Great company to work with. I had an issue with my passenger side wheel bearing assembly and they resolved with no issue. Brett and Jonathan were great to talk to / were very professional. I absolutely will refer them / will have any work on my car performed by them. Thanks again!

Chris and Travis have been amazing. They've taken great care of all my cars and their prices are reasonable.If you own an exotic car or even a regular daily driver, I'd highly recommend Chris and Travis at Elite!

On a trip from NY to NC, check battery light came on. It was late afternoon on a Saturday. Pulled into first gas station I could find but their repair shop was closed. Asked someone who was there buying gas and he highly recommended Elite "down the street". Caught Chris as he was wrapping up for the day. After listening to our dilemma, he himself immediately started looking at my 18 year old car (no fancy import like the ones in his garage). He sent one of his guys to buy an alternator. He and his mechanics worked together to replace it, cleaned all the connections, road tested the car, handed me the receipt for the alternator (no upcharge) and charged me a more than reasonable price for the labor. He could have charged me triple that day, given that I had no choice, but he treated us like we were his best friends who needed help on a late Saturday afternoon. A big thank you to Chris and his mechanics who got us back on the road that day.

Had Elite Auto Service install Rear Tow Control Arms on my Porsche 993. They also did a four wheel balance and alignment. The owner Chris and his team are super courteous, professional in their work, and they are real car guys. They are very very meticulous! The 993 is handling better than ever! I highly recommend Elite and I will return for future services. Recommended by Sander--Thanks!

Very Happy Customer. Five Star Service!My first time doing business with Elite; the shop was recommended by another auto enthusiasts for my coilover install on a Audi Q7.Chris was very patient and answered ALL of my questions regarding my concerns and/or his solicited recommendations as the Subject Matter Expert.Post-install and adjustments, I walked away pleased with the final results. The prices are reasonable/competitive and their customer service is solid all around.Overall a good experience. The first but certainly not the last time I'll use Elite for my auto service requirements.I'm retired Military; I wouldn't hesitate to endorse Elite to any service member in the Fort Meade area!

This is the best place for alignments and anything wheels and suspensions. When you show up, you can't help but notice all the nice vehicles with perfect stances so you know they have quality equipment and very capable staff. I went in for a 4 tire replacement and when it was finished, Chris (the owner) recommended an alignment. Wasn't pushy about it and they got it done. The work was perfect. The ride felt so much better and that alignment was much needed. My car has a low ride height and this place has the best equipment to handle it. Pretty sure they do great with all things mechanical but I'm speaking on the services I had done. Definitely my go-to shop.

Chris and the crew are some of the nicest people I had the pleasure of doing business with. They are a full on one stop shop on all aftermarket customization needs for your ride. It's was a long drive out to Elite for me but it was definitely worth it! Chris and crew were extremely friendly and professional. No BS up-charges and was very transparent with the work they were doing. They are able to be at this level of transparency from being honest and confident in their work. Additionally, it's very rare to find guys with this amount of knowledge on modded cars with the right equipment to accommodate working on such aftermarket parts. If the pictures of their clientele from civic to lambos don't convince you, check out all the trophies in their shop.Thanks again to Chris and crew, exceptional work and service!- Julian

Fast turnaround and great customer service. Communication every step of the way. I believe the gentlemen working here really like cars and take pride of ownership in their work. You might find a cheaper repair elsewhere but you will be hard pressed to find better value. 10/10 would bring my car here again.

I took my Model Y for ceramic coating and PPF, and new wheels and tires. Service was extremely professional and responsive. Pricing was very fair and they gave me lots of options for wheels. I LOVE my new wheels and my washes are super easy. I even bring my car in for maintenance washes. The owner argues with me about dropping off my car and giving one of his workers my keys. The owner is the one who setup the appointment! I'm not even sure the work I asked for was done based on how my car was parked exactly like I left it. Price was fair but did the work get done.This place caters to exotics and highly custom cars. I should have gone somewhere else with my daily driver despite the recommendation.

I came here for the first time a couple of days ago with my car to get a set of aftermarket wheels mounted/fitted on my garage queen Camaro and throughout the entire process, these guys were honest, detailed and up front about what needed to be done to make them work. They couldn t finish the install the same day- unsurprisingly, due to the work being more involved than anticipated, but Chris was quick to get me back on the schedule at a later time to bring the car back in to finish it up. I am very meticulous and detailed with my car and can tell these guys are as the same way. Highly recommend!

