What a world class experience buying from Audi Owings Mills. From the moment I walked in the door, this dealership was welcoming. Andy was the sales guy that I met. He was solid and knowledgeable. He quickly gave me a ballpark price. Andy was a busy guy - I think he sold 3 cars the day we were there. So, with Andy having multiple customers needing his attention I was passed to Josh - who is the General Manager. Josh was also great to deal with. And fast. Josh knew what we wanted and presented several options. He sent one of the team members down to Rockville to bring the car we actually wanted - but without any commitment we would buy it. He just went way above and beyond.What I liked most about the experience - they were all such great humans. Honest, transparent, and folks you can actually trust. We went to other dealerships and all of them didn t come close to ticking all the boxes that Owings Mills did.Thanks Josh and Andy - you guys make car buying easy and stress free!

Wonderful experience!!!We were actually shopping from my wife new SUV, she ended up up not liking Audi suv options but we interacted with Mickey the sales person. On way out I asked Mickey for an affordable commuter vehicle. Mickey quickly presented 3 options with transparent pricing and carfax. He stay in communication via text and phone. For the next 3 days. After comparing with other dealerships offers I decided to go with the Audi team because of wonderful service.I purchased my used Audi A4 and love it, ZERO issues. The actual transaction to get vehicle was the quickest and painless experience I ever had. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes.Manager Jim followed up making sure I was happy and all set.This team is simply amazing, if you looking for an Audi or used vehicle do yourself a favor and check this place out first in person.Will use again for next vehicle, hopefully they expand to having pickup trucks .

Mr. Dubois Kelly is the best! He answered all my questions, addressed my concerns, and helped me to get my dream car with ease. He s the best because he takes time to fully explain the car(s) and all amenities and features of the car. Go to this guy for all your Audi needs! You won t be disappointed. Thank you Mr. Kelly! We purchased a car here and had an extremely pleasant buying experience with Mickey. He was so kind, accommodating, informative, and professional. As of getting back to me promptly and friendly communication brought me a lot of positive emotions buying ( financing) my 1st Audi!Staff is very friendly and welcoming, good listeners providing options and suggestions, even negotiating on my behalf for lower rate. The car that I have end up not to trade-in got complimentary car wash. I am very excited to pick it up today and set it up for my driving habits with very knowledgeable sales person.

Service was top-notch. Would give 6 stars if possible. Two firsts: 1- I didn't feel that my being a woman in a male-dominated environment was a hindrance. Big plus! 2- I didn't feel pressured, instead I felt informed while buying.My salesperson was Mickey, who put many things in layman's terms for me and if he didn't have the specific answer or had even a hint of doubt, he would grab the person who would. We had two days together and my purchase was not hurried. Albeit he was catering to multiple buyers simultaneously my second day there, I felt like his only client. :)Every single person I came into contact with was an active listener, amicable and chill. This location ensures that you feel like the valued customer you are and not just another number. I'm on my way to being a loyal customer to this specific Audi location.

We went into the dealership late on a Friday afternoon with the expectation of just looking. We ended up leaving with a new car, within our price range and feeling like we got a deal from some very helpful gentleman. We worked with Ahmed who was patient in explaining the pros and cons of each element of each car. When the first few options weren't working, he made the effort to reach out to the manager who then went above and beyond trying to find a car that would meet all our expectations as well price range. Even though they were scheduled to close at 7pm, we were there until 9pm signing papers and every person we encountered was patient, kind and eager to help despite being there past closing. We felt welcomed and respected and we are very happy and thankful for the car and experience we left with. We can't recommend them highly enough.

I am a single female car shopping. You can only imagine how intimidating this car buying process was for me. I went to many dealerships that were very predatory and the customer service was horrible. I first reaching out to Audi Owning Mills via email about a specific car, I was able to gather the details and get some questions I was interested in. I finally stopped it to test drive the car. I was serviced by Dubois Kelly, who took me on a great test drive and provided the utmost customer service. I wasn't able to close the sale that same day due to work but I was able to drive home with the car two days later. I would recommend this dealership 10x over, but Dubois customer service made it that much more worth while. highly recommend.

They made the process of purchasing a vehicle so easy for me! They were patient, answered all my questions and provided me with the car of my choice for an overnight test drive to really make sure it s what I wanted. The customer service is why I stick with Audi and Owings mills is the best location this far. Thank you to DuBois and Josh for just excellent service and kindness!Also want to add I bought an electric car and was pending our electrician to setup the charging station in our home. Audi had the car charged and dropped off at my home once the battery was getting low. This was after the sale. Just top notch service! thanks again

Recently purchased a GMC Yukon from this dealership. We initially visited the dealership to sell our car. We had a quote online that beat out any other dealer in the area with no hassle to purchase or trade with them. After being impressed with the exceptional service we ended up finding a car on their lot we really liked, the Yukon. Honestly one of the best car buying experiences we ve ever had. After taking ownership of the Yukon we had some troubles with the transmission. General manager Joshua Jones was on top of it. With excellent communication and professionalism, our issue was quickly resolved. This dealership operates with honesty and stands behind the vehicles they sell. Thanks again for everything! Cheers.

