Richard's work is of the highest quality and integrity as he responded to me within minutes and showed up on location and on-time. He was very professional in explaining the details on how he would perform the repair and did an excellent job as I was having issues with my brake system. He was able to diagnose the problem right on the spot and with a replacement of my rotors my brake performance is now superb. I feel very blessed to have connected with him and he even gave me a discount and a warranty! Anybody in need of brake service should give Richard The Brake Doctor a call right away! 5 stars!

All I can say is wow! I randomly called around to get some brake work done, and the Brake Doctor (Rick) came to my home immediately!! The service was professional and he quoted me fair prices immediately. I've been riding on my new pads and adjusted calipers for about a week, and they are quiet as a mouse. If you want fast, reliable, fair pricing brake work done I strongly suggest you utilize his services. Fantastic job, and thanks again!!!

The Brake Doctor (Rick) is 100% legit, honest and does amazing work. I had a brake emergency and still needed to get to work with a very long commute. He actually met me at 6am in the morning, finished the work while I was at work, and did outstanding work. When I could not get anyone else to work with my schedule, the Brake Doctor was there. I will never sit at a shop or in a dealership ever again for brake work. I will always call the Brake Doctor, LLC! Highly recommended!

Rick was awesome. I had an unnamed dealership say I needed to replace all my brakes and rotors and they wanted to charge me a ridiculous price to do this. I reached out to Rick and he said he would replace everything for me and he was available next day. Upon investigating my brakes and rotors, he showed me that all my rotors were still in great condition and he only needed to replace the pads. Rick replaced the pads on all 4 wheels in no time at all. His prices can't be beat and he follows up with you after a few days to ensure everything is to your satisfaction. I highly recommend the Brake Doctor for your future brake jobs!

The GOAT everything about the Brake Doctor is 5 stars. Came to my work place and finished doing my front rotors and brake pads in under an hour! Really good price as well. I recommend the Brake Doctor for anyone who needs work done of their vehicle most definitely

Can't say enough good things about Rick and his buddy. The dealership wanted me to replace both front and back brake pads & rotters for $1400!!! Rick found that the right back side of my rotter is actually still in good shape. He only replaced the ones actually need to be replaced. Wonderful service for less than half of what the dealership demanded. Oh, did I mention that they actually come to you? Such a life saver. They also offer military discount too. Will recommend them to anyone who needs brake service.

This is the company to use if you want a great job done at a great price. I can't say enough about how professional, courteous and accomodating they are. I have been in a customer service job most of my life and I can tell you know they obviously know how important good customer service and relations are.As an added bonus, they come to you and take care of things. I know a good bit about cars and can replace brakes myself (just getting too old to want to deal with it) and they were very knowledgeable and, most of all, honest, which counts for a lot these days.I will tell you that if you are reading this and trying to decide on who to use for brakes, stop here and use Brake Doctor. You'll see what I mean once you call them.

I found these guys through an online search, after several shops in the area either couldn't fit us in for repair (one actually said "I'm too busy to talk right now, please call back" then promptly hung the phone up) and others were just way too overpriced to make this an affordable repair.Until I found The Brake Doctor.After that, my search ended.I cannot say enough about these gentlemen.They show up promptly.They do fantastic work.Did I mention THEY COME TO YOU????Did I also forget to mention they're AFFORDABLE?I even had a small issue with a lug that was crossthreaded by the installer who replaced the tires, which Vijay tried valiantly to replace but circumstances were out of his control.They also do other vehicle repairs as well.I highly recommend these guys for all the repairs your vehicle may ever need.

I'm so impressed with Richard and the work that he did for me. Convenient service and a price that was a lot less than the other quotes I received. It's not often that I tell someone that they ought to be charging more for their service, but that's how I felt after working with Brake Doctor. Hire these guys.

Said two week ago he would come by and do my brakes the next day and never showed on the appointed time, called twice and left messages and after two weeks still no answer or call back. Seems crooked to me. At the very least unprofessional. Will never get work done with him.