Chris and his team of mechanics are incredible and experts at what they do. I cannot emphasize enough how they listen to my needs and always do whatever they have to to make me happy. I tend to be indecisive and difficult to please but Chris is patient and always advises me my options and gives his expert opinion with rationale and my needs and wants in consideration. You can tell these guys really know what they re doing. I wish I could give them ten stars! I have never trusted any shop more than I do Elite. They also have a mobile detailing service that is on site and if you time it right you can get your car detailed too! How easy is that? A one stop shop. Elite and Flawless superbly live up to their names and I can t recommend them enough. I won t trust anyone else with our Teslas! EV or ICE, they re the shop to go to! I was quoted around the dmv area 700 to 1000 dollars to install coilovers on my car then i guess he misunderstood me and did the service and asked me to pay him 1730$ i told him thats a ridiculous price and to put it back to stock if he wants. He worked a maximum of 4 or 5 hours on the car and charges more then the coilovers (bc racing). That comes out to $300 an hour. I never heard of someone trying to charge that much before and ive been in the car game for years. Also my alignment was messed up and the steering was crooked from day one out of their and the extensions were not installed and the coilovers wrench he kept both the wrench and extensions are preventing me from making adjustments but ill spend the extra money and buy the parts i need and suggest to go somewhere more reasonable.

I highly recommend Elite for all your auto services! Chris (shop owner) and his team are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. If you are wondering if you should make the drive to see Elite, do it. You won't' be disappointed. I send all my friends and family here!! Also, they work with Flawless Finish who provide detailing and custom ceramic coating/paint protection. Best detailer in the DMV for sure. Chris and Flawless Finish know how to keep your car looking good!!

Purchased 4 tires had them balanced, front end alignment. Received my car back with no evidence that someone worked on it meaning it was still clean . Price for what I got done competitive. Car rides great, alignment perfect. I'd go back again.

I've been going to Elite Auto for 6+ years and have always been more than satisfied with the quality of service and price. Chris and the crew are experienced, friendly, trustworthy and wonderful to work with. Chris even helped me select my new Lexus. I can't imagine taking my Lexus anywhere else! When you join Elite, you'll feel like family.

Chris and his staff are extremely knowledgeable and professional. They are quick and eager to help. I have been coming to Elite for many years and the team has always been able to diagnose any problem that has arisen, as well as accomplish all of my customization goals. Elite is truly a one-stop shop for all your automobile needs: from basic oil changes and tire rotations to complete suspension and wheel packages. Although there are countless automotive shops, I will continue to support Elite Auto and recommend them to all of my family and friends!

Chris and his team at Elite are honestly the best. I have been going to Elite for several years now. He has worked on all my families members vehicles and cars I have previously owned.There has plenty of times that I have had last minute emergencies, or things break and Elite always worked late or worked diligently to get the issue fixed. Would definitely recommend them to anyone. Loyal , honest shops are hard to come by nowadays so I am grateful for these guys.

Been going to Elite for years. Being a 30yr mechanic myself I don't easily trust my vehicles to others for service. That being said, for me leaving my vehicles for service with Chris & Elite is like leaving my kids with my mother(RIP). To much, maybe just saying I trust them. Chris has always been 100 with me. When I can't do it myself, they can. They have helped me keep my 2002 330i running like new. Starter went on my 2010 Dodge Journey recently towed to Elite, repaired and back in a day. All in between handles appropriately. I could continue with numerous repairs they have performed for me. . Major, minor or cosmetic, I recommend Elite Auto.

Chris, and all the guys here are great. Anytime i take my car or trucks anywhere i get anxiety, will the work be done right, is everything going to get torqued to spec, will they start the lugs by hand and not with an impact, is anything going to get cross threaded... just things that go through my head. Chris put my mind at ease and did a great job with my raptor leveled and getting the wheels mounted and balanced. The work is done in a very timely manner and I felt like everyone took pride in their work and cared. Would highly recommend them! It's hard to find a shop that not only does routine service work but also works with the custom aftermarket side and these guys deliver. trustworthy, fair pricing, and great work. I drive all the way from virginia and will now continue to do so to have them work on my cars.

I am really happy with the quality of work from Elite Auto Service, but I'm most impressed by their professionalism and honesty. I went in with a check engine light that required a very costly repair. Chris researched the problem for me, found out that it was a defective part in my model year, and encouraged me to reach out to my dealer before they did any work in case there was an extended warranty on the defective part. He saved me a very costly repair! Any time I have been there, they have been transparent and honest about the work that was needed and show the utmost professionalism. They have always helped me to understand exactly what is going on and what my options are. I know I can trust them, and look forward to continued service with them.
