Dynamic in New Market has really wonderful people working there from customer service to the techs and mechanics. They always are super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I don't take my vehicles anywhere else because the job is always done well and efficiently. Highly recommend!

Excellent experience! I needed service for a newly purchased old car. The entire team worked with me to troubleshoot and fix the issues. Even when there was another glitch, the team provided transportation so they could be sure my car was in good shape to give back. They stayed in constant communication with me while waiting on parts. This was my first experience and I will definitely be going back. From the first phone call to even speaking with the mechanic and all the good people in between, I appreciate y all!!

We are new to the area and this is our first experience with Dynamic Automotive. We read several great reviews that helped us choose Dynamic. I am glad we did! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. All of our cars were handled with care. We will continue to bring our vehicles here for service!

Dynamic Automotive helped us out in a pinch. Coming from Leesburg in a rental car, drove over a bad pothole leaving the ride really shaky. We used to live in the area years ago and Dynamic was our neighborhood go to mechanic and shop for everything, oil to repairs. Went to this location and they helped immediately. Super helpful and nice! Checked and filled air in the tires, drove it to check, then pulled it on the lift to check under. Circumstances could be better, but thank you so much Dynamic Automotive for helping in the spur of the moment. Incredibly grateful! Good businesses still exist and this is one of them!

Took my 2012 Prius in for brakes and engine service. Excellent communication, fair price, and a loaner car to boot. I have been using dynamic automotive for several years now on all my vehicles and have always received outstanding service. I highly recommend them.

I had a great experience this morning- they took my vehicle right away at the scheduled time and the price was as told on the phone. The wait was about an hour for my tire rotation and the waiting room was comfortable and well equipped with WiFi too. I ll definitely be coming back for future service. I appreciate having a friendly local business to support!

I ve gone to Dynamic for about 3 years now, with 2 different vehicles. They are consistently professional, efficient, and trustworthy. I never feel like they re selling me services I don t need or pressuring me to get unnecessary work done. I can also say their waiting area is quite nice - which is just an added benefit. The dynamic team is warm and welcoming, and I ve never been disappointed going to them!

Excellent customer service! We were on our way to PA when we got a flat. We stopped by here & they were so generous with their hospitality! They had our tire back on our car & back on the road within 1/2hr! I highly recommend this place! Great price too! Even gave our dog a treat which he was thankful for! Thank you Dynamic Automotive!

I needed a new set of rear tires for Mercedes AMG GT which retail for $600 ea. The folks at shop were very forthcoming and suggested that I purchase my tires elsewhere as their pricing for this particular tire was not very competitive and have them shipped to their shop. The shop did a great job of providing timely status and did a great job installing the tires. Which for anyone who has had to deal with 20" 305/30Z tires can understand what a bear they are to install.

Gave Dynamic Automotive (DA), New Market, a challenge. Needed the ABS module for my 2008 Town & Country replaced. New part is no longer available. I couldn't' find a shop willing to take on the repair. I finally found a used ABS module locally (Glen Burnie) & had it installed. Turned out part was not correct. About to give up and figured I should start looking for a new vehicle when I saw DA's website and decided to give them a try. Garrett, after evaluating the van, confirmed the part was incorrect and started a search for the right one. After much searching over several weeks and multiple ABS modules that didn't work, he located one that did work, and it resolved the problem. Garrett was very friendly and daily kept me advised of the status of the repairs. I really appreciate the above and beyond effort made by Garrett and Dynamic Automotive and plan to use them again (hopefully just for routine maintenance).

We only take our cars to Dynamic now and have for over a year. They are professional, thorough and accommodating. They gave me a loaner car for a day until my car was ready. We love the after hours drop off option as well.

Away provides honest and reliable service. If something does go wrong (extremely rare), they have a warranty on their repairs. We have been going to them since we moved to New Market 10 years ago. Very satisfied and highly recommend.

Took my car for a wheel replacement and customer service was great, very attentive and they made good recommendations. Will continue to use this shop for all my future services due to a good first impression, best part is that they are only a few minutes from my house. Reasonable prices, which means I dont have to drive to Rockville to find similar shops.Service: Tires

Dynamic auto today saved the day. My son and I were on our way to his drivers license test when my check engine light came on. You cannot take the test with a check engine light on. We stopped at dynamic and they were able to turn off the check engine light and diagnose my issue. Thank you! Ps he passed his test!

Professional communications and detailed followup are always welcomed as a consumer and Garrett at Dynamic Auto is a great point of contact 1st class!Service expectations were meet as advertised best in the Frederick area!However, as with everything, you get what you pay for, so know that going into the transaction this too is true with complete auto care and maintenance , so be willing to accept the reasonable costs associated with your auto and guided by this expert team.Note a Veteran s discount was also provided, all my auto repairs are in the hands of this professional group, they have my highest recommendation.

I took my vehicle in for service for an oil change and to get an estimate on new brakes. I received a nicely detailed estimate for brakes and additional recommendations. I spoke with the service technician who was very nice and after asking if it would be possible to make another appointment to come back for the additional service needed, he offered me a loaner car that happened to be available. I didn't even know they had loaner cars! It was very nice of them to provide the loaner car for the day so that I was not left without a vehicle. They completed all the services on time, it was affordable, and the car is driving great!Services: Tires, Tire rotations, Brakes, Brake service & repair, Auto maintenance, Oil change

As always, the people at Dynamic Auto are exceptionally competent and honest. Though we live in Washington, DC, it is worth the one hour drive to service our cars. We would not go anywhere else!

Did a great job with an evac and refill and replacing the ac compressor. The turn around time was very quick. They worked with us when we had specific requests due to our schedule and were able to order parts to be prepared for the job. AC is working great and we are happy to come back. They also do a multi point inspection of your whole car with photos, which is helpful if you are a person who likes to double check issues prior to repairs and price check because you know your car is not as valuable as you would like and putting a ton of money into a cheap car is not feasible.Update as of 3/2024- Needed repairs for a condenser/trans cooler combo. They refused to work with me to evac my AC system so I could do repairs myself. I had to find a new shop willing to work with me and was able to repair and have them evac and refill. By the way the dealer did this for me. The labor for this job was too high in my opinion and they tried to "educate" me on why I shouldn't have the system evacuated there and repaired. Such a waste of time bringing my car there. Doubt I'll be back.

Thought I had a small tire puncture but turned out to be a faulty tire pressure sensor. I didn't have an appointment but they worked me into the schedule.Problem was fixed while I waited. Much appreciated.
