I brought in my Porsche for an oil change last week Thursday, March the 17th and I must say- I REALLY enjoyed the service & professionalism Ed extended to me. It was my first oil change on my car and I think Ed could tell I was nervous. Previous to going to Ed I had called him a few times asking a million questions & trying to workout a date to drop my car off, but I found him very clear in his explanation of everything he was gonna do as well as the safety of my car since I was leaving it overnight. I WILL be a returning customer & will recommend him to my friends. Thanks Ed for everything sir.

Great shop. I took my car in to get aftermarket springs installed. A lot of shops hesitated to even provide a quote (means he s confident his shop can get it done) before seeing the car but Ed provided one and stuck by his word. His pricing was competitive which ultimately got me to choose to his shop. I m sure I ll be back.

Ed and his crew are great! Above and beyond, truly caring about the bottom line for the customer regarding time-frame of work and the cost. They completely pulled my Audi 3.2 motor redid all the timing, along with the walnut blasting for the intake, plus so much more. Ed and his guys will take the time to sit down with you and explain all options and try to save you money where they can. I will take this car and every other car I own to this place. Highly recommended!!! Photos of the engine out, and the before and after of the carbon clean up using walnut blasting.

They installed an aftermarket sport clutch and flywheel (South Bend Stage III) on my Mk 7.5 VW Golf R about 6 months / 3k miles ago. They did a great job and the car has been driving great ever since! I talked to Ed and he was very nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. I'd highly recommend them.

Ed is definitely a car guy. He gave me some advice after asking me what plans I have for my car. Not on sales but on how to make sure I don't mess things up. It was my first visit but I'm definitely going back. It's a good idea to find a ship I trust, this might just be the one.

Ed and his crew work hard to get the best job done for the best price. My VW needed a big maintenance and Ed got it done at a very fair price for the work they performed on the vehicle.

I had the opportunity to get my Porsche 911 GTS worked on by Ed and his team. Let me just say that they took real good care of my vehicle and got the work done flawlessly. They installed suspension, replaced brake components, and performed an alignment. Overall I'm very satisfied with the work. Note, I could have picked up the car sooner but Ed wanted to verify a few items before releasing the car for my safety and he followed through with verification and changes. Very thorough on their work, great job Ed and team. Most importantly, their pricing here for work is very fair.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Brake service & repair

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!The last time I went here I had an oil change done. Picked up my car and drove down the road about a half mile on 295 and my car started misfiring really badly. Almost got in an accident on 295 trying to get over on the side of the road because my car was shaking so badly. Called the shop back because I was stranded and they sent out the tech who did my oil change. The brilliant tech showed up on the side of the road and stated that he forgot to connect my intercooler after cleaning it and that's why my car wasn't running right.

I brought my car in to address an ongoing oil/engine related issue. The owner allowed me to bring it in prior to my appointment date. He called and explained the issue, how it would be addressed and the cost. Excellent service. The problems and the error codes were gone and my car is now riding perfectly.I am so happy, after having it not fixed by another company who had my car for weeks. Thanks Ed and staff and the Audi owner who recommended them. I now have a home for Audi repairs and service.October 2021Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Ed was absolutely amazing. I had my Audi brought to them after hearing so many good things about them. I was definitely not disappointed. I had been quoted a lot higher at other places and Ed and his team did it for half the price. I will definitely be bringing my car back to them for all my needs. I highly recommend Induktion Motorsports!Services: Transmission, Electrical, Brakes, Brake service & repair, Oil change

Fantastic service! I am very happy with the service and quality of this shop. Great communication in telling you up front what to expect and then consulting about any additional issues they may have found. Friendly, professional, and great work; what more could you ask for? I will definitely be back.

I took my 2002 BMW e39 out to Induktion to have some BC Racing coilovers installed. I had e-mailed Ed (the owner) beforehand to talk about what to expect and he was very responsive and gave me a quote for the work to be done. I knew coming in that the job was very labor intensive but they were able to get the coilovers installed and an alignment done in less than a day.The shop is in a good spot and Ed is a really personable guy. Every customer that came in while I was there was on a first name basis with him and I can tell he's passionate about the shop. I highly recommend them for quality service and excellent pricing.

I needed new front brakes and Ed and team helped me work through the process of selecting the right pad for my driving style. The price was right and the service was perfect. Ed supports the Audi Car Club and I support him. Take your car to Induction, do it sooner than later.

I e had my turbo smoke tested and leaks fixed and my clutch is getting changed now and these guys don t play around. They get back to my voice mails. They get back to my emails, on Sunday at that!, and all around a good crew that makes you feel reassured you are in good hands when you walk in. First abarth and possibly first fiat ever to enter their garage and I m not gonna take that car anywhere else as long as I have it. They know their stuff. They are timely. And they work with you. And the work is right when they are done and they are always confident when they give you your car back which feels great. Ed is the f ing man.

Induktion did a great job on my fairly extensive build. Ed and Frank are great. They kept me in the loop on the status of my car through e-mail, phone calls, and text messages. They took the time to address all of my concerns and answer any questions I had along the way. I drive an hour out of my way specifically for them to be the ones to work on my cars. I'd recommend them for anything from building a project to bolt-on installation to maintenance/repair work.

This is where we bring our Audi for servicing. The staff is great. They explain what is wrong, why it's wrong, and what it takes to fix it. The price has always felt fair and way better than taking it to the dealer. This is the place we trust for all of our Audi car maintenance and repairs. My wife and I both highly recommend.