Pleasant experience with the new management. Had been a loyal customer with Sonic group. Had the tire and wheel coverage for run flats and the service rep had got it covered. Sunbit payment plans also come with interest free options.

y experience purchasing a car from Audi Owings Mills was excellent. I worked with DuBois Kelly through the entire purchase. He was fast to answer all my questions and was just an amazing sales person. This is my fourth Audi purchase and I m a retired Air Force Veteran who s bought Audi s in Germany and in the Continental United States on both coasts. This was the fastest and easiest car purchase I have ever experienced. Mr. Kelly very knowledgeable about the car I was buying. I already came in with my "car salesman" filter, but I didn't feel like Mr. Kelly was trying to "sell" me on anything which made me very comfortable. He was upfront and honest, which I knew because I had already done my own research on the car and price. DuBois Kelly made me feel like this is a dealership I would want to come back to again and again. I really felt valued as a customer and that matters to me. When I say this was a smooth process I literally didn t even have to sit down. Hands down this is the best dealership I ever step into and the whole staff was amazing. I don t know how they do it but they all make you feel like your apart of the Audi family. Gentlemen who inspected my trade in vehicle was extremely professional and knowledgeable and ensured I got a fair price on my trade-in. No back and forth just respect for my hard earn dollars and genuinely wanted my business. Finance person was quick and efficient with helping me with my tags and getting the necessary documents in order. Supply technician was awesome helping me order new racks for my carrier. He called me often and kept me in the loop with the arrival of my racks throughout the process just super professional and attentive and truly thrilled my new vehicle purchase. Tom Dinatale in customer service volunteered and help me install the racks once they came in. I was just blown away with how excited he was for me to get this vehicle he stated let s get these rack s on now it s going to look amazing once they get installed. I was impressed with the team at Audi Owings Mills spot on being friendly, trusting and professional. They make car buying easy and satisfying. Customer waiting area is always stocked and highly encourage to grab you something while they take care of your needs. I got a great car a 2024 Prestige Audi Q7 at a fair price. It was the easiest auto purchase I've ever made at a dealership. I will absolutely buy from them again and I recommend them to everyone. I was very impressed with Top notch service they provided. I would definitely recommend Audi Owings Mills to all friends/family and anyone who will listen!!!

Although there were some issues with final pricing around extra costs and quoted "out the door" numbers, once the deal was finalized, Kunal was quite frankly excellent to work with. He was responsive to my calls, since I was an out of town (on-line) customer requiring shipment on my new vehicle to a destination 300+ miles away. I would certainly entertain working with him in the future.

Had a great experience here last week! We came here after buying a truck that ended up having an electrical issue and returning it. We found the same model at Audi Owings Mill that night and came to test out the car the next day.Ahmed was very helpful and knowledgeable about the used vehicle we purchased. We test drove and walked off with our new truck a few hours later. The process was seamless as we walked in already with financing and knew what we want. We even met the GM Josh, who was very friendly and helpful as well. The process took a few hours but all in all, worth it after having a not so great experience at a different dealership! If you're in the market for an Audi or any top notch used car, don't hesitate!

Service advisor Tom Dinatale was extremely professional and personable. I also appreciated how he showed me what parts on my vehicle would be worked on and explained in detail the issues of not having them repaired. Also the the Service tech who worked on my vehicle was extremely professional with the handling of repairs on my vehicle. Will definitely continue to obtain service from here.

My car buying experience with my sales person Mr Stanley Williams was a good experience it was thorough, smooth, seamless and expedient. The test drive of my 2021 Jeep to signing the papers was very informative & all questions I needed was answered . The other staff helping him was also great .

Do not have service done here. Took my Q5 in for the routine 50k service and inspection yesterday the techs noted the car was in great shape with no issues. Less than 24 hours later the coolant hose pops off and the engine overheats leaving me stranded in the highway. When I called the service manager asking how this wasn t noticed when the 50k check includes inspection of all the hoses and fittings his response was do you know how many there are implying it s impossible to accurately check them all. I know nothing about cars and was instantly able to tell the clamp was not on correctly so not sure how certified technicians can miss this. So now I m out of pocket the tow charge and cost of another fluid flush and top off to make up for their oversight.

Stanley, Jim, and the rest of the Audi team made my first car leasing experience easy and painless. They went out of their way to ensure I was able to drive off the lot that day even though I did not have my trade in on-site. They didn't employ any high-pressure sales tactics and at no point did I feel like I was being "handled."

My salesman was Mickey Solomon. He is a true professional. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase this vehicle. He had a very thorough knowledge of the product and he was truly impressive. I appreciated his patience as I was late for a few appointments. I will definitely be referring all of my friends and family members to Audi of Owings Mills. It was a great experience for me.
