James is always on point. Very knowledgeable and fair with price honestly. I have been a customer for years and they are my go-to store. I even compare their pricing and diagnosis sporadically. They are 100% times better and cheaper. James will tell you what needs to be fixed asap or what can wait, or what you shouldn't even worry about. I like that about him. Cool place.

(THE VEHICLE BAY FITS UP TO 8'6" AT LEAST) They were quick to diagnose my issue and get back to me with a quote and rough time estimate. The repair was fast, and now my vans running better than it was before i even needed to bring it in. The staff was friendly and honest about pricing and honestly more upset than I was at how much the parts cost. I'll definitely come back next time i need repairs, however hopefully i wont need to for a while yet.

This is my new favourite car place, and I've gone through 4 others since I've been living again in Maryland (sigh). Just a great place all around. But go there because Miss Lydia at the front is always happy, informative, and helpful. She's The Bestest !!!

Have come here for years with 2 different cars and recommended to friends. Great work, fair prices, wonderful friendly staff. No hidden costs, detailed explanation of work to be done. Even let me know when I should look for a new car instead of pumping money into my old one, which I appreciated because most shops would have simply charged me for work that would have been wasted on that vehicle.

James and his crew are wonderful. I do not trust anyone else working on my Explorer because I had bad experiences with other cars with other people. They are very honest and do not lie about work that needs to be done. I have another truck with a blown engine and James is kind enough to let my truck sit at his shop so I can get the money together to get it fixed. I highly recommend then to my coworkers and friends.Service: Auto maintenance

I recently had my car serviced at McFadden s. They did outstanding work, diagnosed the problem that another shop claimed not to be able to find. They replaced two sensors, and the engine light has stayed off, and the car passed emissions. They were straightforward and honest in their work, their prices are clearly listed in the waiting area. I would send anyone, including my mother to them to keep their car running.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Everyone, especially the young woman at the front desk, is extremely nice. I ve never had a bad experience. The customer service is great. Although I ve only come in for oil changes, it s always been very quick. I ve never had to wait long and that s with or without an appointment. They do have the option to schedule appointments online, but I ve called in and they ve been able to see me right away. I ve recently moved about 40 minutes away from McFadden s but I ll keep making the drive because you just can t beat the service.

RUN! SCAMMERS. STAY AWAY. These people are liars and scammers. They told me it would take $2000 to fix the problem for my car two days later after I pay them and got my car my car broke down again same issue. I took him back to them and then they said it will be another 1500 less than a week later after I picked up my car the issue came right back then they said it ll be another $2000 at that point I was done with this business and done with the lies and the scamming that they did I am now filing a lawsuit against them with these and I would NEVER EVER go back or recommend this company to anyone EVER. If I could give it a zero star I would because the customer service there shucked as well.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

McFadden Service Center is excellent! The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They don't overcharge, try to do unnecessary expensive repairs or take advantage of me. I have always been treated fairly and recommend them to anyone who asks. Thank you for taking such good care of me and my car.

VERY AMAZING PEOPLE!!!! From sweet Lydia at the front desk to the AWESOME guys doing the heavy work in the back...this shop would be rated 10 STARS if I could!!! I have taken my car here a couple of times and they didn t try to up charge me or add any additional unnecessary services. This is a GREAT auto service center to bring your vehicle to if you want QUALITY work done on your vehicle. I believe customer service is what brings people back and I can tell you the guys (and gal ;) )at McFadden s are top notch! Definitely my go-to auto shop and will be yours...Go see for yourself!!!

I cant say enough good things about this shop. I gave a 99 trans am fitted with a 6.0 and procharger. I qas having ab over heating issue and everyone involved went above and beyond with my special needs car. They didnt try to sell me things I didnt need or want and teated me like kind . I highly reccomend this shop forxall major repairs

The facility itself is not maintained...lots of dust everywhere. People are very friendly. Looks like it's family run...the service rep is married or with one of the mechanics and their child is always at the shop. Last time I was there the little girl was walking around the dirty shop with no shoes (feet were black). Guest were forced to wait for their vehicles while watching cartoons on the large TV screen. People are very nice. Does a good job at explaining what's wrong with car. Prices....meh...