Ed and his crew are very good at what they do. I had my MK V Jetta serviced at Induktion last week and they hit the estimate on the number. I had them replace the trans fluid and filter and reset the airbag light as I had done the connector repair myself. Both of these were done right and now I'm a happy customer. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was that they were overbooked on the initial day that I had scheduled the work so I had to come back two days later. It's a great sign when a shop is THAT busy though. I'll be back here the next time I don't have that special VW tool or when the job's too big for me to DIY.

I took my MK5 GTI to them because I had a metal on metal clanking noise coming from the front end that I couldn't diagnose and suspected that it could possibly be a worn out rear motor mount. I received a call from Ed and he told me that a few loose pieces of hardware were found. The front drivers side sway bar end link bolt to the sway bar, the bolt that holds the bracket on the intake tube in place by the battery, and the heat shield hardware was also loose. He said the sway bar hardware was more than likely the culprit of the noise I was hearing/feeling. I gave them the go ahead to fix it all and they did for the most part. However I definitely had a few issues during my visit with them. Firstly Ed wasn't very pleasant to deal with. I got the feeling from him that he didn't really want to speak with me more than he needed to. Secondly when I picked up my car my DSG clutch felt like it was now slipping. I'm fairly positive the tech that worked on my car abused my car during a test drive. Thirdly once I got halfway home the noise returned. I called them twice at 5:30, 30 minutes before they close right after I got home to make them aware that the noise had returned and to mention that my clutch was now slipping and no one answered. I left a voicemail asking to please call me back tomorrow (today). Haven't heard back from them.EDIT- So I took my car for a spin to check the clutch, thankfully it seems ok. It must've just been extremely hot from the tech driving it like an idiot. There's no doubt this happened considering how much fuel I was missing when I picked the car up and how much louder my brand new catted turbo back exhaust was when I started the car. When I say brand new I literally mean brand new. Anyone who's had an aftermarket exhaust knows that it doesn't sound they way it's going to perminently until once you put atleast 75-100 miles on it or get it extremely hot initially after it's installed. Also I took the front wheel off to check that sway bar end link to sway bar bolt. It's still tight, however the front sway bar bushings are trashed. How the technician did not notice this is beyond me. So I'll be replacing them myself and I will not be returning to Induktion Motorsports under any circumstances.

Great experience dealing with the guys at Induktion Motorsports and will certainly be returning. Ed was extremely responsive to any emails and calls with questions and concerns I had. Pricing was also fair and seemed very knowledgeable about Audi.

Great work by induktion motorsports. They installed my Coilovers and sway bars on my vehicle. Ed (owner) and Frank were helpful and the pricing was very very fair. I was unsure of the settings that i wanted on my coilovers but I explained the "look" I want for my vehicle and they gave me an in depth explanation of how coilovers work and achieved what I asked for.I plan on ordering control arms in the future and will definitely have induktion motorsport install them. I live in Arlington, VA and while the shop is about a hour away, I feel most comfortable with them and is definitely worth the travel.

I had maintenance done at Induktion based on a word of mouth recommendation, and am really looking forward to working with them on regular upkeep and tuning. Bonus peacock inspection!

I was at Induktion Motorsports today because the Audi dealer who performed my last routine service told me that the brakes are pretty much at the verge of failing and they need immediate replacement. The dealer specifically noted (see the photo) the brake pads in the front were at 3mm & the rear was at 4mm. The cost for brake replacement was a staggering amount. None of this added up since I had less than 25K miles at the time of service. So, I declined the proposal and decided to get a second opinion.I am also an Audi Club of North America (ACNA) member. Through our club interactions, I had already heard about Induktion Motorsports. I decided to get a second opinion & decided to give Induktion Motorsports a call. I spoke with Ed & got an appointment. Upon inspecting my car Aaron (Ed's team member) noted that the front brake pads were at 5mm & the rear was around 8mm.I truly value honesty & this was refreshing to hear. Since I had already purchased the parts for the front axle, I had Induktion install it for me. Aaron also educated me on how the rear brake sensor works as opposed to the front ones.I would strongly urge anyone in the Washington DC Metropolitan area to give Induktion a try. I enjoyed my interaction and experience with the team. The price for brake job was very reasonable compared to the cost quoted by the Audi dealer. Also, they offer discounts for ACNA members. Please be sure to ask.I will be a customer for life. Ed, thank you for running an honest business. Wishing you all the best!

Ed and his team have become my go-to shop in the Baltimore area. They take great care of my stock(ish) 2010 A4 and treat it as if it were their own. Honest diagnostics, reasonable rates, and the willingness to explain issues to the average driver as well as the enthusiast. Bonus points for the ties to Syracuse, NY.

$232.50 to install my charge pipes. That take maybe an hour to do...was charged for 2.5 hours of labor.... Was never told a price until I showed up to pick the car up. I heard a terrible rattling noise a week later, I don t drive the car everyday. one of the clamps on the charge pipes had come lose, maybe that s normal?. I looked at the alignment print out... I knew it was going to pull to the right. The toe and steer head adjustments pointed that way. I asked Ed, he gave me the typical answer.. my guy ain t say anything when he drove it! and of course it pulls to the right. I didn t even feel like dealing with them. I had BMW re-align the car. The only thing they adjusted was the toe... check out the BMW forms tons of negativity about this shop. I should of went somewhere else. One of my rims looked like it was dropped on its face... I can t prove that tho. Maybe it wasn t them?
