I wasn't very satisfied with the overall experience. I dropped my car off on a Monday and I was told I would receive a call on Wednesday to get the estimate. They never called me until Friday to tell me the work was already done.I came in the next Monday to pick up my car and it turns out they were still doing work on it... so I had to wait for another 45 minutes in the shop. And then they charged me $1,000 to replace one door handle and touch up a bit of paint. This is definitely one of the most expensive auto shops that I've been to.

Professional,clean. Attention to detail . Cleaned up another shops shotty insurance repair to like new condition. Would definitely recommend and I'm very picky when it comes to paint and body repair after working in the industry. Rest assured you are in good hands

If I could give this place a 10000/100 I would. I recently had a accident and my car was messed up and I was able to schedule a drop off time within a week or two from my accident which was amazing since every other place me and my adjuster called they were booked a month or two out. The Front associate Candice I believe or she is a female with Dark hair who is always in the front is wonderful. From the greet, giving me all the information to explaining everything and more. Scott who has been working with me as well is wonderful, He gave me a lot of information about my car, estimate, pricing, etc. Scott always calls me to give me updates on my car which I never had before because some company's will say they will do it and don't but Scott was able to have my completion date for my car on 12/09/2022 or sooner when the estimate completion date was 12/19/2022. That means my car was only in the shop for almost a week or two. Great experience and Great service. Thanks so much to everyone who works for the company. I see your hard work.Service: Painting

I was greeted right away by the receptionist. My car was done days before the due date.The car rental never got my info so the car was not ready when I got there and the managers wife dropped me off to pickup the rental! 10/10Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

The worst experience I ve ever had at an auto body shop. The staff gave me no updates on my car throughout the whole process. I called everyday for a week and was told I would receive a call back, but never did. I had to get in touch with the owner to finally be told what was going on. Once my car was ready for pick up, I was scolded and laughed at by Irene (a member of their staff). She was incredibly rude and disrespectful. I tried to remain as level headed as possible while still sticking up for myself and letting the owner know this was not right. No one should be treated so poorly. The people lack empathy and professionalism. Once my car was fixed I noticed the button for adjusting my mirrors was broken and the owner told me it was faulty. It worked perfectly fine before coming here but the owner insisted it was a bad design . Regardless, it was broken while under their care and the staff should not have argued that it was the fault of me/my car. They ended up fixing it but made it a point to continuously say it was to no fault of their own I would not recommend this place to anyone in the future. Please do better.

I never write reviews, however, I feel compelled to after having such a great experience with A-1 Auto Body. I took my car in for a bumper replacement (out of pocket, not through insurance) and was able to get a quote for the repairs within a half hour. Not only did they offer to look for both new and after market options to compare the pricing, but they took a look at my bumper to make sure it was safe and secure for a out of town trip I was taking prior to having the repair completed. The repair itself was super fast and they again went the extra mile by cleaning the interior before I took it off the lot. Honestly one of the best experiences I have had with any business because they clearly put the customer first. Many thanks to Sam, Candace and the rest of the team for such a pleasant experience.Service: Body & Trim

My SUV was damaged when I misjudged how much room I had to get around an Amazon truck. Progressive gave me the names of several auto body shops that I refused to use due to poor reviews. A-1 Auto Body was suggested and went with them based on the positive reviews that were posted. I am so glad I did my research and didn't let just anyone do the repairs. My SUV came back to me in perfect condition. The repair took longer than expected, through no fault of the shop. The staff kept me informed of delays due to parts being on backorder. I wasn't made to feel like a bother when calling to get updates. Everyone was pleasant. I would definitely use their services again, just hope I don't have to!Service: Body & Trim

I had and unfortunate incident and someone backed into my parked car and smashed my headlight and damaged the bumper. I had no idea where to go to have this repair done. I found A-1 through the help of the insurance company and could not be happier. My car was in their shop in less than 24 hours of the incident and the work was done in less than 48 hours!! I was completely blown away. I dealt with Joe who was wonderful and assured me it would look as good as new and not to worry. He was patient and listened to my concerns putting my mind at ease.I will recommend this shop to everyone I know. Professional company that does great work. Thank you A-1 for making this so easy!!! Great Job!!!

My car was towed here after speaking with my insurance company after I hit a deer going 40mph. I thought for sure my 2019 car was going to be considered totaled. The staff reassured me that they would be able to fix it, no problems. I got a quote within a few days and the car itself only took about a week to fix. You couldn't even tell I was in an accident. And best of all, all of the parts and work have a lifetime warranty. I would highly highly recommend for anyone that needs body work on their car.

Highly recommended. The service is of high quality, they're quick and professional. The staff here are amazing and very helpful. When I arrived, they called for my rental pickup, arranged everything with my insurance company and returned my rental for me when my car was ready, less than 1 week after I dropped it off!

