Great local shop. Every time I ve gone in, they ve been professional, kind, and very quick to help me. Fair pricing on the work and maybe kind of random but it always smells normal/clean down there, unlike most other shops that seem to stink of sweat and chemicals.Services: Tires, Auto engine diagnosticServices: Tires, Auto engine diagnostic

I brought my car to this place because my check engine light was on. The car was brought in on 3/8/2022. I was told that I needed new spark plugs which would ve been around $600, I said ok to that. They said it would take a few days to get the parts in. After a few days, I didn t hear anything so I called back and now I needed push rods, rocker arms, ignition coils and that would cost around $2000 dollars. I said ok again. I call again in a few days for a status update. They re still waiting for parts. I call again in a few more days and they re still waiting for parts. It has been at least a week of my car sitting on their parking lot and nothing has been done to fix it. I can t wait any longer for them to get the parts so I go to pick up my car. The will not start now. I brought in a car that started and now it doesn t start. As I m sitting in the car waiting for a tow truck, no one has asked me anything. All of the employees are walking past me like I don t even exist. I absolutely encourage others to never bring their vehicle here for anything major.Services: Engine repair, Brakes

6/20/18 - Was out of town 3 hrs away from home, trying to get through the worst traffic jam ever, when my truck started smoking! thought it was wheel bearing, pulled into Tuxedo Auto at 5pm, those guys where amazing! They assessed the situation, gave a time/price estimate, had parts delivered (they even had to go pick up some parts themselves).He estimated 1.5hrs We where back on road within 1hr! I highly recommend this service station, they are awesome!!

5 stars for excellent service. Prices may be a little high, but I took my car in to have the undercarriage looked at (it looked uneven). They had it up on the joist in minutes, refastened the plastic flap and didn't charge me.

UPDATE - August 2, 2022The charging system sensor indicator came back on and I feared that the car would eventually not start so I took it to another mechanic who did a diagnostic and reviewed the work that Tuxedo Auto Service did. Whelp it turns out that the installation of the new charging sensor was subpar (taped) and the wiring was also taped. Prior to taking my car to another mechanic I called Tuxedo Auto Service and spoke to Qwan to inform him of the issue. He was very dismissive and did not want to take any accountability for the work they did previously done on my car. Remember my original post noted that they didn t complete the installation of the charging sensor as indicated (telling that my car was ready for pickup but when I arrived the dashboard sensor light was still on). Not to mention that they didn t torque my wheel lug nuts all the way which resulted in me driving my car a short distance and hearing a horrible noise. Imagine what would have happened if I would have gotten on the highway. The other mechanic resolved the issue and the dashboard indicator is now off. Needless to say I would not recommend this auto service shop. Your life, safety and your money will be compromised. On 11/26 I took my 2017 Honda Accord to this auto repair shop because it came recommended. They diagnosed this issue (bad sensor)the same day and told me that my car would be ready on 11/29. Since I ended back brakes I asked Kwon to also replace them as well. I get a call on 11/29 from Kwon that my car was ready. As soon as I started the car the same indicator was on so I brought it to Kwon s attention immediately. The mechanic begins the diagnostic process again and sure enough the same issue. He then goes back under the hood and discovers that the new sensor was not wired correctly. OK I left the car with then so that the mechanic could complete the rewiring. Return on 11/30 (the next day) and the indicator was off. I pull off and drive around the block and what do I hear? A thumping noise from my tire. I go back to Tuxedo Auto Service and tell Kwon and the mechanic that serviced my vehicle about the thumping noise. Guess what the thumping was from? Whoever installed the new rear brakes didn t tighten all the lug nuts on my rear tires. Now my question to Kwon was don t you guys test drive the cars to ensure that you have corrected the issues and that the vehicle drives correctly after the repair or service? Surely had they done so they would have known that the sensor indicator was still on and also that the lug nuggets were not tighten. Imagine if I would have gotten on the highway with my tires in that condition. Needless to say I will not be returning to this auto repair shop EVER!!

Excellent shop. Sometimes prices are high but the quality of work does make up for it. I never have any problems here. Very professional and the staff is nice.

Honest mechanics and fair prices. Exactly what you need when looking for a mechanic. They have completed a few simple jobs for me and I've been very satisfied with their work.

