I wonder why my review was taken down. Terrible service. Took 3 1/2 weeks just to get it in for an appointment. Then it took 2 1/2 MONTHS to get it serviced which they still didn't know what was wrong with it. I had to come back in and just kindly ask for my keys to take it to another dealer to fix. They don't return calls at all. Try their service number, you'll get the same 'ghosting'. When the manager handed me back my keys he said, "If there is anything we can do for you, please give us a call." lol. I vowed never to set foot in a Len Stoler dealership ever again after 3 months of them floundering around with my car (without a loaner, too). I can see why they took my original review and photo of their dated paperwork down.

No one in the service department ever answers the phone or calls you back. And forget using the compliment concierge service for your Genesis - the app no longer lets you schedule a car pickup and it s impossible to get someone on the phone to discuss.

I got a painful experience with this dealer. I traded in my Mercedes for the GV80 at this dealer. My two GV80 transactions went through smoothly. The dealer agreed to install the stepping boards and mud guards within two weeks. After two weeks, the technical manager blamed on its service backlog and moved the installing appointment to another week. On the second appointment day, I took a day off to drive my car to the dealer for the installation. I left the car there from 8:00AM. At 4:00PM, I was told my car was ready for pickup. What I found was that they only installed the mud guards and left the step boards in my trunk. They said I needed another appointment to have the boards installed. I could not believe a Genesis dealer not able to install its stepping boards. They told me to setup another appointment which I will have to wait another 3 weeks. Apparently, the sale team could not keep their agreement. The service team was not professional which prolonged the installation. They both wasted too much customers' time.In my opinion, Genesis claims to be a luxury brand but its service is far behind when compared to other luxury brands. Its service is not even close to non-luxury brands such as: Toyota, Honda... in terms of management and organization. Particularly, Owings Mills dealer is the worst I have dealt with. Its team is non-professional, non- cooperated and overworked. It made me feel regretful to buy its cars and have them served here.

I normally purchase a car every 7 years and I was ready to purchase a new Mercedes. Out of curiosity, I went to see the Genesis because I like the lines on the car and and its sleekness. I was so impressed with the car, I purchased a G80. It rides wonderfully and it is gorgeous!Genesis was reasonably priced with all of the features offered. I am looking forward to my love affair with my new Genesis!

Had a great experience. Alex was very knowledgeable and accommodating. The GV80 is a must drive vehicle with everything that one could want. Check them out and see the new luxury brand. Very much worth your time.