The professionalism and care that the staff at A-1 Auto Body exemplify is unparalleled by any auto shop I've worked with. They are communicative, they are efficient, and they really do the best work in the area. My vehicle was returned to me not just with the repairs, but with a sparkling wash, an interior cleaning, and a fresh scent. It was honestly in a better condition than it had been prior to the damage.Candice, in the front office, dealt nobly with the insurance company and fiercely with the rental facility to ensure I didn't need to lift a finger. She made sure all time-frames were clear as day and any out-of-pocket costs were obvious and in the fore. When the work was completed sooner than expected, she was sure to inform me as soon as she possibly could.Joe, with his firm and confident handshake, exhibited a near limitless knowledge of body work and was able translate technicalities for customer comprehension superbly well when he explained and elaborated on the damage to my vehicle and how it was to be rectified. He graciously answered all of my questions with a levelheaded candor that showed his unending passion for his work. In the end, he left me with no questions whatsoever and even spotted some previous damage that could be fixed (for a humongously discounted rate) while the main damage was being repaired.The genuine sincerity of A-1 Auto Body is sure to be proven time and time again as they make countless others happy and worry free. If you have any reservations about booking A-1 for service, leave those reservations behind. You will be satisfied.

Took my car to A1 after I had a slight fender bender and went in knowing nothing about cars. Came out 3 days later not only with a car that looked brand new (couldn t even tell where the accident happened) but learned something new about my car! Staff is very welcoming, detailed, responsive and didn t feel like I was being gypped. Prices are very reasonable! Definitely recommend to family and friends.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

They got my car on Thursday and by Tuesday they were finished. Then I told them that my lawyer said my deductible was supposed to be cheaper. They immediateny made the adjustments. I also asked about a dent that was not related to the accident but instead of just taking my money they referred me to a less expensive place and I love that!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I came in here right before my cross country road trip for a leak, and Joe saw that it was an emergency and had to be fixed or I couldn't get on the road, and he totally hook me up even without an appointment. He called up my insurance and ordered the parts needed on the spot, and had me come back the next day to get everything fixed. I made it without a hiccup all the way to the West Coast. Awesome people and work, the Toyota dealership definitely jacked up my van and I'm lucky A1 was there to put her back. My friend recommended this place to me and I highly recommend it to everyone.

My car needed repaired from a minor accident. Customer service was top notch, from the lady who answered the phone and greeted me, to the man who let me know my car was ready and pulled it around. Though it s an auto body shop, they were able to do me a huge favor and change all four of my tires and fix my lights. They were quick, very nice, and their prices can not be beaten. I m happy to be greeted with such professionalism and care. Thank you and I will be back soon!

Superb service, better than my insurance company. They called me and walked me through the process of having my car picked up and repaired after my accident.They are very communicative and transparent. Even when I had a concern, they listened to me and addressed it without issue. 100% would recommend - fantastic customer service.

I had a fantastic experience with A-1 Auto Body. Every person working here is super friendly and quick to help. They are also super knowledgeable and were able to fully explain what would need to be done to my car and why. Any time I have to get something done to my car, I fear that I would get upsold on something, but I didn't feel that way here. My car was fixed up very quickly and it looks beautiful again. Thank you so much for your services!!

Went to A-1 because of all the good reviews, and they definitely strive to live up to each of them. Joe and his team were fast, friendly, and knowledgeable as they explained the full extent of the damage beyond what I could see, and what was done to replace it. They had my new bumper on in less than 24 hours, and even washed my car and cleaned up the interior!Service: Body & Trim

Took my car to this location after a accident, staff was very professional helped me with all my questions and issues. They made the entire process easy and worry free, then received my car back with repairs in the next couple of days and my car looks like nothing happened. Great body shop. Same owner for decades and we've known them that long. Honest business. Doesn't overcharge. They do great work. Can't tell the vehicles been in an accident when they're done their repairs. One of the few businesses I trust whole heartedly. I highly recommend A-1 Auto Body for any and all body work on your vehicle.

Best Collision shop I ve ever experienced, no shop close to this quality in NY ever I live. The job took longer than normal due to backlog in parts order, but the good job done compensates the wait. Candice made the experience even better, she s so helpful.

When I first got in my accident I was so lost on where to begin with getting the body work done on my 2017 Honda Accord, so since I was in town staying in a nearby hotel I decided to try out these guys. The work they did on my car is amazing. Everybody keep saying my car look brand new. I recommend anyone to try this shop and also the timing they gave me was excellent.

Awful, My vehicle was repair via Progressive Insurance and the work was not 100% completed. The windshield fluid reservoir was damage during my accident but it was not repaired by the auto body shop. Progressive Insurance has a lifetime100 % warranty on the repair of vehicles but body shop did not want to honor it.

Everyone was so nice, friendly, and professional! The shop was very clean too. I was a 1st time customer and I will definitely be coming back. I've gone in twice to A-1 Auto Body, and they have gone far above and beyond on both occasions. The first time was an headlight and bumper repair that they handled quickly and with high standards of professionalism, and the second was an air conditioner fix where Joe, Sam, and John went way out of their way to make sure I got what I needed. Thanks guys!If I could give more than five stars, I would, and will always to to A-1 first and last for all my car needs.

The people at A-1 auto body were professional, efficient and kind. I came in for a scratched back door and they fixed it in less than 48 hours. My insurance wouldn t cover them fixing a scratch in the front door and blending the paint, so they did it for free. I would definitely use them again.
