So I had a appointment to go here and I was about 15 minutes late for it. The lady at the check in counter told me I had to come back the next day. I told her that was not possible and I really needed to take care of my expiring license that day. She said let me see what I can do, she played with the computer for a minute and gave me a number. There was literally no one in the lobby. As soon as I was given the number, I was called up got my new license in under five minutes. It all stems from the front desk! I really appreciated her taking care of me!

One of the most organized MDV's I've ever seen. Plenty of seating. Plenty of service agents. Recommend making a appointment on line first. Only had to wait 10mins past my appt. time.Very polite staff. Place was clean and well laid out.Only one change would be to make the appt notice board with the font a little larger for the elderly.Parking was plentiful and organized as well. I have been to the MVA in Prince Frederick MD and it is a mess. It is tied into the court house and there is very little seating and not well organized.The Loveville branch is worth the extra mileage drive to get there.

Lady on counter 3 was extremely rude, unhelpful and unprofessional. When asking what I was in for, I told her I was coming for my driver s written test and said she didn t understand, and had me trying to reply in the exact words she wanted to (I later had to go back and went to another counter and the other lady understood perfectly so my answer wasn t the problem). Then, the lady kept asking for more and more documentation and was clearly not aware of the complete policies as stated in the MVA webpage. I had to go back home for more evidence of residency and when I came back I was sent to counter 8, where the lady was much more helpful and professional.

Needed to get registration renewal on a few trailers. Just walk in, go over to 1 of 2 kiosks, enter tag and tag number, pay by check, credit card or cash and done! New registration card pops out along with year sticker to put tag. Easy!!!

I went online and made my appointment for the same day. They called my number less than 30 seconds after check-in. I was in and out in less than 20 mins.

I visited this MVA branch office twice once to convert my out-of-state driver s license, and another to title and register my vehicle.Both of the MVA employees who assisted me were friendly, professional, and efficient. It was easy to get an appointment on short notice. I was in and out both times in less than 20 minutes.

My driver instructor I don t know her name but a black lady, was absolutely RUDE and very unprofessional. It s been bothering me for some time now since I last took my test but I had cried because of how rude she was to me. I had stopped at the stop sign, turned my signal on, looked both ways then went, and she claimed I didn t when I know I did she just wanted to fail me. She failed me on purpose and the way she reacted she raised her voice at me and was very rude. When I had apologize she still raised her voice at me and said, ain t no sorry . I don t know what her problem is or if she has a secret animosity to young black girls, but the way she reacted her attitude was actually insane. I never once encountered someone one rude that I have never met in my life. She is the most rudest person I have ever met in my 17 years of living.

I had an appointment, on a Thursday on the early afternoon and showed up a little early. I was able to renew my license with a REAL ID compliant license and was out the door in under an hour. The staff was very knowledgeable and kind! A big difference from most MVAs!

I was there on 12-7 with my 82 year old dad the lady at station 4 was very patient with him and let him take his time doing what we needed done he was very nervous that he couldn't sleep the night before thank you for your kindness you made a a old man's day

I was just renewing my registration so i didn't have to get in any lines. Went right in to the self service machine in and out in 10 minutes

It's been a while, but usually, I hate going to the MVA because it can be busy and sometimes the customer service is lacking, but that was not the case this time. I'm not sure about the rest of the services they provide, but the license renewal was streamlined. The process from booking an appointment online to the day of checking in through a sent MVA text was fast, seamless, and painless. Also, the lady who helped me with the renewal of my license was friendly and professional. Thank you.

Best MVA. I went to have my skills test from the check in section the lady that was there, was exceptional. I felt a sense of welcome and belonging. The lady that checked in my documents, when I presented my documents to her, I had my car registration missing, the lady said it s fine it happens my dear, she walked with me to the kiosk and helped me get a duplicate registration and handed me over to my skills test lady, she came me a beautiful sense of humor, she talked with me and made sure I was calm and got familiar with her presents around me, she was so accommodating and I could see her smile and when she gave instructions, she made sure I was with her. I don t know how they do it but what I know they will make sure you are calm and familiar around them before you do your test. So kind, respectful and above all so professional. I totally would vote for this site as the best customer service MVA in Maryland. I PASSED MY EXAM.

Excellent expert experience here today. Had an appointment in the morning to get my driver's license renewed. I arrived about 20 minutes early because I'm used to long wait times and other hassles. I was in and out before my scheduled appointment time. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

I went there with my 65-year-old Auntie for an MD ID. She wears a head scarf and we were asked that she needs to remove her scarf for photo ID. The agent has to seek permission from her supervisor so my Auntie can keep her head scarf on. Finally, when the approval was provided, the agent kept asking her to push her scarf down. She was so uncomfortable.

My experience here was very good. This place is very well kept and clean. They were very thorough, professional and no nonsense and they don't cut corners, so you better make sure you have everything needed before you go. THEY ARE BY THE BOOK!! However, even though they are very strict, they are still very courteous. So yes I would recommend using this facility.

Staff is so lively and helpful. I am new to Maryland and despite me crying from moving stress this has been the best experience at a DMV in my entire life. Them are getting a Christmas card or something I am so grateful.

Took my on road test today and passed. The testing proctor was a very nice lady. She knew I was nervous and was very kind. I did my maneuvers and passed. Everyone was super nice throughout the process. The woman in window 5 was very helpful. Great experience and like no waitEdit passed my test thanks y'all

Took over 30 minutes to see me for my scheduled appointment. No, they were not full.Then when I got to the desk, the nice lady rolled her eyes at me when I greeted her. Then she sent me to the back of the queue when she didn't like the format of the documents I provided. I'll have to wait another hour or more because more people have arrived. For my SCHEDULED appointment.Like I get it, DMV are notorious for being terrible and hiring terrible people, but take it easy on the terribleness.

Fastest DMV I've ever been to. You can check in on your phone and be notified when a window is available for you. I was in and out in 15 minutes to change my license from a different state to Maryland.Update: I had to return the following week because I only had one piece of mail (apparently they don't accept two pieces of mail from the same business). The service provided was not as nice as the first visit. The employee removed my mail from the envelope and told me since the address was printed on the envelope itself and not the inside paper that they couldn't accept it. This has never been an issue before (this is my third state having to go to a DMV) and wasn't an issue on my previous visit. Now I will have to visit a third time in one week.

Service a as ok, had to go back and forth a few times but they were able to help me.The music is so loud I could not hear what the representative was saying and we just had to repeat each other over and over.

The staff was friendly. My time to wait after I checked in wasn't long at all. When I saw the attendant (#17055) she was kind, and courteous even though she had been there since 8am. I recommend this MVA location to anyone.

Loved the appointment only service. It was not crowded so it allowed people to space out. The staff was very friendly. For the first time I didn't have to wait hours to be seen. In fact they stayed close to the appointment times. This was my absolute best service I have ever had when it comes to MVA.

The atmosphere was calm and clean. The staff were very business like. They could have been a little more friendly. They don't smile. They do their job fast and serious.Could be that the staff are black and most of the customers were white. Not being racist. No eye contact, no conversing except instructions. Staff not friendly.

You need to make an appointment for various services. Kiosk worked well and service desk was very helpful when an issue occurred. Staff was very nice and helpful fixing and explaining the issue.

The staff are always very friendly , and helpful . The guy who works the front desk is amazing he is always very nice as well !! It's clean and typically moves very fast ( when every one from Waldorf doesn't come down and crowd in .Their slow days are still faster then waldorfs fastest days TRUST ME !!!) overall I've lived in this area for 11 years now, I've never had an unpleasant experience when dealing with this location!!!!! keep up the good work !!!!
