. I would certainly ask for Sam again in the future. Thanks!

I'm really sorry to have to write this review but I'm so disappointed right now that I've been given no other choice but to do so. First understand that I have been dealing with Len Stoler for the pass 13 ~ Years.Here are the vehicles that I have had serviced there.My first car was a leased Lexus 300H Hybrid vehicle back in 2011; then I leased a car from them in 2013 both of which was serviced there. Next I purchased a Genesis G70 in 2016 serviced by them; then a Genesis G70 in 2019. Next I had a 2021 Palisade Limited/AWD vehicle serviced there. And currently I have a 2023 Genesis GV80 that I've had serviced by them over the past year and a half.Needless to say I've witnessed the service diminish over the years from Excellent Service to now what I would consider Deplorable Service.Case in Point: I fist experienced an Engine Light on in my vehicle on 5/18/2023 with Code: DTC P030100. Took my vehicle to Len Stoler's Repair Shop, showed the Service Adviser the information on my Genesis Cell Phone App and I was told that they had no idea what it was in relation to. Then told that if my vehicle was driving normal as usual "Not to worry about it"So four days later the Engine Light went out and the Genesis App on my phone said that the vehicle was Normal/OK {Unbelievable this has occurred a Total of 5 Times now.} I returned to the dealership a few weeks ago and they finally had a mechanic hook up a computer to diagnose the issue with the Engine Light. They determined that the Engine Ignition Coil was faulty. Unbelievable they did not arrange an appointment for me at the time that I was there because they had to make sure that they could get a replacement.So I called back about a week later on April 1st and was able to make an appointment for today April 15th for 7:00amNeedless to say I was told that the repair would take most of the day, so I elected to drop my vehicle off the night before and left my KeyFob in there Dropbox. Which brings me to this point here at 7:15pm Monday night April 15th when I thought that I would have had my vehicle repaired and parked inside of my garage...NOT!!!Horrible Horrible Service to say the lease. I thought that my vehicle would have been done around 11am to 12noon so I called the dealership because I didn't hear from anyone. And it just got worst because I called 8 times between noon and 4:00pm trying to get a hold of a Service Manager for a status report on my vehicle, and once I did I was told that my vehicle had not been touched by a mechanic due to callouts by other mechanics who reported being sick. Sadly, Not only was I not informed as to what was going on with my vehicle until close to the service department closing at 5:00pm I would have appreicated the option of picking up my vehicle this morning and bringing it back on Tuesday or some other day this week. After all the dealership knew that they were short handed at or around 8:00am and should have contacted me. After all I have resposibilities and two kids who both work and one who attends school/college that depend on my wife and I to get them to and fro daily.Not to mention I was then "Gaslighted" when I was told that the mechanics don't start until 8am and chances are tomorrow they may not be able to get to my vehicle until 10 - 11am.Yet, you make my appointment for 7:am ~ WHY?Better Yet... {W*T*F}

This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced in their Service Dept. They have been "completing diagnostics" for seven weeks to submit paperwork to Hyundai. I have many events where the employees blatantly lied to cover lack work. It's almost impossible to get a return call for an update. Paid for over $900 in work that didn't solve the problem, but was told it's part of the process and required. Please be careful if you think about taking a vehicle here

I entered to ask for assistance in having my auto door inspected. Since I purchased my 2017 Elantra, the door has been jamming. My car was broken into, and the door needed to be open for me to get my glass fixed. I was speaking with the man behind the desk when I entered the service area when a gentleman on the floor intervened and took over the entire exchange. I then went on to tell him that my window needed to be replaced and that the door was blocked. I wouldn't be able to get an appointment for four weeks, he said! He further said that I would have I wouldn't be able to get an appointment for four weeks, he said! He also said that if the door is obviously broken, I will be responsible for paying! Then, he was unable to even provide me with a range of costs when I asked for an estimate of what I would be paying. He was rude and conceited, telling me I would have to wait four weeks for a quote. In the end, it took me five minutes to get home and pop the door open! It's already terrible enough that these automobiles were made terribly; now we have to deal with people who aren't even willing to try to assist us!

I was greeted at the as entering the showroom floor by one sales manager and directed to the visitor s lounge, asked who I was there to see to handle my purchase , was informed about the WiFi, offered a coffee, tea or water, pointed out the direction of bathroom if needed. Was introduced to Kerard Ross, and the rest is history. My overall experience was pleasant and I enjoyed my time at the dealership. After all the credit and business at hand was completed, I drove away in my new vehicle