I found out about this repair shop by luck. We needed to have our 2015 Nissan nv3500 tire balance. Kwon informed me that they did not have the proper equipment for the work, so he suggested an alternate location. A few weeks later, my 300 2014 needed to have a motor installed and they handled this work with great care and professionalism. I recommend them to all those who are looking for vehicle services of all kinds.

My brother-in-law insisted that I take my 2001 Town car to Mr.Chang. He was spot on. Mr. Chang's mechanics found everything that was wrong, fixed all in a day and half gave me a very reasonable price. He's just become my go-to repair shop. His staff are very polite, courteous and competent. I highly recommend Tuxedo Auto. Services.

Great service and quick! They went out of their way to get us back on the road when our brakes locked up. We still had a 3 hour drive to get home and pulled in with no appointment about an hour before closing. They figured out was wrong, picked up the parts and had two mechanics work on it. They had us back on the road before closing. I was amazed! Highly recommend!

This is the worst place to bring your vehicle for service! They gouge the price to make up for their losses & really don't want you to buy your own dealer parts for 1/3 of their mark-up! They will send your vehicle back out on the road half done, only for you to have to take your vehicle to another repair shop, how inconvenient?!! No referrals from me !!// Go at your own risk ! ZERO STARS !!

Had a damaged tire and needed an oil change. Tuxedo Auto was able to take my car and return it with new tires and oil change same day. They communicated everything clearly and made thoughtful recommendations. Will be going back.

I set an appointment for an oil change and was told there was no waiting room. Okay cool, it's a pandemic BUT to tell me sitting ACROSS THE PARKKNG LOT AWAY FROM YOUR WORKERS AND THE BUILDING IS NOT IN ACCORDANCE WITH SOCIAL DISTANCING IS RIDICULOUS.Needless to say they lost my business.

Have been going to Tuxedo for the past 12 years. Might be longer than that. But the staff is ALWAYS polite and courteous. Reasonably price and give full details about what is wrong with your vehicle. Top notch service always.

I brought 2 cars to them to repair & on my Cadillac sts they changed the throttle body & didn't put it back together qith all the parts. They will never get my business ever again. Since the son took over their quality of work is trash. The honda accord I took to them wasn't repaired, because I'm still having the same problems. I took my cars to Glendale auto repair & am more than satisfied with their work. Glendale auto will always get my business. They do honest & good work.

I've had several cars worked on here. US and foreign. From engine to power windows to exhaust. Excellent service. On 2 occasions they advised against work that I "thought" was the problem and suggested a much cheaper fix. Refered by my father and I've been going ever since. Once had a car towed there after exhaust fell off and left a note on the dash. They called first thing in the morning..lol. Good folks.

New korean onwer is the best technician in MD..He was elite technician at Audi (chantily) also worked at Ferrari and other luxury vehicles company.. very happy to open his new own place.....Veryv

THIS SHOP REVIEW IS ZERO...PLEASE DON T BRING YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS REPAIR SHOP AND I M GOING TO TELL YOU WHY!! I HAVE A LANDSCAPING BUSINESS AND I GOT MY TRUCK TOWED TO SHOP BECAUSE SOMETHING WAS WRONG WITH MY BRAKES. I TALKED TO KVON AT THE FRONT DESK AND HE STATED I NEED BRAKES AND ROTORS FRONT AND BACK ALONG WITH PARKING BRAKE KIT. HE CHARGE ME $1500 ---$500 LABOR AND $1000 FOR PARTS. I NEEDED MY TRUCK BAD BECAUSE IT WAS THE BEGINNING OF LANDSCAPING SEASON AND HE KNEW THIS SO I SAID YES, TRUSTING THAT THIS SHOP WAS TRUSTWORTHY AND HONEST BUT THEY RE NOT!! WHEN I ASKED TO SEE WHAT HE PAYED ON MY PARTS HE REFUSED TO SHOW ME, STATING I AGREED TO THE PRICE SO HE NOT SHOWING ME NOTHING. I SEARCH AROUND SHOPS AND THE INTERNET MY PARTS WAS ONLY $300 DOLLARS AT THE MOST. THIS SHOP STEALING PEOPLE MONEY DO NOT SUPPORT THIS SHOP. NOT TRUSTWORTHY OR HONEST.Service: Brakes