I ve taken my cars to McFadden Service Center since 2004 and consistently been satisfied. Staff are friendly as well as knowledgeable. They always share the expected cost, time to complete the job and even if there are things I can safely put off (including for how long and the estimated cost). They ve never been wrong and without fail have gone way beyond my expectations. They even have resolved issues that stumped the dealer repair service!Great free wi-fi if you re inclined to wait with plenty of nearby venues to visit. Owner James Copeland even recommended a replacement car when it was time to get rid of my beloved Volvo.Although I miss his daughter Alex who knowledgeably worked the front desk...Lydia is a fine addition to the team.I highly recommend their service and take my car there whenever I m In MD (I now work some 225 miles each way away in Southern VA).

As a single mother traveling from Florida to New York with four children and a dog I heard a noise coming from the rear of my car that sounded like a flat tire. I checked my tires and there was nothing wrong. I brought it in to Justin and Lydia and Justin advise me the heat shield was rusted and that was the sound I was hearing. Since I was tight on cash he was nice enough to just place a screw in it and also went out of his way to double check everything else including my tires brakes oil. He even topped off my fluids and filled my tires up with air. If I lived in Maryland this would definitely be my full-time mechanic. They had lollipops for my children. They let me come inside with the dog and sit in the AC. Offered me something to drink. I would give them 1,000,000 stars if I could. The best part is they charged me $0 NOTHING!!!! Yes that s right NOTHING!!!! You will never find such an honest mechanic anywhere in this world that here! Thank you again for you service!!!!

My son is in college in the area. He had an emergency today with a tire. After changing to his spare he needed the tire repaired. Not knowing any auto service businesses in the area we chose McFaddens because of their rating. We were 100% satisfied. The staff had him bring the truck right in and he was in and out in no time. Would not hesitate to use them again. Great service and friendly staff.

We have been using McFaddens Service Center for the past 20+ years and wouldn t dream of going anywhere else!!! James and his excellent staff take good care of our vehicles and have always been honest about any repairs that we needed immediately and others that were not an emergency and could wait. We trust them explicitly and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reputable auto repair company.

Taken multiple cars to McFadden's and they're always very open and upfront and honest about what needs to be done immediately and what can be held off on. Their pricing is right where it should be, and not overpriced like many other shops. They'll also let you buy and bring in parts for them to install which saved us over $200 last time. Highly recommended!!

My family has been coming here for Auto Care Services for years. Every car we have and even before we get them, always gets checked out by James. James is hands down the most trusted and best mechanic that we've ever had. So if you're looking for no BS! And want you and your family to be in a safe, reliable vehicle. I'd go here before anywhere else.

Excellent service, a buisness with great integrity, efficient and knowledgable mechanics, and very friendly folks. Took my Jeep in for a diagnostic, they fixed the problem with the alternator within an hour, one that a previous mechanic had failed to check was fully good to go, and charged a fair and well deserved rate for their service. They really proved they care for their customers :)

We have been taking all of our vehicles to McFadden's for many years. We have always been please by their ability to maintain and repair our vehicles, but we also appreciate the amazing customer service. Starting with Lydia answering the phone, continuing with James, Justin, Henry, and Emil helping us to continue to drive safely and efficiently. We have always recommended McFadden's to all of our friends and family, and we will continue to do so !

I've been going to McFadden Auto Center for over 25 years. During that time James and his colleagues have always treated me and my family with professional service. The price they call and quote you before the service is done is the price you pay when you.pick up your car.

The only place I trust to service my cars. The staff is super friendly, engages with customers, explains things clearly and does excellent work. I've never walked out feeling like I overpaid which is more than I can say for a lot of other places. I refer all my friends and family here for anything auto-related (incl. state inspection!)

McFadden s customer service is second to none!! Lydia is very personable and a pleasant presence to greet you as soon as you walk through the door. The main mechanic is extremely knowledgeable and very honest. I recommend McFadden s for all your car service needs.

Friendly and helpful service, professional from start to finish they gave me a quote for a new alternator, got me in without an appointment, got it fixed in a couple hours and didn t try to charge me anything extra like some other places might. Plus it was $400 less than the quote from the dealer. Thank you!

They were running 15 mins behind schedule but the oil change only took about 15 minutes and the prices at the shop are always reasonable. I'm a loyal customer because of the high quality of their maintenance and repairs.

Went here for a MD inspection which took 2hours for them to tell me i had a plate light out and a tear in my suspension airbag. Later on i check the light and there was no light out. Next i went to another shop and they said it looks like someone cut my airbag. Never would i got there again, nor reccommend them. Live and learn. Also while waiting I over hear them talking bout maybe getting a ticket in someone else car. Not the kinda people i ever want under, over, around, or even near my vehicle nor me.
