If i could give this place a zero i would the cashier David is HORRIBLE and i would fire him immediately!!!!

agree with review about how they used to be a caring, well run company. the response made me want to give this review because we have called that number many times and NO ONE answers or returns your call, ever. I live blocks from this location and make the extra drive to go elsewhere due to similar issues. staff always seems mad or depressed and never welcoming. this location could be so much more, yet have a feeling company doesn't coach or motivates in a positive way. many have stopped coming here for many reasons and its so simple to turn around.

High's used to be a well run company. Now they take shortcuts and put zero effort to give customers a good experience. This location constantly complaining about keeping bathroom open for travelers. Sells stale candy and parking lot needs to be cleaned. Go to FLYING J. Great staff and bathrooms.

If I could give this place a 0, I would. My husband and I stopped to buy gas, purchase snacks, and use the bathrooms after traveling a long distance. Thank goodness we saw the totally unwelcoming sign on the door before we spent one penny in this establishment which alerted us to the fact that the restrooms are NOT AVAILABLE TO THE PUBLIC. Really??? This county allows a service station to be open without public restroom facilities???We took our money down the road to the very busy Flying J where so many services were offered to the customers, and we felt welcome.Hope the local zoning board checks into this practice soon!

Wanted to chime in after reading the reviews. We called High's many times and never received a return call. Called 4 times and left 4 messages. We decided when this happened that we would no longer give them our business. We support so many local companies in our area and feel it is very important to do so, yet if the team at High's doesn't care, why should we? I noticed the responses from High's about calling and if you made some changes, then share this please! If you decided to turn things around, then communicate this. How hard is it to provide a good work environment so your staff will share with your customers?Sounds to me the owners need some basic management 101 -

Pulled off the interstate after a few hours of driving, getting ready to fuel and snack up, probably 100 bucks easy and get told there is no public rest room! Employees only. I have a wife and 2 young daughters! Will never use this gasstation!!

Usually have a great price on gas and good selection of snacks. can be hard to get in and out of depending on what direction you are headed. If you are turning in from the college and then headed to the right after you stop in, you're fine. If you are coming from rising sun then headed toward north east, you're going to be sitting for a bit.

After spending $$ on a full tank of gas, they wouldn't let me use their bathroom. They suggested that I go to the Flying J down the street... Wish I had gone there before I spent the money on gas.

Refused to allow my 80 year mother that has a bowel condition to use the employee restroom, also showed the employees there is a allys law in place when someone has health issues . They should be ashamed of there self Bad consumer service!

Purchased $45 of fuel here before my 200 mile trip back home to New York and the girl working today at 1:20 pm wouldn t let us use the bathroom.

No. Public. Bathroom. How? Ive been to terrifying gas stations in Alabama that were literally a toilet w no seat but it was still SOMETHING. Get it together High's.

Horrible experience. They do not use washroom if you deviate from high way to fill the gas.

They have a well stocked convenience store. There is almost no wait, makes for quick visits. Gas prices usually very low
